Review of Key Violet Flame Dispensations
What is a dispensation? It is a gift from God. In spiritual terms, a dispensation is a grace that God gives to us. In fact, it is a grant of energy, a grant that is in addition to our daily allotment that flows over the crystal cord. It assists us to become who we are, to fulfill our mission and to serve others.
It's as if someone were to walk by and deposit two million dollars in your bank account and say, “Here, use it to change the world.” That's a dispensation. It manifests as divine intercession in our personal lives, in our communities, nations and governments.
Let's review the key dispensations we've had concerning the violet flame. There have been many more than those that I will list for you this evening, but I think it's good to remind yourself just what a multiplication factor the violet flame can be.
Give the Violet Flame Fifteen Minutes a Day and It Shall Be Multiplied Ten Times
On July 7, 1984, Omri-Tas announced a dispensation for the multiplication of our decrees to the violet flame. This is such a neat dispensation and it's so easy to use. He said:
If in all reverence, with inner attunement, a sense of yourself in your Christ Self as priest or priestess of the sacred fire, if with all your heart and deep within your heart you will take...fifteen minutes each day to give profound and loving invocations to the violet flame in my name (and please remember to use my name, for I am the one from whose causal body this dispensation comes), then we will take that offering, measure for measure as it is devoted, as it is profound and sincere, the very weight of its power and light. Therefore, by the quality of it, quality for quality, it shall be multiplied in your life ten times!<1>
Ten times fifteen minutes is a hundred and fifty minutes. That is amazing! All you have to do is give fifteen minutes a day to reap the benefits of that dispensation.
The Outline of a Maltese Cross Wherever Two or Three Gather in Saint Germain's Name
The second dispensation is the outline of a Maltese cross, which will be filled in through our invocations to the violet flame. Saint Germain gave this dispensation on his ascension day, May 1, 1991. He said that it was a great personal and planetary boon. He implored us to take advantage of it, for he said it could mitigate or even turn back prophecies of cataclysm and nuclear war.
Saint Germain said, “Wherever two or three gather in my name in any city or home upon the planet, there shall be formed...the outline of a Maltese cross.” He said that if we would call daily to the violet flame, priests of the Order of Melchizedek and violet flame angels would fill in the outline, but if there were no violet flame invocations the outline would disintegrate. He said the calls to the violet flame “must be heard...in each twenty-four-hour cycle”—once a day. Again he said:
I implore you to heed me....It is imperative...that you devote yourselves...to the action of the violet flame....You live in a moment...in cosmic history when by the application of the violet flame decrees you can eliminate much karma and therefore much misery in the future....
The time will come when I will not have [recourse to] these dispensations....Do not sit on the sidelines and treat this decade as a spectator sport, beloved. Unless you engage not only in this game of life but also in this Armageddon [being waged between] the forces of light and darkness, [earth's evolutions will not have] a victory in this age....Now is the hour [to saturate] your worlds with the violet flame!<2>
You should have a sense of determination that you want to have this violet flame Maltese cross over your forcefield, your home, your teaching center, your study group, and that you and your groups would like to sustain it—even if just two or three maintain it. Saint Germain said, “Wherever two or three gather in my name” to give violet flame decrees, you will sustain that Maltese cross.
He didn't tell us exactly what that Maltese cross would do. But if we read his book on studies in alchemy,<3> we realize that each of those four parts of the cross connect with the twelve, three, six and nine o'clock lines. So if we sustain those lines, it's like sustaining a pinwheel of violet flame.
Let us not forget it. When the masters dwell on something as being urgent and keep repeating how urgent the times are, how urgent are the conditions of the planet, how urgent is the descent of mass karma, then when that mass karma descends in full force, we want to have beaten the fates already, to beat the fates ahead of time, to have the violet flame going to consume that substance before it comes tumbling down upon the earth.
