Pearls of Wisdom

Vol. 46  No. 8 - Beloved El Morya - February 23, 2003

It Is Time for the Victory

We Have Assignments for Every One of You

Etherealization of Consciousness Is the Order of the Day

Part 2

When you come together for darshan after this conference, the messenger will be speaking to you on the subject of the sacred labor.<1> You have labored long and hard to bring this organization to the place where it is and you still have much to do. But you must consecrate your job, your work, your position to the sacred labor.

The sacredness of the labor is the spiritualization of the labor, and when you do this selflessly you accrue good karma in your causal body. If you do not give your labor as a sacred labor, then you have no credits in your causal body or in the etheric octave. Thus it is the missing ingredient; perhaps I should say the missing emphasis, for you surely have known about the sacred labor for many decades. Now embrace that labor with joy, as Jesus would embrace it. Embrace that labor, beloved, and see how you spiritualize everything you do without removing the sense of the practical and the practical application of all of your talents.

So, do you believe me that you can do all that it is necessary for you to do? [Audience responds: “Yes!”] Your Holy Christ Self overshadows you now. You sit in the lap of your Holy Christ Self. Always there is the inner child that is moving upward, that is becoming and blossoming into that little Buddha, that greater Buddha, that Presence of the I AM THAT I AM.

And so, precious ones, let us organize priorities on the basis of what we must make calls for in the sense of the totality of the world and then, specifically, another set of calls for your status in the organization, the job you will occupy or the training you will get or whether you will go out into the field and get more accelerated training and come right back and be a greater asset to me, your El Morya.<2>

So, then, this is my call to you. Heaven is ever closer. That is the theme of this day's dictations. The closer your proximity to the etheric octave and to bringing it down to this level, the closer shall be the rising of the sacred fire from beneath. Etherealization of consciousness is the order of the day. The capstone awaits you. Let us remain at the base, for the base of the pyramid must be firm, it must be right. And that foundation, beloved, brick upon brick, you must lay.

When you build the pyramid of life, you are building the connection between earth and heaven. And when you pass through that capstone to higher consciousness and eternal life, you will know that everything that I have taught you and that all ascended masters have taught you is coming to pass and has come to pass because you believed, you accepted, you trusted me that you can do all things in God and that through you God will perform a work this day that is a wonder in itself. It is the wonder of souls transcendent with light yet practical to the letter of the law.

I ask you to take some time daily to look at situations, to bring them to the court,<*> to bring them to your sanctuaries. So many of you are a part of this patch today.<3> Do you realize the tremendous antahkarana that we are building as filigree lines of force tie every center to every other center in the world? You are not just tied to one center but to every center. This is what the meaning is of the great antahkarana: it is that web of light whereby you can never be separated, never be placed apart from one another. It is the web of light. Contemplate it, beloved, for the spider has given you that great vision of how a tiny filigree thread can become so strong as to catch all of those insects and flies in the weight of something that is so much lighter than the prey itself.

The Most Pressing Need of My Chelas
Is to Establish Peace in the Solar Plexus

Now, in the heart of each one, I speak. And I say, look into your own heart, look through it and look to the place of the solar plexus. Place your hands now over your solar plexus and know that over many, many, many lifetimes you have allowed discord to enter here, causing sickness, obesity, out-of-alignment states, et cetera. I would say that the most pressing need of my chelas is to establish the Prince of Peace, the Elohim Peace and Aloha, Archangel Uriel and Aurora, the beings of peace—establish peace in the solar plexus, beloved, and no one will ever be able to disarm you.<4> Let your emotions rise and fall and I cannot count upon you. I simply cannot count upon you when these emotions are going up and down and you are not even at sea; you are on firm ground!

Now, watch your diets. Keep yourself yang, to right of center. When you go to the left of center, you do not have the strength to hold your peace. So always maintain a diet that keeps you to the right of center—not too far right but just enough to know that you can hold the balance against the yin forces that may come upon you. With that accuracy of being to the right of center—and realizing that no matter what diet you have espoused I have directed you back continually to the macrobiotic diet<5>—when you follow that diet and understand it and realize that it is necessary for you to learn to cook your own food, your own macrobiotic food, you will see a peace in you that you may not have seen for a very long time.

My Assignments for You Begin in This Nation

So, blessed ones, I am in the heart of Darjeeling. I have assignments for you. When you come there tonight, it will take several angels apiece to give you all of the information you will need to carry out your assignments around the world. Those assignments will begin in this nation, for this nation under God must be victorious else no other nation will be. That is the assessment of Helios and Vesta.

Therefore, turn this nation around! Throw out the fallen ones! Throw them out of their seats in government, in banking houses, in all areas influencing the entire nation. Blessed ones, call for their judgment. Cast them out. They are surely, surely those who would come to destroy this very nation.

Cast out those who come as the Mafia, whether from China, Russia, Korea, Iraq. Blessed ones, get rid of the Mafia. I am appealing to you: Get rid of that Mafia! Find out who they are, what are their names, where are they working, and make those calls with such a determination, for they are the spoilers and the destroyers in the earth and they are changing the true climate of this nation as it was in the beginning.

