Come! Be Trained! Go Forth!
This Is the Call
Earn the Living Presence of the Holy Spirit
Ho! I am in your midst with legions of white fire and blue lightning. My angels in numberless numbers surround you. Be prepared, then, to be divested of your human creation, and quickly make the call to me that you assent and therefore allow my angels to take from you burdens that never should have been.
Therefore a rain of light is descending, has descended and is now upon you. Let this rain of light as white-fire snow be for the penetration of your four lower bodies that you might have renewal and glory, renewal and glory, self-transformation, entering into the Holy Spirit.
We are the angels of protection. We are the angels of the light. We are the angels who come to separate out your darkness. Now give your fiats to your mighty I AM Presence that will allow us to enter in as cosmic surgeons to assist you in that point of reclamation of your Godhood. [The messenger wields a ceremonial sword; she and the audience give fiats.] We have entered the white-fire sheath, the garment that some wear and that others must earn by application unto the fourth ray.
My beloved hearts, be seated in the very midst of my angels, for they surround you and they caress your soul. We are bands of healing angels also. Therefore we come for the healing of the aching heart, the burdened heart, even the sinful heart. O blessed ones, let your hearts rejoice. Rejoice, I say, and know the joy of your Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. Know this, beloved, and win the bonding to his heart by whatever meritorious deeds and the flow of love that you allow to flow through you as you give to others that promise—the promise of compassion, the promise of enlightenment and, ultimately with these two, the promise of empowerment by God's holy will.
Make the Calls for Angels to Purge South America
Therefore I salute you. Therefore I declare unto you that mission South America,<1> number one, has fulfilled a certain percentage of that for which you have gone forth. And there are other matters pending for the full victory of that mission even now.
I would speak to you, then, of the conditions of South America and principally, beloved, of the toleration at all levels of certain forms of voodoo, certain black magic practices, other practices,<2> beloved, that are not of the light, not of God, and not at all necessary. Therefore many souls who go neither to the left nor to the right are pulled into these cults. This very burden upon South America is also transferred to islands in the Caribbean and even to the United States. Therefore it is time to make war upon the black priests of old, fallen angels incarnate whose time is up.
Understand, beloved, that for Saint Germain to have his great golden age, these practices must cease. We would send our warriors and our troops. We would send them into South America. We call upon you, then, to make the calls for legions of angels to come and purge this people of superstition, and superstition it is, aided and abetted by the seed of Satan. This work you can do from this very altar.
And I speak to those in South America who will hear me this night or hear me on tape. I say, beloved ones, clear your nations of these practices, not by challenging those who do them but by going to the altar of God, by entering into the alchemy of Saint Germain, by the realization, beloved, that these forces can be bound and must be bound. For civilization as founded in the Piscean age must rest upon this age as we move forward into the golden age of Aquarius. Saint Germain has asked me to tell you that he is counting upon you to fulfill this mission and to see to it that every soul of light in South America is reached by these teachings before you take your leave of this embodiment.
Ask and Receive from the Mentors of Light
Blessed ones, is anything too hard for the LORD, your mighty I AM Presence? We say nay! Nothing is too hard for the LORD. Therefore understand that you can reach millions and billions of souls as easily as you can make the call for three or four. Rest your case upon the multiplication factor of the Lord Maitreya, upon the multiplication of the geometry of your numbers,<3> and realize that you have that empowerment if you will take it, if you will seize it.
And remember the condition whereupon Elisha received the great mantle of Elijah: “If ye see me when I am taken up, so you shall receive that double portion of my spirit that you have asked for.”<4> Ask and receive, therefore, from the mentors of light, from the ascended hosts, from Elijah himself, who took his final incarnation as John the Baptist going before the Lord Jesus Christ, going before the Christ who lives in your hearts. Understand, beloved, that to affix oneself, to tie oneself to the visible Guru or the invisible archangels, this is indeed wisdom. “Where shall we go, Lord? Thou hast the Word of eternal life.”<5>
Some of you, as I read the record, have squandered light tremendously in past incarnations, even in recent incarnations. Blessed ones, make amends for this by offering superior service and compassionate entering in to so love and so succor the souls who need enlightenment and who need this teaching. Understand, beloved, that when you tie your heart and mind and soul to the living Guru, to the messenger, to the ascended masters and to the archangels, you will find yourselves multiplied by the power of the Holy Spirit almost as overnight.
And so, beloved, understand that where there are rents in the garment, let them be healed. Let them be healed!I say. And accept that healing as you perform those good works and enter into a pact with God that humility shall be your byword. And in the power, the stupendous power of humility, that self-effacement, therefore, let God fill all of your being, and know that very tight oneness with the Maha Chohan, the Holy Spirit.
