A Plan of Action to Unburden the Lightbearers
Beloved Communicants, Keepers of the Flame and Friends of The Summit Lighthouse,
Mother Teresa was a modern-day saint who ministered to the lepers, the homeless and the poorest of the poor in the slums of Calcutta for many decades. By giving that “cup of cold water in Christ’s name” to each of those souls when no one else would, Mother Teresa extended to them the caress of the Divine Mother and helped them feel loved and worthy. Her life of selflessness and compassion is a shining light in the midst of the darkness and an inspiration to us all.
Here’s one of the many stories that show the depth of her tender heart as told by one of the nuns who served with her (from the book Stories of Mother Teresa: Her Smile and Her Words, J. L. Balado, Liguori Publications, 1983, Liguori, Mo.):
Mother Teresa was always on time for all appointments, no matter who was involved. The following incident proved to be the exception.
Mother Teresa was on her way to meet the Apostolic Nuncio who came to visit her in Calcutta. But on the way to see this Catholic prelate, her car was driven through a really poor section of the city.
Forgetting about her appointment, Mother Teresa asked her driver to stop the car so she could visit with the poor people there.
As she walked around, she came upon a very old and destitute man. Unable to resist the call to service, Mother Teresa washed him and cleaned his house, losing all sense of time.
Her driver became impatient and after telling her they had to go, Mother Teresa arrived very late for her appointment with the Apostolic Nuncio.
Only a very poor person in need could have made Mother Teresa so late for an appointment. For her, the poor occupied the top place in the social hierarchy.
“We are touching Christ’s body when we touch the poor,” Mother
Teresa said. “In them and through them, we feed the hungry Christ.
It is the naked Christ whom we dress. It is the homeless Christ whom we take in.”
“It isn’t merely a case of being hungry for bread or lacking clothes or a roof for shelter. Christ is hungry today in the poor, but the rich are also hungry for love, care, for someone close to them.”
And so, we are also dedicated to serving life and bringing divine love to all—through the teachings of the ascended masters.
We are dedicated to passing the torch of illumination to one million lightbearers.
And we are dedicated to finding Saint Germain’s ten thousand Keepers of the Flame “who will give those dynamic decrees” so he can save planet Earth and make it a freedom star.
Here are Saint Germain’s words from 1987:
People of earth and of light, rally, then, while there is yet time. For even the Fátima prophecies may be turned back. But I will tell you what it will take: Beginning with ten thousand new Keepers of the Flame who will give those dynamic decrees, we should expect a million even in the United States invoking the violet flame daily before we should see a considerable change in that which is projected. Yet this is possible. Without question there are a million lightbearers, many of them led astray into false paths and teachings that are nothing but time-wasters.

The Burdens of the Lightbearers
Without a doubt, the teachings of the ascended masters are the purest and most powerful spiritual teachings in the world today. And yet, after many decades of making the teachings available to all, the lightbearers have not embraced the teachings in droves.
Why?
Because they are burdened from within and without.
The Burdens Within: The Carnal Mind and The Dweller-On-The-Threshold
Helios himself pondered the same question and El Morya shared with us the answer of Helios in 1991:
Yet, beloved, (in unleashing the dispensation of The Summit Lighthouse) we desired more, even the quickening of the (entire) earth, and so did Helios and Vesta. And Helios came (to the July 1991 conference) with the express purpose of seeing why there has not been greater general acceptance (of the teachings of the ascended masters through these messengers and this activity).
His conclusion, which he has given to the Darjeeling and Indian Councils and at the Royal Teton Retreat, is that not enough preparatory work has been done by our shepherds and chelas in plowing the field of consciousness, in invoking the violet flame and making the calls again and again for the binding and setting aside of the carnal mind and the dweller- on-the-threshold (of the children of the light and the sons and daughters of God). Your calls preparing the way (for souls of light to come into this activity) could have made the difference in (the response of) some individuals, (turning their negative to a positive).
Now you have that call and a mighty momentum on it, and it does work more wonders than you dream of. Thus, Helios himself has determined to further endow that call and those who give it with his power of the sun and the power of his original dispensation of this community.

