In Reality, Only God Can Do the Things
We Have Asked You to Do

As You Self-Empty, God Pours
More of Himself into You

I bow to the light, great and small, of the chelas of Saint Germain, my son. I would continue his lecture regarding the how and the why of coming months and years.<1>

My friends and cohorts of light, be seated.

The visualization of my blue belt is something you ought to take up. For if you visualize my blue belt as it was illustrated earlier in the century,<2> you may have that blue belt to protect you from the waist to nearly the level of the feet. This mighty band of jewels is an instantaneous armour. I have chelas who never take it off.

Blessed ones, I greet you in the power of the Great Central Sun. As you look at the rendition of my likeness, see that as I am, so you can become. I will sponsor any and all chelas who wish to give a perpetual novena to me of not less than forty calls to the Great Divine Director daily<3> with works that measure up to that decree and those calls.

Blessed ones, you can earn an affiliation with an ascended master. And you can compel that master to take you on by so following his path, his word, his life and what he will do for humanity that the Law simply says: “Welcome, my son! Welcome, my daughter! Walk with me in the valleys, the hills and the high places of the snowy mountains, for you shall be my chela.”

Work for the Binding of the Dweller-on-the-Threshold

So, beloved, the how and the why. Yesterday you gave to us a tremendous impetus for the judgment of those souls whose time was up. Today, then, I ask you to work diligently and in the same manner for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold of those fallen angels who are at the very bottom of the pit of hell itself, as the messenger has diagrammed.<4>

Blessed ones, what we shall do with that is the following. We shall instantaneously bind the dweller-on-the-threshold of those individuals pointed out for us by the Four and Twenty Elders. Those dwellers will be taken from the planet. Even if those lifestreams must spend more time at that level of hell, they will not have in their sails the momentum of their dwellers any longer. This shall be the prize that you shall have to your credit if you do these calls following this dictation or, as you decide, following your evening meal if you prefer, but today for sure, beloved.<5>

Then we will go to those who are at the early levels of the etheric octave, those who bear their baggage with them and yet are such bright ones that they still are admitted to the first levels of the etheric octave. Therefore, we shall use your calls for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold, for the binding of the dwellers of those souls who are impeded by their dwellers, who have no understanding of what the dweller is and cannot in any way match the chicanery or the treachery of that dweller. This will give these souls, who are otherwise spiritually inclined and desirous of moving on, the opportunity to do so.

So you see, beloved, at both ends of the spectrum we have a reason to use your calls for the binding of those situations which I have mentioned. If you continue this work and if you continue to have your services on Friday and Saturday nights and if you are linked together,<6> you can accomplish a tremendous good for the planet. In fact, beloved, in looking upon this nation so sponsored by my beloved son, I tell you that these calls that you share—the call for the judgment, the call for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold, and also the reversing of the tide<7>—these calls, beloved, will avail much in purging the earth, in delivering from those who are weak and bound and poor the heavy weight of the planet that ultimately causes an untimely passage when they ought to be up and doing and in the earth. You do make a difference, beloved. You make a tremendous difference.

Avatars and Cosmic Beings Are Coming to Earth

I invite you as well to offer novenas to me, whether nine days or eighty-one days or any multiples of nine that you wish. I will always return to you from my causal body that substance of myself that I will deposit in your causal body whereby you can multiply the good of your causal body and have that multiplied by my own causal body.

I am very much a part of the scene these days. Sometimes I am far removed from this octave or from this planet. But I can tell you that cosmic beings are coming from across the universe and the galaxies, for they know that the hour has come and earth’s people stand before the crossroads. Thus they come to intervene, to intercede.