Internalize the Teachings and Go Forth Two by Two
I speak, then, to those of you who are committed chelas and those of you who are new students. We have called you. And I come to reinforce the presence of beloved El Morya. I come to reinforce the presence of Lanello. I come to reinforce the ascended masters of the first ray for this summer conference and for this two-month study period.<6>
We have dedicated Summit University this summer, these two months, beloved, and including the July conference, to teaching you how to internalize the teachings of the ascended masters and to go forth in the countries and nations whence you have come, to circle the planet, to go nation by nation as the messenger has set the example, to go forth, beloved hearts, two by two, to go forth in teams and bring this teaching, for this teaching must be brought to every nation and then the end shall come.<7>
But the end is not the end of the world—it is the end of human darkness! Do you understand? We do not preach the ending of the world; we preach the ending of the world of darkness, being consumed by the violet flame and by your invocations to the seraphim and cherubim of God and to all hosts of the LORD! Now, is this not a joy flame, beloved, that we look to eternal life and not to the end of civilization? Let this word be preached, therefore, and let it be preached with an empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
Tarry in the New Jerusalem until Your Mentors Send You
I tell you, beloved, it is not wise for this messenger or for me, Archangel Michael, to send you on a mission anywhere unless you have earned the living presence of the Holy Spirit upon you, because if you do not speak with the empowerment of the Holy Spirit, then you will not convert the nations. And this is the difference between your giving a simple talk and the messenger delivering the power of the archangels.
Therefore, beloved, tarry ye in the city of the New Jerusalem, the City Foursquare that is sealed in the etheric octave over this place.<8> Tarry ye! Tarry ye, and do not take the measure of your own manhood, your own womanhood; for no man knoweth the measure of himself, no woman knoweth the measure of herself.
And therefore, if you would be groomed and pruned for the mission, you will discover that even the devils shall tremble before you, as the apostles said when they were sent forth seventy—seventy on that mission. And they rejoiced that the devils trembled before them, and Jesus rejoiced that their names should be written in heaven.<9>
This is the teaching, beloved. If you would be sent, then you must tarry in the city of the New Jerusalem until your mentors the ascended masters, the archangels and the messenger send you. And you will say with the little Samuel, with the prophet Isaiah:<10>
Here I am, LORD. Send me!
Here I am, LORD. Send me!
Here I am, LORD. Send me!
For I have received that fiery coal upon my tongue!<11> I have received the rigors of initiation! I have been willing to bend the knee, for I have understood that without this empowerment, I am as nothing—a sounding brass, a tinkling cymbal.<12>
Nothing but the Holy Spirit Will Be Enough
What are ye, then, without empowerment? I say to you, nothing. And I say to you, beloved, on all continents of this planet: You are ready to march with the messenger or the messenger's representatives. You are ready to come and assist the projects of producing the books that we must have, for you must have those books and they must be translated already into the tongues of the nations where we would send you—throughout the Middle East, throughout Asia, throughout the continents of the entire world.
Yes, beloved, this is the call. And we will train the troops; and whoever is ready, beloved, will be trained, and by being trained they will get ready. And then, I tell you, beloved, if there be even one member of a team who has that fire of the Holy Spirit, you will know the magnetization that has occurred in South America through our presence through the messenger.
Therefore we say, Come! Be trained! Go forth! Contact the people! Earn your stripes! Balance your karma! Know the rejoicing of receiving that Holy Spirit! And be willing, then, to sacrifice, to surrender, to offer service, to have a profound compassion and to enter into such selflessness, beloved, that you are found in the Immaculate Heart of Mary. And in that Immaculate Heart she has reserved a place for you, the immaculate ones.
So the Immaculate Heart of Mary gives you that open door, beloved, that mighty open door whereby the Holy Spirit shall never be apart from you and you shall walk and talk with that Spirit. You shall know the compassion of the Spirit. You shall know the wisdom of the Lord. And most of all, that Spirit shall bring unto you the remembrance of every conversation you have ever held with your Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ in all ages past, back to the very days of the golden age of Atlantis.
Yes, beloved, when you have that Holy Spirit because you are willing to cast out all else that would deny that Spirit, then, I tell you, you will look back upon your former self and you will say: “Why, in that state of not having the Holy Spirit, I was truly naked. I was afraid. I was trembling, for I did not have that oneness with the Holy Ghost.” This, beloved, is the message of Jesus Christ to you, that when he moved on he promised you the Comforter. And he said you must tarry in the city of Jerusalem until that Comforter come upon you.<13>
I say to you, beloved, it is high time, high time that you realize that you cannot rest on the laurels of merely giving decrees or of attending services or of studying the teachings and the erudition that the messengers have put forth for the spirituality of the entire Aquarian age. Nothing of this will be enough, beloved. Only that of the Holy Spirit will be enough. You ought to know those nine gifts<14> by heart and accelerate with them daily.
