You Must Never Be Caught Off Guard

Rise to New Levels of Self-Empowerment

Part 2

So we say to you, as the messenger has mentioned, we ask you to write letters to us, to Lanello and K-17.<1> You may address us jointly with one letter. Keep a copy of your letter and burn another copy so that you can see how we have answered your calls almost immediately and you can see what progress is being made by writing to us. This is not fruitless, it is fruitful. And, therefore, make it the last thing you do when you retire at night, to write that letter to us and to burn it. This is our call to you, beloved.

Next, keep your eyes and ears open. You cannot move through the earth and make your ascension if you do not know your people, if you do not know the nations, if you do not read some form of news releases that tell you what is happening so that you can decree on those situations immediately. Our chelas in this organization must not put blinders on and plug their ears.

We call to you, then, to keep a spherical awareness and a sensitivity to the planet. For instance, when you meditate just prior to retiring, after you have called upon your angels and given your prayers to God, that is the moment when, at peace, in total quiet, you can tune in to the world, you can tune in to K-17 and myself.

Yes, beloved, you may do this. And you will begin to feel a strong sensitivity. And as the nights go on and you give some meditation on this, your aura will expand, and in that aura you will find that the sensitivity is now becoming a factual reality. And you can tune in by the Holy Spirit that is upon you to the anger of the nations, to their intended plots not only against the United States but against other nations.

To have that spherical awareness is all-important in time of social, political unrest. The reason that things in this world are going to be darker before they are lighter is because of the sleepfulness of the citizens of this country and many, many other countries. Even though the darkness grows darker, it seems that those who are of the darkness have no sensitivity to how that darkness increases. Therefore, enter the Goddess of Light, Amerissis! Enter the Goddess of Purity! Enter, then, the Queen of Light! The trinity of these goddesses<2> will pour their light through you when you give their decrees and fiats.<3>

Know, then, that you must never be caught off guard. And if you are caught off guard, beloved ones, you must say to yourself, “I have not been on guard. I have not given enough decrees to Cyclopea that I might see through my own third eye what is coming upon the earth.”<4>

Well, beloved ones, we are concerned about many things. But because our subject is security, is the Cosmic Secret Service, because we move amongst the capitals of the nations, thus we remain on this subject. I think the best way I can tell you of what we see on the horizon is to of course remind you of such things as George Washington's vision<5> but also to remind you of what has happened even in recent years, whether in North Korea, whether in Saudi Arabia, whether in the Middle East. The evil that men do will follow them and it does live after them.<6> And they must bear their burden and will bear it. And some will not bear it, for their time is up and they are of the darkness and they will be bound and taken to the Court of the Sacred Fire on the God Star, Sirius.

Blessed ones, perhaps many of you consider that most people in the world are of the light, most people that are in the world are God-fearing. But it is not necessarily so. Some may bow and do their prayers to Allah. Some may pray their prayers to Buddha. But they have no resolution with this dweller-on-the-threshold that is centered at the solar plexus. So can we say they are devotees of God when they have not come to resolution? Can we say that they are devotees of God when they have no compassion whatsoever, for they have never been taught compassion?

Have we not seen and revisited, again and again, Bosnia? Have we not seen those who will not say die, who will continue to move against one another and hold vendettas against one another for centuries upon centuries upon centuries of nonforgiveness? Have you not said to yourselves, it is the Lord and Saviour, through the living Christ, through the flame of forgiveness, that could heal the wounds of those who have moved against one another for centuries and centuries.

Blessed ones, forgiveness is the first step on the Path. It is the first step for you to call on the law of forgiveness from Almighty God for your wrongs and then for you yourself to forgive yourself. This is the first step of the Path. If you cannot do this, then seek out a counselor in this conference. For you must know how to forgive, how to be compassionate, how to love. That is the beginning of your ascent Godward and your Christhood. It cannot happen just some of the time. But Jesus commanded: Love your enemies. Do good to them that curse you, despitefully using you.<7>

Know this, beloved. You are not a chela on the Path if you have not settled the score with all those in this life whom you have wronged or who have wronged you. When you truly have that liberation and cannot think ill of any man and understand why you should love your enemies, then, beloved, you will know the fullness of the Law.

I suggest, then, that there be a powerful self-examination in this retreat by each and every one. For as Jesus taught, when you love your enemies, that love is transmutative. It is like the violet flame. When you send love to enemies, then there is a dissolution of the very elements of the enemy and also a disconnection of yourself from this one.

If you continue, then, unabated in the condemnation of others or in the hatred of others, you are glued to those persons. And even though you may come in the tent and decree for hours, if you have not loved your enemies you still have an Achilles' heel. I command you, beloved, in the name of the living God, to hear my word and to know: Set your households aright. Set them straight. Love one another. Obey the commandments of God. Enter the cosmic honor flame. Yes, do it, beloved.

We see what is coming. Open your eyes, then. And when you have a sense of something being rotten in Denmark, as they say,<8> you go after it in your neighborhood! You sort through the garbage of the consciousness of the minds of the people and you come to the point where you discover what is the source of some plot or nefarious deed that is in the making. Then go after it in your groups and your study groups.

The Mother of the Flame Is in Embodiment to Hold the Balance for You

Blessed ones, we would speak to you of your wrestling with Satan. Some of you amongst this group have given fierce calls for the binding of the seed of Satan and the fallen angels. And you have come under such attack and lashback that you have decided to give up the making of calls on Satan.

Well, beloved, we would tell you from the heart of Lanello, we would tell you that the Mother of the Flame is in embodiment to hold the balance for you. And this is not the time to stop making the calls for the judgment of Satan and the seed of Satan and all others who roam the earth. This is the time to remember that you are not the doers. You must call upon the seven archangels, who beg you to call upon them, that you might go forth, then, and call for the binding and the judgment of these fallen ones.

