You Must Never Be Caught Off Guard

Rise to New Levels of Self-Empowerment

Part 1

So we have come! We rejoice in your presence—the I AM Presence and your physical presence here in the earth. We are Lanello and K-17. We work as one. And we would speak to you today of the threats to the security of the nations of the West. Thus, be seated, beloved.

One can close one’s eyes to the gathering storm or one can open one’s eyes and do something about it. There is a challenge in the earth that is great, beloved. For the nations were angry, and they are more angry than ever.

These are they who have come to the point where they must choose between Christ and Antichrist,<1> the living Holy Christ Self within them or Antichrist. And those of Antichrist, beloved, are those who have fed the dweller-on-the-threshold for aeons.<2> The light in them has gone out and they do not care for human suffering as you care for human suffering.

I speak to you, then, of the tragedy in Saudia Arabia of the death of nineteen Americans.<3> I tell you, beloved, though this bomb has been the greatest assault of this manner<*> that has happened to Americans, it is only that tip of the iceberg.

Daily Bind the Dweller-on-the-Threshold

Thus, you must understand that the decree that you have for the binding of the dweller-on-the-threshold of the fallen angels is a most key decree.<4> It is also necessary for you to give for the binding of that residual substance, that conglomerate of your untransmuted negative karma, that you have spoken of as being in the electronic belt.<5>

Blessed ones, if you allow that dweller-on-the-threshold—even a small percentage of your ego—to continue to exist in your body, you will not be candidates to be chelas of our own or of Saint Germain. I give you this information factually, beloved. You must conquer the anti-Christ of self, the forces within you that would move against the Higher Self, the Holy Christ Self of your being. Therefore, you have an excellent call for the binding of that dweller-on-the-threshold—on the threshold of the door of consciousness. That is where the dweller lurks, just beneath the conscious mind.

Know this, beloved. Know that until you have your ascension, you must deal with that dweller. And if you are to have your ascension, you must bind it daily and put it to the torch and wrestle! wrestle! wrestle! with it, beloved. It is the only way. No one has ever ascended to God without the binding of that carnal mind.

Call it what you will, it is a dweller! And when you bind it, you must bind it again and again. And when you bind it, you must bind it in parts. Just as you see the diagram of a cow in a butcher shop, you have parts to your dweller. And sometimes one part of the dweller kicks up and another part of the dweller kicks up and you need to be aware of what that vibration of that consciousness is.

Sometimes you catch a glimpse, as your eye goes to the back of the head, and you may see a form moving. It may be the form of the living Christ Jesus because you have cast out your dweller and given him [(Christ)] room to walk and talk with you. Or it may be, beloved, the dweller-on-the-threshold itself that is in fact controlling your life—controlling your life, beloved.

Are you in denial? Do you deny that you have a dweller-on-the-threshold and therefore neglect to bind it? Are you afraid, therefore, that if you bind it you will be engaged in a wrestling match with your dweller? Well, of course you will! And you should not be afraid. For your mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Self and all the hosts of heaven will come to you, will gather round you and will assist you in binding that carnal mind.

Know What the Dweller Is and How to Deal with It

Now, I ask all of you here, how many of you here know what are your three weakest points of character?<6> Raise your hands if you know. Raise them high if you know and keep them up. [Some among the audience raise their hands.] Well, beloved ones, not too many of you seem to know yourselves too well! This is a tragedy in itself, since you have been on this path for so long. Perhaps we should open a course in this very consciousness—on what is the dweller and how to deal with that dweller.

Well, beloved, we in the Cosmic Secret Service are continually dealing with the dweller. For we are dealing with those who plot against the nations, who plot against the United States, who plot against the nation that you come from. Yes, beloved, that is a case in fact.

And so, if you are to be with K-17, Lanello and all the legions of light in the Cosmic Secret Service, well, you jolly well must have your dweller-on-the-threshold in tow [i.e., bound; under control]! Because when we are in the midst of the battle or we are on a mission, we cannot stop while you tie the shoes of the dweller-on-the-threshold.

So understand this, beloved: we are as close to earth as you will find any ascended masters, and I, K-17, continue to walk the earth.<7> Perhaps if you will call to me, you may see me. Ask that you might see me and perhaps I shall make myself known to you. But [at the risk of rubbing] this in too many times, I will tell you that I will never make myself known to you unless you have your dweller bound! Now, you need not have your dweller cast out entirely, but if he is held in chains and in tow, then, yes, I may reveal myself to you in the physical octave.