The Call of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ Is unto You
I call you, as Jesus once called you long ago. Some of you followed him. Some of you had eye contact with him and then turned away, going on your way and not his way. I tell you, beloved, the call of the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is unto you.<15> If you obey that calling, if you heed it, if you receive it, you will know empowerment. You know how to give your decrees, beloved. I say, let the sacred fire of God go forth from your mouths, from your throat chakra! And let there be the purging and let there be that empowerment whereby when people hear you speak they will say, “Who is your Master?” And you will say, “Saint Germain is my Master. Jesus Christ is my Master. And my mighty I AM Presence is my God.”

Blessed ones, be seated. For I preach to you in the name of the prophets. I preach to you in the name of the I AM THAT I AM. I preach to you, beloved, and I say to you, overnight you can achieve that level of moving in the wind of the Holy Spirit, of knowing in advance what is to come, of having that spherical momentum of empowerment that surrounds you as a swirl of energy that you hear in this piece of Respighi.<16> Yes, beloved, the movement of the archangels is a continual upward draft as we pull out of the earth the darkness and cast it into the fire of the Great Central Sun. Yes, beloved, this movement can be multiplied, and you are the multipliers. You are the core of fire. You are the ones who can change.
Remake Yourselves in the Image and Likeness of God
through the Power of the Word
How must you change? Forgive instantly and move on! Do not carry a grudge. Do not carry condemnation. Do not carry envy. Do not carry any of these which are the poisons of the flesh. Do not hang on to them. Always remember, “What is that to thee? Follow thou me.”<17> What is that to thee? Follow thou me! Follow the archangels. Follow your Saviour. FollowSaint Germain, who moved tangibly and almost visibly to the people of South America because the messenger stood and still stood and still stood, beloved, no matter what the hour. Understand that there is a sweet sacrifice whereby you spend and you are spent. When you spend all of the energy of your being in spiritual service, God multiplies it, sends it back to you and your chakras increase.
But you must not entertain jealousy, you must not entertain condemnation. And it is best to seal the lips and quiet the tongue rather than to cause yourself to make tidbits of karma that start to become as large anthills. Watch the word, beloved, for the Word is power. And when I speak of the Word, I speak of the power of the Word with a capital W.“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God....And without him was not any thing made that was made.”<18> Therefore, if you are going to remake yourselves in the image and likeness of God, you must do it through the Word. And the Word is the Universal Christ. The Word is the universal manifestation of that Christ within you. The power of the Word is the power to attract the Holy Spirit.
Angels of the Holy Spirit attend you in this hour. They have already woven for you certain capes that you must wear<*> when you have earned the presence of that Holy Spirit. Well, beloved, they cannot drop these mantles upon your shoulders this day, for you have not searched and scraped the very rocks in the cliffs of the mountains to achieve that Holy Spirit!
Remember the prophets of old; they did retreat to the desert. Well, beloved, you have many mountains to retreat to, to fast, to pray, to become strong and to understand what is the meaning of the elements and the lightning and the sacred fire and the descent of angels. Well, I tell you, the messenger knows this experience. You must know it now. You must seek it. You must determine that when you have that free time you are communing with that Holy Ghost, you are fasting, you are pleading with Almighty God to accelerate your becoming that vessel.
A vessel cannot be leaky. There are many leaky vessels in this room. I can point them out to you, beloved, one by one, but I shall not be so rude as to do so. You may find your own leaks in your own vessel, beloved. And if you wonder why you have not made more progress on the Path, it is because many of you have a laid-back attitude or perhaps you have become rote or perhaps, as the people of South America, satisfied in the fatness of your existence and no longer sensitive to the cries of the poor.
The Ascension Is Not Enough: Raise the Consciousness of a World
There are many places in the earth where you can visit, beloved, where you can realize the people have nothing and the children go hungry. Yes, we have heard this again and again. But, beloved, this must be dealt with. We must do something.
And I ask you that wherever you travel in the name of the Great White Brotherhood, far and wide, from here to India, to Hong Kong, to Taiwan, to Australia, to New Zealand, to the islands surrounding Indonesia—yes, beloved, wherever you go, remember, you will either have the Holy Spirit in your wings, the Holy Spirit in your garments or you will not. And if you attempt to do anything without the Holy Spirit, you shall be as sounding brass and tinkling cymbal.