A Violet Flame Sea of Light: “An Unprecedented Dispensation”
Also on May 1, 1991, the same day that Saint Germain announced this dispensation, Omri-Tas, the ruler of the Violet Planet, released an unprecedented dispensation for the saving of earth. He said:
I deposit in the heart of the earth a dispensation immense of concentrated violet flame. It is an intercession of the quality of mercy. It is an intercession afforded to all those who serve the light. And through your Holy Christ Self it shall be meted out as an unguent, as an elixir. May you drink of it in your hours of need and in your hours of strength and keep it replenished by new calls to the violet flame. It is a giant violet flame reservoir, as a sea of light pulsating.<4>
That is a limitless source of violet flame but we must invoke it, bring it to the surface of the planet and transmute the darkest areas. What are the darkest areas in the earth? They are where men or nations contemplate war, nuclear war, where they are determined to destroy entire sections of the earth.
Wherever there is an intent to war, there is the presence of fallen angels. And we must go to the altar and call for their judgment in the name of Archangel Uriel, in the name of Archangel Uzziel and make the call that according to the will of God these fallen angels be taken to another place, another planet where they may have more time, or to the Court of the Sacred Fire if their time is up. Whatever is divine justice for them, let it be done. So this is our daily war that we wage that the fallen ones who are left on earth will not overtake the world with their engines of war.
Omri-Tas to Be Present on Earth on the Third of Each Month
On October 14, 1991, Omri-Tas announced a thirty-three-day dispensation in which he would remain on earth to give us “a boost” and multiply our violet flame decrees.<5> The students of the ascended masters wrote petitions to Omri-Tas, asking him to remain longer and offering pledges of violet flame decrees.
In response, on November 1, 1991, Omri-Tas said that he was profoundly moved by our offering but that he could not remain on earth full-time. He said there were many other planets at a similar crossroads to that of earth who were in great need of his presence. However, he did promise to return to earth once a month on the third day of the month for twenty-four hours.
Calculating the twenty-four time zones on the planet, we see that the third of the month spans forty-eight hours. In other words, for a period of forty-eight hours, it is the third of the month in at least one time zone somewhere on the planet. Thus, on the “third” of each month, keepers of the flame worldwide have chosen to hold violet flame vigils in their sanctuaries.<6>
What this does for Omri-Tas and for the evolutions of earth is that it puts up a wall of violet flame that will transmute everything that touches it, which means Omri-Tas has given us the means through his causal body to put the brakes on planetary war, planetary momentums of evil—and this is exciting.
When we realize how many other planets are in distress (just from this little remark Omri-Tas made explaining why he could not be here full-time) we realize that Armageddon is not simply a matter of events on earth but that many planets are dealing with the end time, when the fallen angels must come to the judgment. And that is the core of Armageddon itself: that the fallen angels must go to the judgment. And before they go, they use every manner of dodging techniques to remain in the earth, to destroy our children, to destroy our loved ones, to purvey drugs, and to rule the minds of the people. These fallen angels know that their time is short and they do go about devouring souls. So let us be worthy of Saint Germain and Omri-Tas, that Omri-Tas has deigned to give us this period of time.
Whatever You Put Forth, I Will Match Ten Times
On October 11, 1992, Omri-Tas said:
These days ahead are those of great cost to the people and great price to the nations. If there be a certain action of the violet flame carried out in daily decrees by students new and old, you can reach a crescendo—even a critical mass, as it were, of violet flame—whereby I may come, then, in answer to your call not merely on the third day of the month but on other days as well.
It will be a question of “matching.” Whatever you put forth I will match again and that ten times, and I will match it also by the presence of great legions from the Violet Planet. All those who are the servants of the seventh ray,...all those who invoke the violet flame in all of cosmos who are serving on any of the rays, including yourselves,...can provide an action of multiplication.<7>
We can see in this offer Saint Germain, Zadkiel, and Omri-Tas himself coming forth [on April 6, 1996,] with that certain dispensation that he gave to us that dovetails his teaching that I just read to you.
The Squaring of the Quantity of Violet Flame You Invoke
On October 7, 1994, Omri-Tas announced a dispensation for the squaring of the quantity of violet flame you invoke. He said the evolutions of the Violet Planet would give to anyone who is introduced to the violet flame “a portion of violet flame”:
At one level each portion is entirely equal, for all are given a baseline gift. But to those who have invoked the violet flame and served Saint Germain, a greater portion is bestowed. You can use this gift to multiply, to square the quantity of violet flame you invoke.