Will you help me throw out every Mafia organization in this country? [Audience responds: “Yes!”] Let us stand on that, beloved. [Audience rises.]

Let us take this nation to the place where Saint Germain established the noble beginnings. Let us take what has happened since then. Let us multiply the good. Let us study what the pioneers did, how they made it. Let us go to bat, beloved.

The Youth Are the Future—Do Not Forget It

Let us embrace our children until our love for them does not require them to look for drugs for some kind of solace. Blessed ones, go after the children. For they shall inherit the earth and they will be here when you have gone on. You do not want on your record a situation where you have not given the right education, the love and the balance to children and to young adults so that [as a consequence] they are not able to carry on the spirit of Saint Germain.<6>

Love the teenagers, beloved. They are the ones who have the greatest pain, and I think you know that. Comfort and console them, beloved. And be certain that you understand that many children in the world today have a desire not to live but to die because they have so much inner pain. Let us release that pain. Let us give the call for our youth.<7> It is a very short call that you can make again and again as you walk from place to place. The youth are the future, beloved. Do not forget it. Do not forget it.

You must not allow there to be caused a separation between your generation and those coming up so that when you leave they do not have your example. This is the time to do it. This is the time to lay down one's life for one's country and one's children and especially the children in the womb. Pray about these things, beloved, and think not so much of yourselves but of the agony of souls who must go through this abomination of abortion or who are aborted by the latest pill.

Blessed ones, let us take up the cause of the Great White Brotherhood. Let us not ascend and say, “My God, why did I not do more!” When you ascend, I want you to be able to say to yourselves, “I have truly fought that good fight and I have given this embodiment and this life to Saint Germain, El Morya, Jesus Christ, Almighty God.” Make that a reality, beloved, so that you can rejoice in your ascension when the time comes.

I Envelop You in a Mighty Swaddling Garment

Now, with my heart's love, I envelop you in a mighty swaddling garment that the Divine Mother may hold you and heal you and bring you to the center of your reality, to the most powerful place of the sun in your physical body, the place of the solar plexus. May you be more whole tomorrow and the next day and the next day and the next. And when I come back, may I see you transformed.

So, beloved, I shall meet you in Darjeeling. Be prepared. Be prepared, beloved, for this is truly the challenge of the ages.

[24-second standing ovation]

*King Arthur's Court, where services are held at the Royal Teton Ranch

This dictation by El Morya was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Monday, October 14, 1996, during the six-day conference A Soul Journey: From Darkness into the Light of the New Day, held at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. Part 1 of El Morya's dictation is printed in Pearl no. 7, this volume. [N.B. Bracketed words have been added by the editor for clarity in the written word.] Throughout these notes, PoW is the abbreviation for Pearls of Wisdom. The publications listed in these notes are Summit University Press publications unless otherwise noted. For ordering information, go to www.summituniversitypress.com.

1. The sacred labor was the subject of the October 18, 1996 darshan with the messenger. See the excerpts from that darshan printed at the end of this Pearl.

2. Refers to the restructuring of the organization that was taking place at the time and the subsequent reduction of staff at headquarters.

3. The events and dictations from this conference were broadcast via phone patch, i.e., a bridge, or “patch,” of the audio program over the phone lines. In 1996, headquarters and participating teaching centers and study groups began using teleconferencing equipment to patch the audio program from the place of delivery to groups throughout the United States and Canada as well as to international groups. This process allowed devotees at these centers to simultaneously participate in conferences and services conducted at the ranch. That technology has since been replaced with Internet broadcasts.

4. Decrees by the Elohim of Peace that establish the tremendous power of peace: “Great Sun Disc” (decree 0.02); “Pour Out the Radiant Golden Oil of Peace!” (decree 0.02A); “The Path of the Elohim of Peace” (decree 0.02B). See also the “Count-to-Nine Decree,” by the ascended master Cuzco (decree 0.10). All decrees are in Prayers, Meditations and Dynamic Decrees for the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness.

5. Finding the macrobiotic diet that is right for you. The adjective macrobiotic means “inclined or tending to prolong life; relating to the prolongation of life” (Oxford English Dictionary). The messenger has often spoken about the importance of diet in helping seekers make progress on the spiritual path. At the 1995 Freedom conference, she remarked: “The right diet can enhance physical health as well as spiritual growth. I myself recommend and follow with great joy the macrobiotic diet, which is the diet of the Eastern adepts. When properly understood and properly practiced, the macrobiotic diet brings balance and harmony to the body, mind and emotions. While the macrobiotic diet is excellent, it does need substantial individual adaptation. Maintaining a healthy diet takes knowledge of nutrition and attunement to one's own needs. It is important for parents-to-be to take responsibility for their health and the health of their child by educating themselves in the principles of right diet. And the woman should understand the proper nutritional balance she needs during pregnancy and lactation.”

