Your Tie to Padma Sambhava and to the Chain of Hierarchy
Is through the Mantle of the Messenger
My beloved, study the deep things of God.<1> Study the chart of the messenger concerning the Book of Revelation and how the unfoldment of this teaching comes forth through the teaching of the cosmic clock.<2> You will discover many things by this study of the Book of Revelation. And by and by you will see and understand that Jesus gave to me, John the Beloved, in cryptic form, signs of the times that apply to every age, not alone to this one or the age of Pisces. Realize, beloved, that no matter what the age, love is the fulfilling of the whole law.<3>
Apropos this, then, give your love to God and all hosts of heaven for the gift of the violet flame. But above all, give this love to your beloved Saint Germain, for he is the one who has carried that flame, who has brought it to the people of earth. He has been despised and rejected of men for so doing—he, the father of the living Saviour Jesus Christ.
Now, then, beloved, as you make your way into the world in the highways and byways, as you go forth from this place, which is a narrow room, realize that the consciousness of God permeates all. You may tune into the vibration of God's consciousness or you may tune into the vibration of the mass consciousness. When you find yourself embroiled at that lower level, then quickly come aside. As you have done this day, invoke with power and sacred fire of your chakras that higher realm, that higher glory, that higher vibration. You did not reach that vibration before the messenger came before you; but when she did you saw almost immediately the transformation of this place and, beyond this place, the transformation of the world.
You Have Sponsorship Because the Messenger Is Sponsored
You are being God-taught and spoon-fed. You are also being given the meat of the Word.<4> Cherish, cherish this relationship to the altar, to the heart of the messenger. You know, beloved, that the messenger has a mantle of empowerment that she does share with you.<5> Realize, beloved, what you can learn in the presence of a living messenger and how much more difficult it is when you postpone that relationship and there is no messenger in embodiment.
Truly, beloved, you must know that this is the hour, as has been said, for the internalization of the Word, for the tarrying, for the coming of the Holy Spirit into your temple.<6> This is a day and an hour when you have sponsorship because the messenger is sponsored by Padma Sambhava. This relationship to Padma Sambhava goes back centuries; and because of the messenger's diligence and steadfastness as a chela of his, so that one chose to sponsor her in this life. Therefore through her you have the direct tie to the Great One, Padma Sambhava. This chain of hierarchy is the strength of many mansions. There is a strength and a power, beloved, whereby you can take this mantle, touch the hem of the garment and recognize that you too share in the glory of those masters such as Jesus, Lord Maitreya, Gautama Buddha, Sanat Kumara.<7>
Blessed ones, there are no favorites. Had the messenger not chosen this path centuries ago, the messenger simply would not have received the mantle. So you understand, beloved, when you have eyes for the future and future millennia and you set your course because God shows you that you will play a major role in this century or the next century or the next millennium—beloved, realize that those who come to the place of ultimate service to humanity have determined ages ago that they would prepare for this service so that in the day and the hour that Saint Germain or Jesus would call that one, they would be ready.
Blessed ones, you can accelerate this. You can regroup the energies of many past centuries. You can call for the violet flame to transmute those records. You can go back to those points in history, your personal history, where you were men and women of valor, great teachers, leaders, and so forth. Thus, by clearing the debris of the not-so-good embodiments, you can find that you can bring together through transmutation by the violet flame the accumulation of all positive incarnations and all positive good that you have put forth in the earth.
I say, claim the mantle of your causal bodies! Claim the mantle of that authority that comes from your Holy Christ Self. And when you seek that authority, simultaneously, beloved, seek that humility. For it is God, God, God who gives you the glory. And the more you discover the glory, the more you should be humble rather than proud or self-satisfied. No matter where you are on the Path, beloved, you can this day begin violet flame transmutation. And you can accelerate now with a greater speed than ever by the dispensation of Omri-Tas.<8>
So you see, beloved, that those who have earned and paid the price and paid with great pain, great anxiety, great burdens through the centuries, who have finally balanced the fullness of their cup of karma, these are few in the earth, beloved. And there are many who have balanced their karma who simply go to the caves or to the desert and want nothing of civilization.
Blessed ones, those who have balanced their karma, as the messenger has, do not often place themselves in the midst of people. So, you see, whereas there are many, perhaps, who have balanced the full price of karma, there are very few who desire to go back and pull and tug and bring others to the level of vision—vision, beloved, of what one faces today as arduous service, as intense work, as hardship, as working round the clock to make this organization happen. These are the ones, beloved, whom we can count on.
