We Must Have Change

How Shall It Be Done?

Your Salvation Will Yet Be That You Use
the Violet Flame and Give Your Astreas

Part 2

You may have wondered before how I could guarantee you that option of your ascension. It is because I knew you would have the technology as well as the fervor of heart and that you who want to make your ascension would make it happen because I have extended this grace of my causal body.

And I want to tell you that I have extended this grace of my causal body because of the great service that you and many other keepers of the flame and lightbearers on the planet have rendered me for thousands and thousands of years. So, beloved, do not always think that you are debtors to me. In many cases I am a debtor to you because when I have called, you have answered. When I have called Godfre, so he came.<1> And George Washington carried on and carried through with my plans for the colonies and for America.

There are many of you sitting here today who have rendered such service to me in the past that in some instances there is almost nothing you could do to change the commitment of God and myself to your victory of the ascension in this life. I desire to tell you these things so that you may know in your heart that you have a self-esteem because you have walked and talked with me on the shores of Atlantis and Lemuria. And we have been one together, and I have been your father and you have been my son or daughter. I stand before you in the most profound gratitude of my heart. And I wish to tell this to all lightbearers of the world and I want you to carry that message when you meet souls whom you bring into the teachings. The ascended masters are in many cases indebted to you; and in other cases, of course, you remain indebted to them.

Blessed ones, this is a love feast for the celebration of Columbus Day. And I welcome you to my heart that we came to this continent and opened the way for a civilization that could not have prospered anywhere but on this continent.

We Must Accelerate the Karma of the Planet

I would point out to you now the situation of hurricanes, the unsettling of the seas and the sea life, the marine life. And I would point out that this earthquake of the day<2> is another measure of karma descending and of transmutation of karma. Earthquakes in the earth come often, some not as heavy. You can see the mitigation of this one, being three miles offshore in the Pacific.

Earthquakes take place in the body of the earth and also in your body. Take care, then, of your four lower bodies. Take care, beloved. For this is an hour when we, committed under the Darjeeling Council and the Four and Twenty Elders, must accelerate the karma of the planet. If we do not begin now to accelerate even in a greater acceleration than you have observed in the last decade, then what will come to pass will be the prophecy of Jesus that the attenuation of evil on the planet shall be that the elect shall not endure.<3>

The Urgency of the Hour for Decrees

We have given you many dictations regarding the urgency of the hour for decrees. You have given lovingly and liberally of your voices. All of you who come to this court and give of your heart and soul have an immediate multiplication of the violet flame in your life, in your being, as though pots of oil endlessly surrounded you and you had the wherewithal to heal all of your diseases by the violet flame.

This is why we have said in this conference that it would be well to focus on the violet flame and the supporting decrees of the first ray and of Astrea<4> from now to the end of the year. Your salvation, then, with all of this that you have in hand that you can do to change the world, will yet be that you use the violet flame and give your Astreas. For what you did last night was to decrease the force of evil on the planet. Millions of fallen angels were bound and others who had no more reason to be in embodiment were also taken.

The judgment is a wondrous gift. It is a gift of God. And that measure of judgment comes, beloved. And my beloved Portia, the Goddess of Justice, with the Goddess of Mercy, Kuan Yin, balance justice and mercy for every lifestream. And where opportunity is warranted, it is given. Where it is not warranted, not even the hosts of the LORD can touch an individual.

So I anticipate, as the conclusion of this conference, that you will again take up a series of decrees that we might use while you are all in session in your various centers, that we might use, beloved, to deal with domestic terrorism and foreign terrorism on United States soil. I ask you this, beloved, because this terrorism comes on the day of the celebration of my discovery of this continent.<5> And I tell you, beloved, it is a sad day for me to see the degradation of the people of this nation. It is a turning point. This is a turning point of the quadrant of the year.

I ask you to never forsake your joy, that the joy of my son Jesus Christ might be in you and that your joy might be full perpetually,<6> for you have that spark of freedom that shall never escape you. And you have my Presence with you and I shall never depart from you unless you command me to leave you.

Read the Inner Signs of the Times

Blessed ones, look carefully. Read the signs of the times that you do not always read in your magazines, newspapers, news programs, and so forth. Read the inner signs of the times at the level of your soul, at the level of your solar plexus, at the places of the subconscious where things come to you that may be alarming and startling. And because your soul reflects back to you what she observes as the scene of the world, you may sometimes be jarred and sometimes say to yourself, “Oh, what I see coming upon the earth! I cannot look at it. I do not want to see it.” Well, beloved, you must quickly overcome that approach to life, for it is passé. You must look squarely at what is happening beneath the levels of consciousness. Thus I point to the seas that you might realize that the oceans represent the subconscious.

Blessed ones, if you receive a message in your soul and it is burdensome, remember, you have recourse to the altar of God. I, Saint Germain, have stated to you that I have taken every child on earth on my lap. This I said at the July conference.<7> Now I say to you, I shall place my Electronic Presence at your altars. Erect your altar and see to it that in addition to the masters, you carry a focus of the two messengers who stand for you, one on either side of the river of life.<8> Therefore, know that their focuses on your altar will be the anchoring point for the two witnesses, who will come to you and succor you, whether in the hour of death, the hour of mourning, the hour of grief, the hour of sickness, or the hour of glory and victory of your soul.

The Open Door to Hierarchy

Be grateful that Padma Sambhava is with you. Be grateful that you have one before you who can hold the mantle of Padma Sambhava and therefore, through that one messenger and through Padma Sambhava, you have the open door to the Sacred Heart of Jesus and on in the hierarchy of the ladder of life.<9>

Blessed ones, hang on to that hierarchy and know that everlasting life is the true goal. Nothing less is complete. Nothing less will do. If your goal is the life everlasting, then seek it, accomplish it, beloved. For I tell you that there is only the black or the white. Either attain everlasting life or you will not attain it, and there will never be a place in between.

I have deep love for your souls and profound concern for the entire planet. I have greatest concern for the United States, for if this nation shall crumble in the division of the races, in the gangs and the warring in the members of the people, then where shall all other nations go?

I greet all students from everywhere upon earth. Remember, the call compels the answer! Call unto me and I shall answer you.

1. The ascended master Godfre was embodied as George Washington, first president of the United States (1732–1799), and as the messenger Guy W. Ballard, through whom Saint Germain founded the I AM Activity in the early 1930s (1878-1939).

2. On Monday morning, October 9, 1995, a magnitude 7.9 earthquake occurred off the Pacific coast near Colima, Mexico. The earthquake caused serious damage to populated areas between Manzanillo and Puerto Vallarta. An estimated 50 people died and over 10,000 were left homeless.