6. See the Ascended Master Nicholas Roerich, June 27, 1996, “Hear the Message of Responsibility: Your Focus Must Always Be to the Youth,” in Pearl no. 3, this volume.

7. “Protect Our Youth,” decree 7.32 in Prayers, Meditations and Dynamic Decrees, is also printed at the conclusion of Pearl no. 3, p. 30, this volume.

Excerpts from the Question and Answer Session at
“Darshan with the Messenger: The Sacred Labor,”

Royal Teton Ranch, October 18, 1996, with Elizabeth Clare Prophet

Student: Hello, Mother. I was reading the book The Path* to try and find out what my mission is, where I should be in the community. And one of the exercises in there is to look at what your desires were and what you wanted to do when you were a child, what your passion was, to help you tune into what your desires are now. And I'm wondering how much a part of the process of finding your divine plan and your mission this exercise of tuning into the passions and desires we had in childhood and our current desires should be and how reliable a guide this is as to what we should do?

*Laurie Beth Jones, The Path: Creating Your Mission Statement for Work and for Life (New York: Hyperion, 1996).

Elizabeth Clare Prophet: I think there are elements in our inner child that define the wisdom of the inner child, that define the maturity of that child and even the becoming wholeness of that child. It's almost like relying on dreams—you can't just go back to your inner child and then say, “OK, the inner child is telling me what to do,” because you are the parent of the child. So, you may take strands and threads of teachings.

But I have always come to the conclusion in the sacred labor, the ascended masters need me. Where do they need me most? Which master needs me most? Let me serve him. That's really all I do. That's all you have to do. And you will receive a message in return.

I find that when I write a letter at night to one master or several and I burn it, the answer is waiting for me in the morning. We really need to get in the habit of this communication. It's really wonderful.

Student: Mother, how do we match the individual sacred labor and the need of the community? For instance, there is a position that nobody has applied for. I have a degree and background that qualifies me for the position, but I don't feel that that job is my sacred labor. Should I still apply anyway because that's the need of the community?

Elizabeth Clare Prophet: I think you should do what you can do best, what is the highest good you can give to the community. I think you have to reach for the highest star of your being, which means the highest point of attainment. Look at it. Go for it. That's as much advice as I can give you.

Student: Mother, you mentioned “the greatest of these is love,” and the apostle Paul talked about faith, hope and charity and the greatest of these is charity, or love. Could you talk about this in relation to a balanced threefold flame?

Elizabeth Clare Prophet: If I were to take my threefold flame, I would take the fire of love in my heart and fan the blue plume to be certain that my admixture contained just the right amount of love so that in delivering the call to arms, in the battle cry and in keeping things moving we don't go into the same stages that famous people such as Genghis Khan did, who carried yangness to a level of absolute destruction.

So the quality of charity as love is necessary to each of the three plumes, but love alone cannot stand without wisdom, and so forth. So when we are engaged in giving of ourselves as charity and in love and in selflessness, we go to the yellow plume to be certain that our method is true, that our plans have practicality, that we are going to succeed with this fire of love because we have put study and concentration and our talents to know that the love that we then release will be effective. So we have to see to it that our exercise of each plume is effective.

Effectiveness—how effective were you today in your job? Ask yourself when you prepare to go to sleep at night: “How effective was I? Did I make my point? Did I make things happen? Did I do it right?” Those are the moments of self-assessment, when we think through our day quickly, we kneel at our bedside, we have our master's pictures before us, we commune with them. Maybe we write them a very brief note, which they always answer in some way. We have to know that the exercise of the threefold flame is effective, practical, that it will work—work for us, work change, work the alchemy of Saint Germain.

Student: Could you talk about pain becoming bliss, the pain of love?

Elizabeth Clare Prophet: Well, all of us who are mothers know the story. And all of us who are fathers have had that sense of almost painful helplessness in watching the procedure of giving birth. It is a glorious pain. It is a tremendously glorious pain. And when we realize that, we realize that pain is a means of self-transcendence and pain is a means of giving our all.

Pain, then, once we allow it to happen, gives us the quality and the ability of self-transcendence. If we've had a number of babies and we've done them by natural birth, we know that some births are easier than others. So are some jobs and things we're called upon to do. There are different weights and levels.

Pain is a part of the human dilemma because we put out pain. We send pain out just as we send out our karma. And because we're not karma-free beings, we are causing pain to our planet and our universe because we're not in a situation of perfect bliss.

Pain is a real tester. Some people are frightened to death of pain; others are ready to be chastened by the trial by fire. I think measuring pain is almost measuring courage and almost saying to the Holy Spirit: “I want to go through this because I know millions of people are burdened today. I want to share their pain. I want to use the violet flame to ease their burden.”

We have to deal with pain. If we don't, we probably miss the most important alchemy of our lives. How we know one another so much better when we share another's pain, one's grief. We don't have too many such moments because we aren't intimate with that many people. A father, a mother, siblings, grandparents; we can deal with most of that. The pain of the loss of a child must be for all parents the most ultimate pain. Pain is our teacher with a capital P. Let's embrace it and get through it.