This is my call to you, beloved. You have a teaching. You have a magnificent teaching! You have it all, beloved. Do not make the mistake of taking this for granted. Go back and study Saint Germain On Alchemy.<19> And remember, each time you recite the “Transfiguring Affirmations of Jesus the Christ”<20> or the “Heart, Head and Hand” decree of the transfiguration,<21> you are changing your garments, the alchemy is taking place, you are another creature. And I pray that you are that creature in Christ, that creature in the Lord Buddha, that creature in the Almighty.
Beloved hearts, if you will take what you have and draw it to your highest potential, almost like pulling back a slingshot, in releasing the “sling” the shot shall go around the world. Let all of God's gifts to you, let all of God's momentum of light and sponsorship and caring for you come to a focus during this conference, come to that focus and say:
This day is the first day of the rest of my life. What shall I accomplish besides my ascension? My ascension is not enough. I must raise the consciousness of a world!
And with my messenger, with the hosts of the LORD, with the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood, I shall draw up, by the mighty mantle of God, that full momentum of my being. I shall lay it upon the altar of the poorest, the most needy and those who have suffered the greatest. And I will have my victory only when I know I have helped every last individual on earth for whom I am karmically responsible.
And in some cases this can be millions for decisions that you have made when in high positions of power, beloved. Your decisions of many, many centuries ago may have brought you to that place where you face a karma that is almost impossible to balance, for, beloved, so many lives upon earth have been affected by decisions you have made that were not good decisions. Do not assume, then, that you do not have world karma. Do not assume that you do have it. But listen with a listening ear and always be ready to make amends for the sometimes sloppy speech and indulgence of chatter and gossip that have no part with the victor.
Seek Attunement with the Living Christ within You
I speak also to you, beloved, of those [among you] who expect to make your ascension in this life and I tell you, beloved, some of you have indulged in such practices of muscle testing, for instance, that you muscle test to decide whether you should go to a movie, whether you should eat this food or that, whether you should do thus and such. Well, beloved, if you do not have the attunement of your heart chakra, if you do not have that attunement with the living Christ within you, how, pray tell, can you be accurate in this vein?
I say, seek your God early. Walk and talk with him. Ask him what you ought to be eating and doing this day. And know that communion. And know that when you fast and pray and shut out all other noises, you will walk straight, straight to the gates, beloved, of the kingdom of God at the conclusion of this life. But if you have not attained mastery by that time, you will be back, and that is a promise. I will also be back, for, I tell you, I shall not leave this planet. But, beloved ones, begin the path of self-mastery. This is my advice to you and my counsel.
I bow before the light within you. I look for applicants to traverse the globe. And I salute you as my legions salute you in this hour.

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”
This dictation by Archangel Michael was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Holy Thursday, April 4, 1996, during the five-day conference Easter Retreat 1996, held at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. Throughout the dictation, the messenger held a ceremonial sword.

Teaching at Summit University on January 8, 1979, Elizabeth Clare Prophet explained: “The multiplication factor of ten thousand-times-ten thousand is actually the x factor of [Maitreya's] own causal body. It is Lord Maitreya's personal gift to his initiates....That is why the decrees we have given over the years have been so effective. Because we are chelas of a Guru, the Guru has said, ‘I will give you the greatest gift I have to give, which is the gift of myself. As long as you are my chela, you are welcome to have that gift.' We are chelas as long as we keep his commandments” (2000 PoW, vol. 43, no. 40, p. 436).
In a dictation at the conference Freedom 1993, the Elohim Astrea gave counsel regarding the initiation of the purging fire: “Are you ready for the seraphim of God to place the live coal upon your mouth? Maybe yes and maybe no, yet it is well that you aspire to this goal. For the LORD God seeks you and he will pursue you as the hound of heaven until he can mold you and shape you to be his instrument, yea, to be his mouthpiece. And so the prophets did go forth. And the prophets knew the presence of Elohim and the prophets knew and did receive from the archangels even the presence of I AM THAT I AM. Fear not, then, for the purging fire shall only deliver you to a new level of the concentration of the will of God within your being....
“Nevertheless, in the face of the LORD God and his seraphim, even the highest initiates of earth have covered themselves with the sense that they were not worthy to stand in the Presence of God and his holy angels. But you should also know that there is an element of human pride in entertaining the sense of not being worthy: for only God can make you worthy and he alone shall judge your unworthiness. And if he choose to make you worthy, then I say, step into those shoes of worthiness and wear them!...
“There is yet time for the sacred fire to descend upon you through the agency of the seraphim as it descended on Isaiah....Call upon God to send that seraph for the purging of your soul....That single seraph assigned to you will assist you and deliver you, if you so desire his assistance and his deliverance” (Astrea, June 26, 1993, “'Here Am I.