And when in your midst you have one who can bear the burden with you and assist you in bearing the burden of the world, so you know, beloved, in your heart of hearts, that through that mantle you have a tie and the tie is strong. It is like the cord of Saint Francis with knots in the rope, beloved. When you hold onto that knot, that knot becomes the grip whereby you are holding onto the garments of the saints and ultimately to the garment of Jesus Christ.
The Reason You Do Not Have a Direct Guru-Chela Relationship with Jesus
I would speak to you, then, of your chelaship under the messenger and under Padma Sambhava, and I will tell you why you do not have a direct Guru-chela relationship with Jesus. It is this, beloved: it is far better to make karma, first of all, with a living messenger who is not ascended. It is far better, then, after that, beloved, to make karma with Padma Sambhava, who has sponsored the messenger.
But, beloved, when you enter into a relationship with Jesus Christ and you have not resolved your psychology, then sooner or later you may be provoked with Jesus. You may take him for granted. You may weary of the disciplines he will give you. To then go against the grain of that path, to then abrogate one's chelaship, one's discipleship under him is extremely costly, for here you deal with an avatar, an incarnation of God.
Thus, you are taking your training at inner levels from the messenger and from Padma Sambhava. And when you have achieved that resolution wherein you have proven again and again and a thousand times over that in the presence of Jesus Christ you will not misqualify energy, then he may call you as his disciple.
This is the reason so few truly have the calling of discipleship under Jesus Christ, though many claim it through the Christian churches throughout the world. In truth, in the chain of hierarchy by which the messenger is sponsored, you do not enter into that relationship with Jesus that is intimate, you do not reach the level of oneness with his Sacred Heart, at the place of the heart of your Holy Christ Self, until all things have come into resolution.
To Advance in the Cosmic Peerage, You Must Take What We Send You
Beloved, it is very often that the messenger does receive the blows and the energy, perhaps of your dissatisfaction or your criticism or this or that. It is the messenger that receives that, beloved, and so she has chosen it so that you would make the lesser karma. Think about this, beloved. Think whether or not you can tolerate the messenger in embodiment, in human form, or if you find yourself being irritated or disturbed or not wanting to be around the messenger. This should be a measuring rod for you. For if you are irritated by the aura of light, which is intense, of the messenger, then, you see, you will remain at this level until you decide to overcome these peccadilloes.
But what, then, does take place when there is not a messenger to intercede? So, then you rise and attempt to have an interchange with Padma Sambhava. This will be much more difficult and fraught with a karma-making situation that is greater than it would be if you were chelas of the messenger. So, beloved, to advance, shall we say, in the cosmic peerage, you must take what we send to you.
The messenger knows full well that she is not perfect. But she also knows that God is perfect and that God perfects her and you in divine love. Seek not the human condition of anyone. What shall you find? You shall find the same old human condition. Those who can rise above it and resolve it come to new heights of glory and visions of angels beyond.
Understand this, beloved: you have chosen El Morya or one of the chohans as your sponsor, but at inner levels it is the messenger who prepares you for that sponsorship. So, beloved, take to heart, then, Saint Germain's plight. Take to heart the presence of your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ with you. And come to realize that you are all looking to the day when you can stand or be seated in a circle around the presence of Jesus Christ and never, never again find any fault with him or have a problem with him or some kind of argument, et cetera, et cetera. The higher the level of the incarnation of God, the more aggravating that incarnation will be to the unascended chela.
Think, then, on these things. Be open to initiations to correction. But above all, I can tell you, for I am John the Beloved, that no matter what you say or do to or about the messenger, the messenger will love you today, tomorrow and forever.
Magnify Your Heavenly Being in the Earth
In the foreverness of the love of the saints—and I call you saints, for you are saints at one or another level—I say to you, beloved, come up higher. Journey to the retreats. Claim your place in heaven; then magnify your heavenly being in the earth.
Ever your brother, rejoicing in your precious footsteps, I am John. I am your friend. Call to me and I will interpret the scriptures for you. In the name of our Lord, I rejoice to be among you at this Eastertide. For remember, beloved, I stood there at the cross and Jesus said, “Woman, behold thy son! Son, behold thy mother!”<9>
In this consecrated light, I seal you. May you keep it in your chakras for days and months to come. It is all of my love given to you, multiplied by your I AM Presence, cycled back to me and to the Great Central Sun. Rejoice, beloved! For all these things shall come to an end and you shall know eternal life. May God truly bless you. Amen.

