Receive the Dividing of the Way

Empty yourselves that I might fill you. When you are full of this world I must pass you by, for it is the Law. Therefore, the self-emptying. And in that emptying, beloved, what does enter in? Is it the old debris of the old consciousness? Or have you prepared your temple and your table for the coming of the Lord Christ?

The self-emptying, beloved, can be fraught with danger. For when you are empty, then those forces of destruction and demons of the night creep into that temple that is not guarded. Thus, nature abhors the vacuum. You must empty the temple and fill it immediately with light, with wisdom, with love, with teaching, with wondrous friendships, with the ascended hosts and those who are your brethren here.

Come. Come with me. Come together. Come with the messenger. Come, then, and know the communion of darshan.<1> Is not the delivery of dictations one of the forms of darshan? Of course it is, beloved. It is that oneness that takes place in the alchemy of love when all come together in one-pointedness, in centeredness, in the living Guru—God, the Great Guru; your Mighty I AM Presence, the Great Guru; and your beloved messenger, the Guru also.

Now you have access to many planes of being. And this access you have received for meritorious service. So you see, beloved, as you conquer the lower levels of consciousness and rise to thirty-three levels of the etheric octave, you enter higher worlds. And when you enter those worlds—as you do so lawfully—you see many devotees who have been on lower rungs of the ladder where you have been. And you find yourself coming into the atmosphere that is rarefied and the sweetness of the delicate wafting, the smell of roses, of lily of the valley, of so many flowers that remind you of those higher levels.

Blessed ones, coming together in communion, bearing one another's burden, receiving the dividing of the way by the Guru who gives to you what she hears from the ascended Guru—this is the way, beloved.

Thus Far and No Farther: Get Yourself Back on the Path

Some of you have allowed yourselves to be discordant in recent weeks and months. I must tell you that you have paid a heavy price for this discord, for pride, for anger, for burdening one another, for holding up, above all, the most sacred book that is the requirement of this century—the book of the true teachings of Jesus Christ on karma, on reincarnation,<2> on the true doctrines that were erased, the doctrines set forth by your own Lanello as Origen and then totally destroyed, where­by prelates have made a very mockery of the teachings of Jesus.

Thus, that rancor, that argumentation that has entered into this community has cost not only those who have entered into it; but your El Morya, myself and Jesus have also had to pay the price for this. We pay the price, beloved. But one day you will have to pay that price fully for your indiscretions and for the situations where you have not held your tongues.

Blessed ones, you have the mountains where you can go to pray. You have the tree farm. You have a most magnificent retreat of Lord Maitreya. When you fear that you might spout words of harshness, condemning another, place your hand over your mouth and run. Run as far as you can run. And see to it that not a word comes forth from you except the praise of the Lord and the praise of the communion of all chelas.

Blessed ones, those of you who are working on this book are losing the timetable for its release. And my brother Jesus is very stern in this matter.

Those who have been on the Path for many a year who still cannot see fit to convey love and love again and love again—why are you here? Why are you here? What is the point? What is the point of causing schism in the Mystery School and burdens upon those who are our best servants? Must you try our souls and try the souls of chelas who faithfully serve us?

Blessed ones, it does not matter what is your rank, if you are special or lowly. If you do not stop your discord, you will be ushered out of this community for the remainder of your embodiment. And you will not be invited back.

I deliver you this message from your Jesus. And your Jesus is very stern. For by your arguing and bickering, you are losing the timetable. And many souls whose time it has been to receive these books will have gone on to other books, other organizations and other paths.

Blessed ones, it has been a long time since we have seen a festering of rancor within this community. But I will tell you: thus far and no farther! If you expect to be in this community, you will have to conquer that pride and anger by December 31 of this year, else pack your bags. For you are compromising Lord Maitreya's Mystery School and you no longer deserve to be here.

I trust you have heard my words and that you will remember that I stand in the defense of the Lord Jesus Christ and in the defense of your Holy Christ Self. But I have nothing that I can defend you with when you behave as quarrelsome children, neglecting the firstfruits and the order of your service to Jesus.

I ask that those of you who have been out of sorts or had unkind words, et cetera, et cetera, come to this altar at the conclusion of this service, kneel, be seated, give Astreas, write a letter to Jesus calling for forgiveness from him directly. Get yourself back on the Path and begin all over again a momentum which you once began and now have lost. Some of you utterly and completely have lost the momentum of your own spiritual path over the nonsense you have created and the bur­dens you have placed upon our very best servants. [20-second pause] Let this silence tell the story that you should have already told yourself. [13-second pause]

At the same time, I commend those who have kept the faith, the peace, the love, the joy, the comfort, the consolation that they have given to those who have been bowed down with their burdens and their karmas. This is the way of the community of Saint Francis and Saint Clare—bearing one another's burdens in love, with a positive reinforcement and a will to make things right.

In the hour of the victory, let all souls know that all shall be counted, all shall be weighed. And the heavy weights that some insist on carrying will prevent them from entering the kingdom of their own higher consciousness. What a pity. What a pity!

I remind you that you are not privileged persons, that no one here is better than another, that the messenger is servant—and not lord—but servant of the Lord Christ in you.

I remind you that the Elohim Peace and Aloha have called for peace as the antidote to war.<3> Yet right within this community there is war. And those who are at war must surely, surely come to their senses quickly.

I, Kuthumi, seal this message, for I would not have it diluted by any other.

This is my message from your Jesus. If the shoe fits, then, beloved, do something about it. Do something about it quickly, before you lose much too much and find yourself at a turning point where you no longer have enough years in your life to make up for the wrongs you have committed against the living Word of Jesus Christ.

And this messenger will tell you that that living Word of the Saviour has never, never been properly delivered to this world. The world does not know the true teachings of Jesus Christ. And the world must know it! May you call upon the Lord and get right with him. For if you do not, nothing else in your life will be right.

In his name, I seal you in the name of the Father, the Son, the Holy Spirit and the Divine Mother.

Messenger's Comments following the Dictation:

This is the conclusion of our dictations this evening, for beloved Kuthumi would not have something else presented since Jesus has made his statements through Kuthumi. So we will rest in the heart of Jesus and call for ourselves and each one to come into alignment with our Lord and Saviour.

This dictation by Kuthumi was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood Elizabeth Clare Prophet on Friday, October 11, 1996, during the six-day conference A Soul Journey: From Darkness into the Light of the New Day, held at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana.

1. The Hindi word darshan comes from the Sanskrit darshana, meaning “seeing” or “looking at.” According to The Encyclopedia of Eastern Philosophy and Religion, every encounter with a Guru or holy person can be regarded as darshan. The ascended masters teach that darshan is the holy sight of the Guru, through whom the light of God flows. It is communion with the ascended masters through the messenger's 'mantle', which brings blessings of holiness, purification, the transfer of light, and the initiation of spirals of God consciousness within the chakras. A dictation from an ascended master is the highest form of darshan.
