Come Forth, O Mighty Buddha of the Ruby Ray

O thou Buddhas and bodhisattvas attending here, welcome to our hearts! Welcome to our chakras. O mighty Buddha of the Ruby Ray, we bow before thee. We bow before the bodhisattvas as they come from all points of the compass to reinforce our determination to manifest the glory of the LORD.

I AM THAT I AM. Come forth, mighty ones of God. Place your Electronic Presence over each one. Intensify the Buddhic light, the Buddhic seed, the power, wisdom and love of the Atman within us.

Come forth, O mighty Buddhas of the ruby ray! We give obeisance unto thee. Come forth now, for we know that thy Presence in the earth is the overcoming victory of all bodhisattvas, all disciples of Maitreya, Jesus Christ.

We are one, O God. Therefore, Lord Buddha of the Ruby Ray, we welcome you to our hearts. We welcome the rain and the elements and the mountains of God, that we might internalize our earth, that we might know thy path, entering in to the fiery core of the planet.

O thou Nameless One, O thou God centered in the heart of the earth, thou who art also centered in each one's heart, deliver us this hour from our mortality that we might enter our immortality and know thee. O rainbow rays of God, pass through our crown chakra now. Receive us in the name of the littlest and the greatest Buddha. Receive us, O God. Let blessings flow, for thou, Lord Buddha Gautama, art manifestation of all Buddhas worlds without end.

Come therefore, bodhisattvas. Come one, come all who would touch the hem of the garment of the mighty Buddha of the Ruby Ray. Come one, come all. Come to the holy place. Come to the mountain of God. Now let all, each and every one, feel the needlelike rays passing through the palms of the hands, needlelike rays from Mighty Cosmos piercing through evil, disintegrating evil, consuming evil.

Thus, violet-flame angels with Zadkiel, Holy Amethyst, thus, mighty ones Arcturus and Victoria, Saint Germain and Portia, Omri-Tas, come forth. O mighty Buddhas serving on the seventh ray, come forth in this hour now. Let thy manifestation cause now the cataclysm within the hosts of evil. And therefore let their manifestations crumble, for there is no core heart but only the anti-heart. And that is the heart that I shatter.

Shatter the anti-heart! Shatter the anti-heart! Shatter the anti-heart of the fallen ones. Let them disintegrate by the power of the ruby ray. Come forth, O thou lineage of the ruby ray. Come forth, mighty ones of God. Instill us and infill us now with thy Blood, with thy Body, with thy essence, with thy mind.

O thou Buddhic mind, O thou Buddhic mind of God, descend upon us. Clear now the cells! Clear the cells, O God. Let each cell of being be a chalice of the Buddha.

Come forth, Kuan Yin. Come forth, Avalokite´svara. Come forth, mighty one of God. Let all who art reality come forth from the far reaches of nonspace, nontime but all infinitude in God.

Come forth now in this hour for the raising of the little and the great. Come forth now! Come forth now for the transformation of violet flame. Come forth now, pilgrims—pilgrims of Lord Maitreya, Padma Sambhava, pilgrims of Jesus Christ. Come now! Come to the Heart of the Inner Retreat. Let the fire of God be ensconced here. Let it remain unto the victory of the age and the ages. O God, let earth and earth's people fulfill their mission. Let it be done in this hour by the power of the seven rays, by the power of the five secret rays.

Bolts of blue lightning into the cause and core of evil in the earth! Bind the fallen ones! O seven archangels, Five Dhyani Buddhas, come forth with Mighty Cosmos' five secret rays. Let the power of the Buddhas embodying the rays of Cosmos come forth now. Let the power, love and wisdom descend. Let the earth be transformed. Let the earth be transformed according to the desiring of the Divine Mother.

Alpha and Omega, cleanse our hearts and souls and minds in this hour. Come forth, mighty Buddha of the Ruby Ray. Come forth! Place your Electronic Presence over us now. Let us receive in this moment all that we can of thy essence. Let us drink of the elixir of thy Body and thy Blood that we might adjust, that we might rise, that we might come to that place in the cycles that are to come of internalizing more and more of thee until we ourselves see ourselves in the mirror of the beloved Buddha of the Ruby Ray.

Come forth, Buddha of the Ruby Ray! Live in our hearts. Live in our hearts, O mighty one. Live in our hearts, O mighty one! Empower and strengthen us. Allow us to continue and to continue to embroider, to embroider again the great garments of the Buddhas, that the earth might shine, that the rioting in the streets might be transformed. For the Prince of Peace and the Buddhas of the peace are come.

Almighty God, we pray. Let us give our hearts and bodies as a chalice. Let that chalice be filled with the Buddha of the Ruby Ray, the mighty action of the ruby ray, the action of the ruby ray and all legions of light who serve the cause of the Buddha of the Ruby Ray.

We welcome you now! Come forth, O thou mighty one. Lead us into the victory of everlasting life. Lead us in the understanding of transformation, transformation, transformation. I call for the transfiguring action of the Holy One of God.

O Holy One of God who dwells in each heart, come now! Come now! Let the earth be covered with thy light. Let the power of the Great Central Sun Magnet demagnetize evil and the evil ones in the earth. Let earth now be transformed. Let there be that vibration that we have waited for and longed for, which is the realigning of the electromagnetic field of the planet by the power of the violet flame, by the power of the violet flame, by the power of the ruby ray, by the power of the mighty action of the dynamic decrees of the keepers of the flame, by the power of the violet flame from the heart of Omri-Tas.

I summon worlds within worlds beyond this cosmos. Come to the aid of planet Earth and all lightbearers here. Almighty God, by thy power, Alpha and Omega, seal us in this hour!

We call forth the violet flame now that our vessels, our four lower bodies, might truly hold that violet flame as a liquid, a violet liquid for transmutation, transformation. Therefore we say together unto our God:

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

This dictation by the Buddha of the Ruby Ray through the I AM Presence of the Messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet was delivered on Friday, July 5, 1996, during the eleven-day conference A World Convocation of Spiritual Seekers, held in the Heart of the Inner Retreat at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana.

The Buddha of the Ruby Ray requests that we sing to our father Enoch as we meditate on the ruby ray and its intensification in all of our chakras and our four lower bodies.

We call now upon the I AM THAT I AM and the Holy Christ Self. Now wash us, purify us by the living flame and the flow of the waters of the ruby ray. Let these pass through us. Let us know and experience self-transcendence in thee, O God. O Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ, Padma Sambhava, Lord Maitreya, Gautama Buddha, Sanat Kumara, let thy light blaze forth! Let thy light blaze forth!

Behold, Ascended Master Enoch, our father. Commune with us now. Assist us in our soul's bonding to thee and unto the Buddha of the Ruby Ray.