This dictation by John the Beloved was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Holy Saturday, April 6, 1996, during the five-day conference Easter Retreat 1996, held at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. Immediately before this dictation by John the Beloved, the messenger read chapters 15 and 16 of the Book of John. Earlier in the day, Archangel Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst gave a dictation (“Three-Year Dispensation of Violet Flame,” printed in 1998 PoW, vol. 41, no. 26). The mantle of Guru. On July 2, 1977, Padma Sambhava bestowed the mantle of Guru upon the messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet. He said: “The ascended masters come as a living witness to proclaim in this hour that the Guru-chela relationship can now be sustained in this octave through the flame of the heart of the Mother.” On July 1, 1992, beloved Omega said: “Beloved ones, what we offer you today is a very direct and living contact to us through the messenger and through the mantle of Guru that is upon her solidly and sealed....The Path and the relationship are open to you as long as you will maintain the single foundational quality, which is love.” On February 27, 1997, the messenger explained: “I am always wearing the mantle of the Guru. Wherever I go, it is present with me. Whether at the altar, at home, in a social setting, on an airplane or even when I am sleeping, I still wear the mantle. The mantle carries the weight of the mighty I AM Presence. That is the meaning of the Guru. It is the Presence of the I AM THAT I AM. The ascended masters use me to reach chelas, often in the most unlikely places. I reach them with whatever they need at that moment. Sometimes it's comforting love. Sometimes it's illumination. And sometimes it is the chastening fire....Under the Piscean dispensation, our Holy Christ Self mitigates the sacred fire. The mantle of the Guru stands in the place of the Holy Christ Self until the chela has attained union with the Christ. So the Guru is the instrument of the fire of the I AM Presence or the ascended master who disciplines the chela....God has given me a mantle so that I can reinforce your Holy Christ Self until you can sustain that contact. I can also reinforce your I AM Presence. Until you balance a certain amount of your karma, the way you maintain the contact with the Holy Christ Self and the I AM Presence is to call for that tie to be reinforced by the momentum of my lifestream and your call to the ascended masters. The ascended masters will assist you. But the reason the ascended masters have given me the mantle is because the mantle needs to be on someone in physical embodiment who is able to reach out and touch other people in physical embodiment.”
The mantle of Mother of the Flame. Within the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity, Elizabeth Clare Prophet bears the mantle of the office of Mother of the Flame. She has explained: “This office is held by someone who is dedicated to the World Mother and who pledges to serve the sons and daughters of the flame wherever they are throughout the world.” The messenger works at inner and outer levels with her chelas. For our spiritual and practical needs, she asks us to use the dispensation of beloved K-17 and Lanello of June 29, 1996: “Your recourse, then, is to the causal body of the Mother of the Flame who stands before you, who is in embodiment. When you have recourse to one such as this messenger, then you must take advantage of it. Just call to the messenger to reinforce you, to protect you....Call to the causal body of the messenger....Take advantage of the use of the messenger's causal body while she is in embodiment, beloved. For it is a powerful, living, pulsating presence. It is also...very im portant that you make a call to the I AM Presence of the mes senger when you are in distress and bowed down. She will make that call at inner levels or at outer levels, but the call will be made. For this is the vow that the Mother of the Flame has made to you, beloved: that she will always make calls for those of you who call to her, whether silently in the night or directly in person. It is not necessary for you to write a letter to the messenger. It is not necessary for you even to communicate with her, for she does all of this in her Higher Self” (Pearl no. 5, pp. 41-42, this volume). On February 27, 1997, the messenger said, “Call upon the mantle of Guru to solve your problems.” And on March 26, 1997, she said: “It's not necessarily the physical contact with the chela, though I would dearly love to figure out how that physical contact could take place. But it is the contact with the Inner Christ that you feel from my Inner Christ, my I AM Presence or my mantle, so that all you have to do is think of me and you have my mantle.”