In the Age of Pisces, Jesus Christ, Son of God,
Is the Intermediary for the Salvation of Souls

So, beloved, what is moving in the earth is the anger of the nations. “And the nations were angry.”<8> This is a quote from scripture. They are angry because they are not willing to confess the living Christ, the Son of God, whom God sent as the intermediary for the salvation of souls who cannot make it to heaven without that intermediary, who is Jesus Christ, Son of God, the one who comes to you and leads you in the path of righteousness and walks and talks with you on the road to Emmaus,<9> communes with you. This is the living Saviour that God has appointed. He is the one that can deliver you from all sin and the records of sin.

So understand this, beloved. It is not a matter of which religion you belong to. It so happens that during the Piscean age, the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ is the one who has borne your karma. And at the end of this age, he will no longer bear it. And therefore you have a time and certain times to intensify your violet-flame decrees so that when you must carry the total burden of your untransmuted karma, you will not fall under the weight of the cross of your karma and not be able to rise again.

Thus, we have counseled you through the messenger that for many reasons it is important to give your violet-flame decrees nonstop. For a heavy weight is coming upon the nations. And that weight will become heavier because so many in the earth have shunned the opportunity to be under the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

Yes, beloved ones, there is a hierarchy of light. Yes, there is Padma Sambhava. Yes, there are Lord Maitreya and Gautama Buddha and Sanat Kumara. Yes, there are the avatars of all of the major world's religions. But there is an office of the Son of God, and that office, [held by Jesus Christ,] is to nurture you through these past two thousand years so that you yourselves might embrace the flame of the Holy Spirit that is the violet flame and take that flame and use it for transmutation. Inasmuch as the age of Pisces is coming to its conclusion, you ought to be concerned that any time, any day, any week, month or year, that dispensation of Jesus bearing the karma of two thousand years for you may come to an end.

Reckon with this. Move with it. Adjust your life. Adjust the times of your decrees. And know that you will be solo then. You will be solo. You will have to move midst the weight of the world that grows heavier and at the same time fulfill your mission of balancing karma by the violet flame.

Understand, then, beloved, that a large percentage of the people embodied upon earth have already defied God and are only waiting in the earth to do as much damage as they may do against the nations of the world. When you realize this, beloved, you will come to an understanding of percentages—the percentages of lightbearers, who have the humility to confess their sins before God and his Christ, to kneel and call for intercession, to kneel and call for the violet flame. Understand this equation, for as this conference continues, you will begin to understand why our message to you today is an urgent one.

1. Antichrist. n. When capitalized, the specific embodiment of absolute Evil, the Evil One. The planetary dweller-on-the-threshold. “Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that Antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time” (I John 2:18). The term is also applied to such as Lucifer, Satan, the Watchers, Nephilim, and other fallen angels who “kept not their first estate,” (Jude 6) who stand in opposition to absolute Good. These betrayers of the Word have sworn allegiance to the powers of death and hell and vowed to destroy God incarnate in his Church, his saints and his little ones. When lowercased, a person or power antagonistic to the Christ, or light, in Jesus and his own. adj. Having the characteristics of Antichrist, denying the Christ potential in the children of God, destroying souls by the perversion of the person and light of Christ.

2. Dweller-on-the-threshold. A term used to designate the anti-self, the not-self, the synthetic self, the antithesis of the Real Self; the conglomerate of the self-created ego, ill-conceived through the inordinate use of free will. 3. In a terrorist attack on June 25, 1996, a bomb explosion at a military complex near Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, killed 19 American servicemen and wounded several hundred people.

5. The momentums of an individual's untransmuted karma orbit around the lower portion of his physical body to form what looks like an electronic belt of misqualified energy. Diagrammed at the point of the solar plexus and extending downward below the feet in a negative spiral, this misqualified energy forms a dense forcefield shaped like a kettledrum. Referred to as the realm of the subconscious and the unconscious, the electronic belt contains the records of unredeemed karma from all embodiments.

6. In a dictation on October 28, 1990, Lady Master Leto counseled: “It is wise to take the three most serious flaws that you can identify in yourself and work on them and discover what blessings and light may come to you if you will give up certain habits and conditions that you may have long thought were harmless but are not harmless at all. [Recognizing these] may be the very key to your understanding what is preventing you from attaining greater spiritual progress” (1990 PoW, vol. 33, no. 45, p. 575).

7. “I, K-17, continue to walk the earth.” In a dictation on July 3, 1973, K-17 said: “The legions of K-17...have dedicated themselves to be those members of hierarchy who are the closest to the physical octave and its physical vibration....It has been said of me that I make more physical appearances in the halls of governments and among the leaders of nations than any other ascended master. This is because of the dispensation of the legions in the Cosmic Secret Service to work so close to mankind that they actually feel tangibly our presence, and thus in times of danger their fears are allayed because they feel the presence of that heavenly help that is always forthcoming when there is dedication to the honor flame” (1974 PoW, vol. 17, no. 12, pp. 55-56).