33rd anniversary of The Summit Lighthouse, Let the Word Go Forth!
In response to the call of Helios, we have instituted “Outreach Tuesday” in English and “Outreach Wednesday” in Spanish, both services being dedicated exclusively to the cutting free of all lightbearers.
The Many Burdens Without
Many indeed are the outer burdens that block the lightbearers from coming to the feet of the ascended masters.
One has to simply watch the news—from the snuffing out of the flame of freedom around the world, to the seduction of technology, to rampant anger—it seems that the cards are stacked against the lightbearers.
False teachings abound in books and the Internet, which drive the lightbearers away from the true Word.
Addictions are rampant. All forms of drugs and especially marijuana have made their way into society as the new normalcy. Children are virtually glued to their phones and tablets as they visit social media sites, games, and worse. The constant stream of entertainment and the need to stay current with friends have replaced person-to-person interactions and have all but drowned out the still, small voice of the Holy Christ Self.
Lord Gautama places special emphasis on materialism and sensuality as an obstacle to enlightenment, calling them “the great trap in the West.”
We are based in the West, for this has been the sponsorship and the dispensation of Saint Germain and Sanat Kumara. Yet you must shun the materialism, the idolatry, the indulgence in the misuses of the sacred fire and the placing of these pictures and motion pictures saturating the youth with the indulgence of the sacred fire in the chakras. When you see all of this, you must remember that there is a great trap in the West, and in the West is the trap of materialism, of sensuality. Therefore you have come to the West to conquer that materialism, that materialistic consciousness, that sensuality in all of the five senses and all of the chakras that takes you thither and yon and beyond the center of being. One and all, you are here because you have karma of this type of having indulged in a material civilization to the point of even losing your soul.

Practice Sainthood Daily
And, of course, it’s not a secret that the fallen angels and their servants in embodiment are doing everything they can to stop the lightbearers from finding the true teachings of the Great White Brotherhood.
The implications of failing to find the lightbearers, nurture them, and bring them closer to their I AM Presence can be severe. Here are some:
- A planet where morals, values and higher truths are no longer held in common;
- A planet with souls that are robotic and addicted, with no access to the Christ consciousness;
- A group of lifewaves that have surrendered to humanism, socialism or communism;
- A planet in constant turmoil and war;
- In short, a planet that has failed to fulfill its destiny and manifest the golden age of Aquarius.
We know that the odds we face are difficult. And yet again, Saint Germain gives us the key:
But now as I come to you, it is to tell you, beloved ones, that you must always understand that some of these conditions are beyond your reach. You, as an individual, sometimes cannot actually change these conditions in all of their vast complexity.
But you can use the decrees that you have been given, and you can understand that one with God is a majority.
When you unite with your own great Divine Self and with the flame of freedom, you are creating a breach in the wall of darkness so that there can come about the penetration of light into the world of form.
And as this light comes through into the world of form and penetrates mortal consciousness, it will, by contrast, bring about through the medium of the Divine Self a white paper upon the earth, which will show clearly that the darkened ones have actually manifested a “black paper” of hatred, infamy and deceit.

The Purpose of Identity, Part 2
And so, in Saint Germain’s name, we pledge to unite with our own great Divine Self and the flame of freedom.
We pledge to invoke the limitless power of the spoken Word night and day.
We pledge to preserve the headquarters of the Great White Brotherhood on earth at the Inner Retreat and to be the instruments of the flame of freedom.
So help us God!
What the Victory of The Ascended Masters Means to Each of Us
The victory of the ascended masters is what we are working toward.
Won’t you take a moment, then, and contemplate what the victory of the ascended masters means to you personally?
Here are some related thoughts from fellow Keepers of the Flame:
- “Victory to me is all lightbearers coming Home and becoming one with their I AM Presence.”
- “Victory to me means the ultimate defeat of the fallen ones so we may blend all our energies to building Saint Germain’s golden age!”
- “For me, the Victory will mean fulfillment of the goals of Essenes, of Camelot and sacred communities in a place where clean air and clean food and good health may prolong our opportunity to hold the balance for the inauguration of a golden age in Aquarius. - “I have had for years a vision of being in a procession marching back to the Great Central Sun led by El Morya, followed by the messengers, then their chelas and all the lightbearers after the victory.”