The mantle of the office of World Mother. In The Masters and the Spiritual Path, we read: “All who embody in feminine form and all ascended lady masters keep the flame on behalf of the World Mother. The fires of her heart are theirs, and they carry coals of her love to warm the hearths of children, angels and elementals....The one selected by the Lords of Karma and the Lord of the World as the representative of the World Mother to the earth wears the crown of the World Mother—a crown of twelve stars—and holds her scepter of authority, keeping the flame of the immaculate concept on behalf of all evolving upon the earth” (p. 270). The crown of the World Mother was placed upon the messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet by the Goddess of Liberty in the closing address of the New Year's conclave in Mexico City, Mexico, on January 1, 1974. The office of World Mother had traditionally been filled by a different ascended lady master each year, but the Goddess of Liberty said, “It has been considered by the Karmic Board and by the hierarchy that to have one unascended lifestream wear the crown of the Divine Mother for the year would be a great boon and a great dispensation to the planet earth.... And so, you see, by the action of her heart and Christ consciousness, by the action of the great causal body of her own I AM Presence, heaven is pressing nearer the sons and daughters of earth. And in the action of her ascended consciousness and the ascended consciousness of her twin flame, you can make appeals to the World Mother, to her Christ Self, and to her I AM Presence and feel the flow of that consciousness of the one that has been called the Beautiful Dreamer—dreaming the dreams of God for mankind and for ages to come, for civilizations to be born.” In a dictation given July 5, 1987, Omega said, “Know something of myself through your messenger to whom we have given some time ago the mantle and office of World Mother. I shall not tell you when, beloved, because it is beyond this measuring” (1987 PoW, vol. 30, no. 38, p. 389).

“The Book of Revelation and the Cosmic Clock”

The cosmic clock is relevant to the Book of Revelation. God gave his Revelation to Jesus Christ so that his servants might know beforehand “things which must shortly come to pass.” Our Lord delivered this Revelation to his apostle John the Beloved, “sent and signified by his angel.”<1>
The Book of Revelation is God's gift to all who have answered his call to walk the path of initiation unto Christhood in the footsteps of our Elder Brother Jesus Christ. Its 22 chapters are a study in the psychology of the soul and the soul's testings under the hierarchy of the Great White Brotherhood. These she must master on her homeward path leading to reunion with Alpha and Omega, the Father-Mother God.
Mother Mary has taught me how to chart the 404 verses that make up the chapters of Revelation on the 12 lines of the cosmic clock. The Blessed Mother told me to place one verse on each line of the clock, beginning with the 12 o'clock line. This results in a single spiral of 33-2/3 turns, which reveal a path of initiation that each soul in her season must pass through in the temples of the 12 hierarchies of the Sun if she would ascend to God.
Mother Mary teaches us in her new age astrology that at any point in time and space in any century, the soul on the path of reunion with God may experience in sequence, one after the other, the initiations encoded in the 22 chapters of Revelation; these correspond to the symbology of the 22 letters of the Hebrew alphabet. According to their soul pattern, evolution and attainment, lightbearers of the world are experiencing all of the leaves of Revelation; and each of those leaves is tumbling in its time and space, though not necessarily in the same dimension, for we are multidimensional beings.
Revelation portrays the juxtaposition of the soul and the collective planetary evolution between the forces of light and darkness as these are engaged in Armageddon. The outcome of this warfare of the spirit is either the soul's resurrection unto eternal life or her final judgment. By free will the soul must choose either the path of initiation under the Lamb of God and his hosts or the path of Lucifer and the fallen angels in their rebellion against the LORDGod and his Christ.
The Book of Revelation is an outline of these two paths and a prophecy of the outcome of freewill choices made—to be or not to be—each step of the way. Through a preordained series of lifetimes God gives each soul the opportunity (1) to serve the LORDand glorify him in her members or (2) to deify the ego, the synthetic self and the carnal mind while swearing enmity with God and his Christ and making war with the remnant of the seed of the Divine Mother.<2>
At the end of this cycle of opportunity the Keeper of the Scrolls reads the soul's record before the Ancient of Days, who sits on the great white throne at the Court of the Sacred Fire; and before the Four Beasts and the Twenty-four Elders “every man is judged according to his works.”<3>
In the course of dealing with personal and planetary psychology and the karma of the cycles, the soul will encounter the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse. These impressive cosmic beings sent by God through the Four Beasts come as initiators of the soul of the planet. They are emissaries from the Court of the Sacred Fire. Though they are fearsome, we ought not to fear them. For in them we meet our God. Through them we know God as the Lawgiver, whose law of karma is inexorable.
Thus the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse are cosmic initiators who are providing the final karmic testing at the conclusion of this 25,800-year cycle to all of earth's evolutions. None are exempt.