Each time you give your violet flame decrees, you increase the momentum of violet flame stored in your aura. And it is the evolutions of the Violet Planet... who shall without fail intensify and multiply the violet flame as you call it forth.
This is the next best thing to having me perpetually on the planet....Thus, returning to you from the Violet Planet, matching the level of your calls, shall be a momentum of the seventh ray so great, beloved, that you will no longer think you are too small a body to accomplish the task at hand.<8>
Multiplication by the Power of the Violet Planet Itself
Yesterday, April 6, 1996, Archangel Zadkiel announced what he called a colossal dispensation. He said:
We, the legions of the seventh ray, have called forth cosmic reinforcements from Omri-Tas of the Violet Planet....What it means to the world, beloved, and to the incoming seventh root race cannot even be measured....It does mean that there is a new multiplication factor by the power of the Violet Planet itself....
You shall have greater access to the violet flame, and your calls to the violet flame shall be multiplied by the tremendous power of the legions of the Violet Planet and of Omri-Tas. This, then, is the spark of hope at the beginning of Aquarius....
Because of the multiplication of the violet flame, beloved, if you choose to invoke that flame daily without reserve, you will know such an accelerated transmutation of your karma that you will hardly be able to conceive of the change in your forcefield, the change in your four lower bodies and the balancing of your chakras....
This violet flame, beloved, is able, by your invocation, to bring in the seventh root race at the timetable that has been decreed by Saint Germain. And it was thought until this very day that that timetable might have to be postponed simply because not enough people would be invoking the violet flame. Beloved ones, Saint Germain is so beloved by the entire hierarchy of this cosmos that they have given to him of their causal bodies to ensure the birth of the children of the seventh root race, the elevation of South America and, hopefully, a golden age of Aquarius for the world....
The members of the seventh root race, shall they truly come in our time? Well, beloved, your use of the violet flame and its multiplication will make the difference....
I ask you to do the following unflinchingly, and that is to rise early, to put on your armour with Archangel Michael, to invoke the violet flame, and to do it with intensity. I ask you to do this for three years, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, supported by the Divine Mother Omega. I ask you to commit three years of dedication whereby your violet flame will consume the dark wave of karma that is being unleashed in the world....
So, my beloved, ere you leave this court, write a letter to Saint Germain, make a copy of it, read it daily, and let it state what you are committed to in these three years to come.<9>
These are the most important notes that I have drawn out for you for this conference. If you look at the back of the Science of the Spoken Word book, you can read in much detail dispensations on the violet flame.<10>
I Will Stand and Still Stand and Lay Down My Life for Saint Germain
When I was in South America with our team, I rejoiced in the wonders, the opportunities, the resources of that continent, but I also felt a great homesickness for Saint Germain and for the United States of America. And I realized in my heart that this country is the target, without any question, of many nations who have nuclear weapons and who would like nothing better than to destroy our civilization.
I realized that anything can happen in the United States, depending on the lightbearers. Will they rise to this level of invoking the violet flame? Will they capture the vision of America like they “capture the flag”?<11> Will they capture it and realize this is the time to run, almost furiously, with the legions of light to turn around this malintent against our nation?
And so I was thinking about this and thinking to myself, if America is the great target, then what do we do? And I realized, in the final analysis, as I tuned into the heart of Saint Germain, that I would never, never leave this country unless he directed me to leave, that I would stand with him till the hour of our ascensions, the hour of the turning around of the United States, and ultimately the hour of the undoing of the great war that has been prophesied for decades now against America.
And I felt in my heart, when I made that peace with myself, that I would stand and still stand and lay down my life for Saint Germain. I had such a joy welling up in my being to think that I was alive on planet Earth and I could give my life to Saint Germain and to the United States of America if he needed me here.
I ask you to stand in his honor and to sing to our flag, the flag of the United States of America. Please give your fiats.