And therefore, in all of the years that Saint Germain has delivered his teachings through previous activities to this very day, there has not been so great a group of avatars and cosmic beings who have made their way to this planet and have come specifically, beloved, because you are here and have committed yourselves to this cause, because the messenger is here and has committed herself to this cause. And therefore we have an anchor point in the earth, as Saint Germain said, from that mantle that is on the physical person of the messenger, all the way to Sanat Kumara.<8>

This is why there is hope in the earth. And it is not merely because you have a messenger but because those who have recognized the messenger have decided to rally around her cause and around the cause of Saint Germain that she has made known to the people of this world. Because there is that anchor point, beloved, because the situation of hierarchy is anchored in the physical and anchored in you personally (because, of course, you are tied to the Mother of the Flame<9>)—because of all of this, beloved, we can work with the evolutions of the earth.

If at any time a majority of you should leave this path or the messenger should say, “I have enough. I will go Home now. Take me, God,” there would not be the opportunity that you have in this moment. You count because you are keeping the flame. And when you keep the flame, beloved, it is the flame of the Maha Chohan. It is the flame of the living God. It is the flame of your I AM Presence. It is the flame that is locked in your heart, the threefold flame of life.

Be Humble before the Greatness of God That Is in You

Blessed ones, be humble before the greatness of God that is in you and not puffed up because you have such an awareness of your responsibility. The more you see your responsibility, the more you ought to humble yourself before the altar and say to the Lord Jesus Christ, to Saint Germain, to God: “Thou the All; I the nothing. Thou the All; I the nothing. Thou the All; I the nothing.”<10>

Each time you say this, you self-empty yourself. And when you are emptied, the Holy Spirit infills you! And you say it again, “Thou the All; I the nothing.”

And so, beloved, as you self-empty, God pours more and more of himself into you and you no longer need to connive and plan and do this and do that and try to arrange the world or the businesses or the industries or the vast situations that you are involved in. Become as a little child and know that, in reality, only God can do the things we have asked you to do.

A Balancing Action for Your Threefold Flame

I the All; thou the nothing. I the All; thou the nothing. Therefore I take my allness as the Great Divine Director, and if you will self-empty yourself now, I will pour myself into you—the sacred fire of that blue lightning ray and the purging, purifying light of wisdom that will never leave you ignorant.

Thus, the Father is the power of God. The wisdom comes from the Mother God. And cradled in that, in their divine love, beloved, your own individual and personal Manchild shall come forth. And who is that Manchild? It is the Christ aborning in your heart. It is the Christ that truly is mature and full in the fruitage of his causal body. And therefore Father and Mother united in the will of God and the wisdom of God establish the cradle for the new life. And that new life is a gift of love.

Now, beloved, I pour of this blue and of this yellow ray. I pour this into you now. It touches all of you—your chakras, your cells, your being. I give you this as a balancing action for the threefold flame. This balancing of the threefold flame is greatly needed. Until you have it, you are not fully God-centered. Work, then, to bring up the lowest plume.

So, then, beloved, I shall give you all that comes with the first ray, all that comes with the second ray. Now you must supply the third, the love. Only love, beloved, can bring about your salvation, your victory—love and greater love and greater compassion and a greater awareness of the needs of others. How can you love another if you are not aware in the depth of your being of the suffering of that one?

It is because you see people and nations suffering that your love increases. Your love goes out to those who mourn, those who are angry, those who are burdened in Bosnia.<11> Your love goes out to those who mourn in Oklahoma City.<12> Your love goes out to those today who were in that train wreck.<13>> As you extend love and identify with world sorrow, blessed ones, you shall have the greatest development of that third plume.

So we, as Father-Mother, I and my twin flame, we come, we pour. Empty the pitchers. Let them be filled. Thou the nothing; I the All.

What a great transmission by the figure-eight flow. That flow of energy will increase and increase. Each time you acknowledge God as your reality and no longer accept the ego as self, you shall see the increase of empowerment. You shall see the increase of wisdom. You shall see creativity blossoming through the love ray. Efface the self with a lowercased s and you shall discover the Real Self, the Divine Self, inhabiting your temple.