An Unforgettable Freedom 2018 Conference
The Summit Lighthouse Freedom class held in July this year was an enormous success, attracting the most attendees of any conference since 2008! Keepers of the Flame and new seekers poured in from all over the world to celebrate the 60th anniversary of The Summit Lighthouse and rallied to give their freedom calls of victory!
The Sacred Waters Project Completed
After more than thirty years of effort, a fair number of challenges, and your support at all levels, the sacred waters are flowing at the Inner Retreat. Before long, you will immerse yourself in these holy waters for relaxation and rejuvenation. Mother Mary’s Sacred Waters, also known to the outer world as “Yellowstone Hot Springs” will soon be open to you, your families and the public.
Just like The Summit Lighthouse sixty years ago, this is a small, humble beginning. Yet the pools are beautiful and serene, and we hold the vision that in the near future many lightbearers will receive comfort, spiritual transformation and rejuvenation in them. It was Sanat Kumara who said in a dictation on October 14, 1984, “We come to dedicate the land of the Royal Teton Ranch to the healing light, to the healing center—to the healing center of the world where all may come and dip into the water of life.”
In addition to the main pool, there is a cold and a hot pool as well as a Kneipp walk that Mother had specifically requested. A firepit, grassy areas and incredible views of the mountains and the Yellowstone River are just a few of the landscape features.

The Waters of Life Capital Campaign has been quietly gaining momentum with lead gifts and pledges offered prayerfully from all over the world. And we are confident the ascended masters have big plans at inner levels to reach many people who will come and dip into these sacred waters. We invite you to consider what gift you can make to help reach the goal of $2.5 million for the pool construction that has been so successful.
The messengers and several masters have spoken of the importance of the Sacred Waters Project. The sacred waters have been referred to as special for unburdening the lightbearers and for healing, should Mother Mary choose to bless the waters for that purpose. Already we can feel a ripple effect of anticipation and excitement from many people—both locally and around the world—who can hardly wait to come.
Contacting One Hundred Thousand New Seekers
Our goal for 2018 was to sign up one hundred thousand new spiritual seekers in our database and we’ve exceeded that by many tens of thousands. Praise be to God!
Our goal for 2019 is two hundred fifty thousand new seekers in our database. This will bring us closer to our ultimate goal, which is to find and bring one million lightbearers to the heart of the Divine Mother by January 1, 2021.
Finding them, of course, is not enough. We must be able to hold the balance for them as we continue to expand our threefold flames. And we must nurture them and love them until they wax strong in their Christhood.
Headquarters at the Inner Retreat is abuzz with more and more outreach directed to souls of light through an expansive web presence. Outreach Tuesday (in English) and Outreach Wednesday (in Spanish) are live video broadcasts that engage hundreds of people every week through the Internet. Together we decree and meditate on behalf of the lightbearers. And it is working!
Reports are coming in from our local teaching centers and study groups about more seekers finding events such as workshops, Summit University weekends and other intensives. Those of you in our worldwide spiritual communities are reporting that many new people walk into an event with minimal advertising and they stay, they want more. You tell us that something has changed, and it seems to be easier than ever to attract and cut free lightbearers.
What has changed?
The worldwide community is engaged in synchronized and focused decree marathons, outreach events and more.
Thanks to Saint Germain’s technology, our groups are gathering in person and online with powerful decree sessions and virtual Summit University courses. Mark and Mother’s presence is featured on numerous websites, in many formats such as video, audio, and downloadable files. The broadcast stretches around the world on a daily basis.
Even as we upgrade our technology for greater opportunities for the seekers to find the teachings, more importantly, they are receiving heart-to-heart contact from staff and community.
With more than one hundred thousand new seekers in contact with us in just a few short months this year, we feel this could only happen because Lanello and Guru Ma are with us now and they are the wind in our sails.
A Balanced Budget—Living within Our Means
Thanks to your generosity and the hard work of the staff at the Inner Retreat, we are projecting a balanced budget for 2018.
In other words, our overall expenses for 2018 are very close to our overall revenues from all sources, including tithes, donations, sales and so forth. We won’t know the exact figure until December is over, and it may be a little up or a little down. So please keep your financial contributions coming in December!
Perhaps more importantly, the Board of Directors has just approved a balanced budget for 2019 (what we call the Cash Master Budget).
It will take hard work and some sacrifices, yet we are committed to not engaging in deficit spending in 2019 even as we are on a path of growth.
Unburdening the Lightbearers In 2019
Even as we claim the victory, we recognize that there’s much more to do. Here are our ten key initiatives for 2019.
- Open Yellowstone Hot Springs to the public.
- Launch a new Keepers of the Flame website and offer more services to new and existing Keepers.
- Take the Summit University adeptship program to the next level.
- Present a series of live webinars focusing on spirituality for the family.
- Implement a restructured ministerial and field engagement program.
- Launch a communicant program to nurture and provide greater levels of service to our most valuable spiritual community.
- Align programs, events, and materials both organizationally and interdepartmentally around the pathway concept (seeker, KoF, Communicant, adeptship).
- Initiate master planning for the Royal Teton Ranch.
- Expand and strengthen the “white-fire core” decree group resourced with proper housing at the Inner Retreat.
- Strengthen and increase the spiritual fire and light in worldwide communities.
Naturally, you may have questions about these initiatives. Beginning in January and throughout 2019, we will be in touch with you through live webinars, local presentations and other forms of communication to make sure all your questions are answered and that you are informed of the coming victories for 2019.
Your Personal Spiritual Plan
With so much at stake, it’s important for each of us to set aside time to work on our personal spiritual plan for 2019. Here are some suggestions from Mother and some of the ascended masters:
Be Alone with God
The need to withdraw, to be alone with God, . . . that’s the space we all need, and we fill that space with realms of light, with beauty, with energies that are part of our causal body.
It’s not empty space and it’s not necessarily down here at the solar plexus. It’s a part of these rings upon rings upon rings (of the causal body, depicted on the Chart of the Presence) behind me. Of course, they’re not rings; they’re spheres.
And that quietness, that need to withdraw, to be alone with God— that is the moment when you go into the great causal body that is yours and the great spheres of light.
For Mother Teresa, withdrawing, praying, being alone with God was as important as her work. So make it as important as your work, because one day each one of you is going to ascend to this great beautiful causal body that we’re looking at, that we can hardly imagine, it is so stupendous and so beautiful.

