The Soul Must Be Answerable Directly to Her God

Part 2

Now, I say to you, I have such a fervor for this, for there are two roads that can be taken in 1996. And one is the high road of light and light’s consciousness where you daily bathe yourself in light, give your violet-flame decrees, put on the whole armour of God.<1> That is the way I would like to see every lightbearer of the earth but, alas, they do not have the teaching on the armour, the putting on of the whole armour of Archangel Michael.<2>

I am therefore come to you to say that those of you who take the high road shall hold up civilization. And those of you who take the low road and decide it is not necessary to devote extra time to decrees, you will know that the weight of 1996 will take you down, down, down and down unless you have chosen the high road. The low road is not possible; the low road is truly the road of the astral plane. Therefore, if you would have a year, beloved, that is on that high road, you must work to sustain that level of consciousness. I tell you this and I tell it to you with a fervor of my heart, and with all my heart I desire that you should remember I have spoken to you of the high road.

Some of you have had a sense of time being wasted in the past year. Well, you have not only wasted time in the past year but in past centuries and past thousands of years into the mists of ancient times. Yes, beloved, there is no more time to waste time. Thus the light will quicken, the light will dissolve all obstacles. And you will see yourself climbing that staircase and one day you will climb it, for you shall go up that ladder of light and you shall know the caressing of your I AM Presence as you have not yet known it in this vale of earth. And you shall know that you are climbing the staircase to the star of your own mighty I AM Presence.

Thus, the stars are convening and they continue to gather, for they would be in this place for the sounding of the new year and the giving of that mighty roll that will send you on the high course of your destiny.

In this moment, then, I turn this dictation over to my beloved Portia.

Beloved Ascended Lady Master Portia

Justice, the Highest Quality in the Universe

Where is justice? Where is the justice within the human consciousness? Where is the justice of the divine consciousness?

There is truly no apparent justice in the earth, but if you look again and if you have access in the retreats to the scrolls of the Keeper of the Scrolls,<3> you will discover that justice is the highest quality in the universe, the balance of all life and the absolutely accurate assessment of right, of wrong.

The scales of justice from the divine hand as I hold them are never incorrect, yet justice in the earth is lacking. The nations grieve at the injustices of the continents, of the governments, the corruption even of this government itself. Yet I tell you, beloved, when you salute the flame of divine justice and give gratitude unto that flame and all who uphold it, and then when you turn to go about your daily business and all that you do is just and fair, comforting, enlightening and always just, you have a peace that can scarcely be understood.

I, then, ask you to champion the cause of justice where the engines of justice have not correctly defined what is truth, what is right and what is wrong. The more you call to the Lords of Karma individually and collectively, the more you sing to us,<4> the more you will have in your own life a sense of justice. And your Holy Christ Self will be the deliverer of the justice in your world.

Call That Justice Might Be Meted Out

I have delivered to the messenger a direction concerning justice, for the messenger has called upon me to always remind her wherever there is an injustice that she might be there to correct it. If you ask for such gifts, beloved, these gifts will be given to you. And so the messenger has asked to know what is true justice in all matters—difficult matters that come to her attention—and before the altar of God she does call for that perfect resolution of justice.

Justice is not always accepted. But I tell you, beloved, when it is accepted you begin to know what you will allow yourself to do and what you will not allow yourself to do. Justice must be meted out and judgment also, and so it is written, “Know ye not that ye shall judge angels?”<5> This is the teaching of the apostle Paul, if you know it not.

The teaching is concerning fallen angels, beloved. And that single verse does tell you that Paul himself knew of the fallen angels and that they must be judged. And if they were to be judged, beloved, as Paul saw them moving among the people, wreaking havoc with justice and bringing upon nations all sense of injustice, then, beloved, you would see that it is entirely in order that in this day and hour at the conclusion of the year you, in the name of the seven archangels and the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, call to the halls of divine justice, call to me as the Goddess of Justice that justice might be meted out and that these fallen angels whose time is up might be bound because you have given forth “The Judgment Call.”<6>This judgment call, written by our son Jesus Christ, beloved, is for the end times and the end of the year. Let them be bound! Let them be bound as the tares are bound and removed that the good wheat may prosper.<7> This is your job, and very few on the planet know it.

I, then, sit on the board, the Karmic Board, and before this board and before the four and twenty elders, the fallen ones whom you have seen fit to bring to judgment come.<8> And as you have been told before, they are profane, angry, mocking, jeering. They want no part of divine justice. I am a cosmic being, beloved, yet to deal with these individuals is not a pleasant assignment. Yet it must be done. And long ago I espoused the flame of divine justice, and so in that flame I am able to balance the flame of freedom of my consort, Saint Germain.

The Companion of Justice Is Compassion

Blessed ones, I ask you to test yourselves as you go about your chores in the weeks ahead, and observe and ask yourself, “Has everything that I have said been just and true? Have I amplified? Have I prevaricated? Have I rearranged the facts?” All of this is not just. Justice is to speak the word of truth, to have compassion for those who have broken the law and yet to compel them to come up higher and to embrace the path of chelaship, of true divine justice.