Now meditate in my aura and find the true center of your being. [32-second pause; master breathes the sacred breath]

I am beginning to breathe the sacred fire breath into the vacuum that you have created by self-emptying. [23-second pause; master breathes the sacred fire breath]

Now I seal that fire of my being in your being. May you multiply it in glory, in the Shekhinah<14> glory of your being. May you multiply it in the heart chakra. May you go forth from here thinking in your heart: “What precious something shall I give to someone who is burdened, what kind word, what practical support? What can I do for another? How can I lose myself in God and in so doing help the many?” I will be there to show you, beloved.

The Time Draws Nigh

And now I must say to you that, on balance, the way we can bring this planet into a golden age is to call for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold of those who weigh the earth down, especially the laggard evolutions who came from Maldek,<15> who assembled here and determined never to follow the Son of God but only to make themselves comfortable.

Blessed ones, the time is drawing nigh. I know the date and the year, for I am also one who was involved in the decision of the Dark Cycle.<16> And the day and the year shall come when we, the Darjeeling Council—and I speak on behalf of El Morya—will no longer give space or place to those evolutions who have misused the planet and worn out its hospitality. The days are coming whereby those shall first have their dwellers bound and then they shall be bound if they continue to insist upon denying other peoples in the earth their lawful place. That day, when that day comes, beloved, you will see the binding of those dwellers.

And this is their impetus. These individuals do not function by the light of the living Christ but they function by the darkness and blackness of evil. Evil becomes their strength. It moves in their bloodstream. And they exercise tremendous power over the shorn lambs of God.

Not so; no longer, beloved. But this must happen by the diligence of Keepers of the Flame who will now connect throughout the earth.<6> When that is in place, when you understand the protection you must call about yourselves and your families and your nations and you are ready, beloved, I tell you, we are ready.

Your Assignment Is Cut Out for You

Enough is enough! There is no reason why this planet should be burdened any longer with those lifestreams who have no allegiance to the true and the living God but only to an anti-god. And remember, beloved, that the most deadly enemy you face, along with the laggards, are the aliens and extraterrestrials who come in the attempt to destroy the light that you have established in this worldwide community.

Therefore, beloved, know that many of the calls that you gave for the judgment last evening were directed specifically and instantaneously at aliens and extraterrestrials. These fallen ones have attempted to overthrow the messenger and yourselves for aeons. If you can name one force on the planet that has continually attacked your soul all through the ages, it is these aliens, beloved. They have seen your light. They do not bow before it; they steal it. They would take it from you. So Saint Germain has given you the dispensation of the mighty tube of light.<17> And when you make that call, not only do you have the tube of light, but you also have the Electronic Presence of Saint Germain, the Guru who has sponsored that tube of light for you.

So, beloved, there are unseen things. And the rumblings in the earth include a rash of psychic material; and psychics come to sell their wares and tell you, “Go this way, go that way, go the next way.” No good thing comes out of the psychic! This is the pronouncement of your beloved Saint Germain.

So, beloved, the laggards have worn out their welcome. It demands a force on the light side equal to and greater than theirs to defeat and bring to judgment these fallen ones. Therefore, beloved, you have cut out for you your assignment for many a month. I trust that you will understand that at the end of that road you will enter the road of glory. You will have done your work. You will have bound these fallen ones, as required of you by the Lords of Karma, and you will be able to enter the next phase. And the next phase shall be the phase of the glory of the LORD, the glory of the LORD, the glory of the LORD upon you!

Now take up your staff. Take up your sword. Amplify the flame of your heart. Ye are able, I say. Ye are able. Ye can accomplish all these things. For the wind of the Holy Spirit is in your sails. Happy voyaging!