October 13, 1997Accept Yourself as a Child of God
Accept yourself as a child of God. As Mother Teresa would say: “Each one is made in the image and likeness of God. Therefore, you and all children of God are worthy of love. All have a right to love.”
Such is the message of the Mother of Calcutta and such is the message of the Divine Mother. As you recognize yourself in that image and likeness and give no power to your own sin or to another’s, so you will enter in to the joy of the mantra and you will see the power that will come to you.

The Buddhas in WinterImitate Kuan Yin and Vow to Save All Sentient Beings
I, too, represent the Karmic Board and I served as the Lord of the Seventh Ray before Saint Germain took that office. I am the bodhisattva who has tarried long with the evolutions of earth. I minister unto all but I am here specifically to assist the original lightbearers of God to attain to that level of Christhood which they once knew. (This I do in order) that they might in
turn be the God or Goddess of Mercy on planet Earth for children who have yet to reach that level.
I place my Electronic Presence this day over one million souls who have known the point of Christhood with Jesus Christ in ancient days of Atlantis and in ancient days of India. So they have come again and many have exchanged their robes for the robes of this world.

“Give Until It Hurts”
I must share with you that for us to continue to fulfill the masters’ plans for the initial opening of Mother Mary’s Sacred Waters (Yellowstone Hot Springs), to continue building our outreach websites, expand the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity, and to support the staff who labor to publish the ascended masters’ teachings, we must raise $1,000,000 by July 4th, 2019.
One of our longtime members who gives generously year-round told us about his concept of karma cash and dharma bullion. He said, “I’m the big winner when I give, no doubt about it. Everybody knows the Bible story about storing your riches in heaven. Well, I believe it’s true and I’m going for a BIG savings account!”
Another generous giver explained that she wanted to leave this world with maximum karma balanced. Since she did not know when she might depart for higher realms, she was investing in a long-term strategy that would continue to balance her karma even after she was gone.