Your recourse, then, is to the causal body of the Mother of the Flame who stands before you, who is in embodiment. When you have recourse to one such as this messenger, then you must take advantage of it. Just call to the messenger to reinforce you, to protect you. And call to the seven archangels for the purging of the cities of this nation and every nation of these fallen ones, who go after the little children and bring them into darkness. I need not tell you of the horrific things that are happening to children through drugs and through rock music. This is an hour of vigilance. So call to the causal body of the messenger. Call to the causal bodies of Lanello and K-17. We will assist you in these areas. If you desire to see individuals of high station exposed, then call for them to be exposed!

And again, call for the twin causal bodies of the messengers. Take advantage of the use of the messenger's causal body while she is in embodiment, beloved. For it is a powerful, living, pulsating presence. It is also, beloved, very important that you make a call to the I AM Presence of the messenger when you are in distress and bowed down. She will make that call at inner levels or at outer levels, but the call will be made. For this is the vow that the Mother of the Flame has made to you, beloved: that she will always make calls for those of you who call to her, whether silently in the night or directly in person. It is not necessary for you to write a letter to the messenger. It is not necessary for you even to communicate with her, for she does all of this in her Higher Self.

Ere You Leave This Planet, You Will Need Greater Adeptship

So, beloved, as we have spoken, so internalize this. Rise to new levels of self-empowerment as you draw down the fire of your I AM Presence. For ere you leave this planet and face the situations that shall be upon you, you will need greater adeptship. I counsel you, we counsel you together: you will need that adeptship to cross the bar from darkness into light and still be in embodiment. We would secure your place, but only you can refortify your protection daily.

Therefore, in the name of Archangel Michael, I call to you now. Call for the binding and the judgment of all evil ones in the earth whose time is up, who must be taken and removed from this planet. This is one of the greatest hopes that you have for the saving of this planet and this civilization.

In the name of Almighty God, in the name of all who serve in the Cosmic Secret Service, we bow to the white fire of God pulsating within your breast. [30-second standing ovation]

This dictation by K-17 and Lanello was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Saturday, June 29, 1996, during the eleven-day conference A World Convocation of Spiritual Seekers, held in the Heart of the Inner Retreat at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. 1. In the service before this dictation, the messenger said: “I would remind you that you can apply to be a part of the Cosmic Secret Service, and one way to do this is to write letters to Lanello and K-17. You can write to them nightly and burn the letter [in a safe receptacle]. The angels will take that letter to the Grand Teton Retreat, where the Lords of Karma meet, and you can give all kinds of information that you may have awareness of that must be corrected. You can state what the problem is and then offer what part of your service and decrees or any other service you would contribute to the healing of that condition in society or what you may know about as a very major threat to the government of this nation or other nations.”

2. In a dictation given July 2, 1994, the Goddess of Liberty explained: “The term God or Goddess denotes a cosmic being who has the attainment of God consciousness on one or more rays and in the service he or she renders.” She explained that these terms do not refer to “the gods and goddesses of mythology but...the Gods and Goddesses who are the forerunners of your own God-reality, which you shall achieve beyond your ascension in this life.” See 1994 PoW, vol. 37, no. 34, p. 397.

The messenger Elizabeth Clare Prophet has explained that these three cosmic beings—the Goddess of Light, the Queen of Light and the Goddess of Purity—have “majored on the one-pointed goal of focusing the intense light [Christ consciousness] of God” and should be invoked daily. Their light is especially amplified at winter solstice. As you meditate upon the three giant ovoids of light of the Goddess of Light, the Queen of Light and the Goddess of Purity, “your attention becomes like a straw...and you sip the nectar of this light—as much as they will allow you to draw down into your aura.” The retreats of the Goddess of Light (in the Andes), the Queen of Light (above Sicily), and the Goddess of Purity (on Madagascar) focus an action of the Trinity to the earth; together these hierarchs draw the action of the cosmic threefold flame on behalf of her evolutions. The Goddess of Light (Amerissis) made her ascension after an embodiment in South America, where she had achieved great spiritual attainment but in an off-guarded moment of overconfidence was trapped by black magicians who imprisoned the lower part of her body in the form of a fish. For more than 300 years she served her fellowmen from behind a counter, raising her thoughts ever upward and calling unto God to manifest light, light, light! As an ascended master, she once explained, “I am called by God's grace the Goddess of Light simply because I have paid allegiance to light for so long.” The Queen of Light focuses the action of the crystal fire mist and the crystal sword and may be invoked with her legions to cut through the densest human creation. The Goddess of Purity focuses the flame of Cosmic Christ purity. From her retreat, where the flame of purity has been sustained for thousands of years, angels of purity carry light rays to the four corners of the earth. Invoke the light of these goddesses with the following decrees from Prayers, Meditations and Dynamic Decrees: “O Mighty Light,” by the Goddess of Light (8.00); “Decree for Purity,” by the Goddess of Purity (40.05); “Goddess of Purity” (40.07); “Decree to the Queen of Light” (40.08).

5. “George Washington's Vision of America's Trials.” During the long winter at Valley Forge, George Washington received a vision through a mysterious visitor (the Goddess of Liberty) of three great perils that would come upon the Republic—the Revolutionary War, the War between the States and a third world conflict. The most fearful peril would be the third, in which armies from Europe, Asia and Africa would devastate the whole country. At the end of the vision, an angel upon whose head shone the word Union and legions from heaven descended to join the inhabitants of America, rolling back the invading armies and bringing victory to the land.