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by the Great Divine Director was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Monday, October 9, 1995. 2. The Great Divine Director’s blue belt. In his book The Magic Presence (Chicago: Saint Germain Press, 1935), Godfré Ray King described the Great Divine Director as adorned with a girdle of jewels: “This Majestic Being stood fully six feet four inches in height, with wavy hair that fell to his shoulders, that looked like sunshine on gold. His robes glittered with points of Light like great jewels that flashed continually with the tremendous radiance of the power, held under his control and obedient to his conscious direction. The girdle encircling his waist was a mass of sapphires and diamonds, and from it hung a panel to a few inches below the knees. This also was a mass of jewels” (p. 385).

In The Masters and Their Retreats (Summit University Press, 2003), we read that the Great Divine Director “is often depicted with a large blue belt, hung with dazzling blue jewels, with dazzling light rays emanating from his heart, throat and head. These light rays are very powerful. When you give the decree to the Great Divine Director, you can tie into those light rays and his protection. He will place his blue belt around you at the etheric level for the protection of your chakras and will help you bring forth your divine plan” (pp. 120–21).

In a dictation on July 21, 1968, Kuan Yin said that through daily service and invocations, “your overcoming victory is manifesting....Each day you will mark the victory as a notch in the belt. And that divine belt is a mighty blue belt that is focused for you by the Great Divine Director, and you may invoke that belt to keep you free from all astral projections and the mass consciousness that enters through the solar plexus. The mighty blue belt has a band which hangs from your waist to your knees and gives the mighty protection of the blue-lightning ray. If you can visualize that blue lightning around your waist and that mighty drape that descends to give you the qualification of the blue-lightning ray, you will have another key in your overcoming victory” (1982 PoW, vol. 25, Book 2 Introduction, no. 6. Connection to King Arthur's Court via telephone patch. In 1995, headquarters and participating teaching centers and study groups began using simple telephone connections and later, in 1996, teleconferencing equipment to bridge, or "patch," the audio program in King Arthur's Court to groups throughout the United States and Canada as well as to international groups. This process allowed devotees at these centers to simultaneously participate in conferences and services conducted at the ranch. That technology has since been replaced with Internet broadcasts.

14. Shekhinah. In Kabbalah, the sefirot are the ten aspects of God's being that manifest from Ein Sof ("the Infinite"). The Kabbalists' diagram of the sefirot is called the Tree of Life; it is a blueprint for divine and human action and interaction. The tenth sefirah, Malkhut ("Kingdom"), also called Shekhinah ("Divine Presence"), is at the base of the Tree of Life. In Kabbalah, Shekhinah figures as the mother of the world. Malkhut/Shekhinah is at the nexus of two worlds, representing the point where spiritual and physical forces meet. In the world of the sefirot, she is the lowest point; in our world, she is the uppermost point. Thus Malkhut serves as both the channel through which the divine forces of the sefirot flow downward to this world as well as the gate through which we on earth reach upward to God. Malkhut is the gate we must pass through as we begin our ascent up the ladder of the sefirot to Ein Sof (the Infinite).

The Great Divine Director’s Mantra

In the name of my own Real Self, the I AM THAT I AM, and the Christed one of my being, I call forth from the reservoir of my cosmic consciousness the divine plan of my life, the blueprint of being. I call to the Lords of Life, to the Great Divine Director and to Saint Germain to assist me now in the implementation of the law of cosmos as it applies to my individual identity, to my karma and my dharma, and to the circumstances of my life in time and space:

1. Divine Director, come,
Seal me in thy ray—
Guide me to my Home
By thy Love I pray!

Refrain: [Repeat after each verse]

Thy blue belt protect my world,
Thy dazzling jewels so rare
Surround my form and adorn
With essence of thy prayer!

2. Make us one, guard each hour
Like the sun's radiant power—
Let me be, ever free
Now and for eternity!

3. Blessed Master R,
You are near, not far—
Flood with Light, God's own might
Radiant like a star!

4. Divine Director dear,
Give me Wisdom pure—
Thy Power ever near
Helps me to endure!

5. Shed thy Light on me,

Mold and shape my soul!

And in full faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding, and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the light and free!