Therefore it is just that you might be your brother’s keeper. It is just that you might sow good deeds each day on behalf of those who have less than you do. It is just that you give this teaching that you know to others, for they hunger after the righteousness of this teaching. It is just to be fair, to enter into and to settle disputes, to arbitrate, to assist those in staying out of court and settling rather than allowing the courts to deprive you of the true justice that is at hand.

Justice is meet through the threefold flame. And the greater that flame and the greater the balance, the more you will have the understanding, the understanding heart and therefore the understanding of where divine justice must fall.

Taking all things, then, into consideration, it is always best when engaging in justice to have the companion of justice, which is compassion.<9> Compassion, beloved, may go only as low as the level of the heart. Where justice becomes injustice is where acts and states of consciousness fall below the level of the heart. Therefore, ye who have compassionate hearts, mete out God’s justice, yet remember that there is a quality of mercy that can heal many hearts.

Therefore, beloved, I ask that in this year you remember me and call to that flame of justice once a day, saying in my name:

“I call in the fervor of my heart for the justice of beloved Portia to prevail in every heart throughout this earth.”

Immediately my legions shall go to work and you shall know change. I pray you shall not forget this call or my request.

I bow to you out of the fire of justice in which I stand for the victory of all.

Beloved Saint Germain

Now come Zadkiel and legions of angels with Holy Amethyst. They circle the earth. They draw up into their very members all souls who love the flame of freedom and the flame of liberty.

Now, then, is the hour of the increase. Now is the multiplication of all of the violet flame that you have delivered to your altars throughout this year and centuries past. Now is the moment, beloved, when our Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst will tarry with you with their legions as you continue this violet-flame marathon.<10>

So, beloved, I give to you Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst. And I retire into another octave to also assist this tremendous adventure.

3. The Keeper of the Scrolls is the custodian of the archives containing each individual's book of life. He is the head of the band of angels known as the angels of record, or recording angels. Each soul evolving in time and space is assigned a recording angel, who records every action, word, deed, thought and feeling. At the end of each day, the recording angel submits the record of that day to the Keeper of the Scrolls. It is the responsibility of the Keeper of the Scrolls to provide the ascended masters and the Lords of Karma with the life record of any or all incarnations of any individual about whom they may inquire.

9. “The companion of justice is compassion.” The Jewish mystical tradition known as Kabbalah speaks of ten aspects of God's being (sefirot) that emanate from the unmanifest God, prior to Creation (Ein Sof, literally “without end,” often translated as “the Infinite”). The sefirot Hesed and Gevurah act as complimentary opposites: Hesed represents love, mercy, grace, loving-kindness; Gevurah (often called Din) represents justice, judgment, control, severity. Conferees were invited to participate at any time during the five-day conference in a violet-flame decree marathon: 1) to offer calls for a “violet-flame sea [of light] over the earth” to “roll back the karma of the decade and the millennium,” and 2) to invoke divine intervention “to scour the earth with the chemical (blue-purple) ray for the transmutation of the seven last plagues.”

Omri-Tas announced the unprecedented dispensation of the violet flame sea of light on May 1, 1991, in Portland, Oregon: “I deposit in the heart of the earth a dispensation immense of concentrated violet flame. It is an intercession of the quality of mercy. It is an intercession afforded to all those who serve the Light. And through your Holy Christ Self it shall be meted out as an unguent, as an elixir. May you drink of it in your hours of need and [in your hours of] strength and keep it replenished by new calls to the violet flame. It is a giant violet flame reservoir, as a sea of light pulsating” (1991 PoW, p. 355).

The messenger Mark L. Prophet spoke about the chemical ray on December 30, 1969: “I am talking about the purple flame, which I like to call the chemical ray because it is the true purple, the purple that’s in the fireplace blazing behind you. It is that shade of violet that has a heavier concentration of blue in it, the will of God. And the power of the will of God, of perfection, is to realign our atoms and our consciousness and our four lower bodies. And the power of the violet or the pink in it is the mercy of forgiveness.”

Call to that flame of justice once a day, saying in my name:

“I call in the fervor of my heart for the justice of beloved Portia to prevail in every heart throughout this earth.”

Immediately my legions shall go to work and you shall know change. I pray you shall not forget this call or my request.

Call for the Arresting of Spirals of Injustice

Beloved I AM Presence, beloved Lords of Karma, I desire this day, by the authority of the Christ within me, to register a complaint, to call to the attention of the hosts of heaven this injustice which I have witnessed and I have perceived. ___________________________________________________ (Here describe the injustice and name the persons, indicating the time and space of the event.)

And in the name of Almighty God, I withdraw all of God's energy from that injustice and I command that that spiral of injustice be arrested now!

I ask the Lords of Karma to diligently consider the righting of all wrong, the balancing of God justice in the lives of all individuals concerned; and I ask that my call be adjusted according to the will of God and that it be implemented according to that will.
