The Disciplines for Higher Consciousness
Out of the white-fire core of your cosmic consciousness I AM come. I come for one purpose, called by God, admonished by him. I come to earth and to this system of worlds to anchor a cosmic grid, a forcefield of cosmic purity, line upon line, as a giant atom of fire. I place that grid and that forcefield over this system of worlds and each planetary body with its own grid and forcefield. It is the antahkarana<*> of the disciplines of the Path.
It is like a child’s jungle gym. It is not a jungle of the astral nightmare; it is the precision formula, a geometry of fire whereby the souls who would climb to cosmic consciousness might go one-by-one secure--climbing over the bars of the antahkarana, taking the disciplines of Lord Maitreya, and realizing that the Path is not merely a ladder of life but it has many dimensions. And the more dimensions that you master, the more you come into the awareness of infinite dimensions of self-discipline until every fiber and hair and cell and atom of your own cosmos quivers to the law of the cosmos.
And when the winds of the cosmos, the winds of the Holy Spirit blow through your grid and forcefield, then there will be
*antahkarana [Sanskrit, “internal sense organ”]: the web of life; the net of light spanning Spirit and Matter, connecting and sensitizing the whole of creation within itself and to the heart of God.
heard not the jangle of the jungle of the human consciousness but only the melody of the lute, the sound of your soul, the symphony whose tone comes forth from the quivering of every line and forcefield of your being to the disciplines of love.
The Opportunity to Be Disciplined by the Elohim
I AM the Elohim of Purity. And when you have gone through the tests of Serapis Bey and the training in that retreat and you have purified yourself, then you will find that before your ascension Serapis Bey will present you unto the Elohim Purity and Astrea that you might become a chela of the Elohim of the Fourth Ray. This is our dispensation to the children of earth in celebration of the freedom of the flame of freedom in America.
This is our gift. And from our level of cosmic consciousness, to us there is no greater gift that we could bestow than the opportunity to be disciplined by the Elohim, for then, you see, the ascending chela has the added momentum of that God consciousness whereby he can move from the requirement of the balance of 51 percent of his karma to the balancing of 100 percent of that karma by the grace of the Elohim.
This is an opportunity for souls who are striving for perfection, for sons and daughters of God keeping the flame day and night whose lives are consecrated to the wholeness of the One and who fear not to give the calls to my consort, Astrea--calls to the feminine aspect of Purity, that feminine being like unto Kali who takes her circle and sword of blue flame and strips you of all of that self-pity and that dank and dark substance of that emotionalism and all of that sympathy and that moon substance.
How You Can UnknowinglyTake On the Astral Psychic Consciousness
You do not realize, precious ones who desire to be free, how those substances of the world become enmeshed in your very clothing, in your possessions and your belongings. And as you pass through the world and as you go into centers of large populations, you take on a portion of that astral, psychic consciousness. And the discarnates even trail behind you because they have smelled your light and they enjoy the fragrance of that light.
And even the imprisoned elementals and angels also who have been imprisoned by black magic, they follow after you because they hope to be liberated by your fire. And instead of liberating them, sometimes you say, “I will not give my calls to Astrea today.” And therefore you live in that substance, you live in that astral consciousness that is not your own but which becomes your own by osmosis. For that astral mire oozes through your aura and through your emotional body, and pretty soon you find yourself thinking and feeling those things that are coming from the apartment next door or the house down the street or the individuals who are down in city hall plotting their deceit and their practices of deceit against the community.
How You Can Knowingly Put OffThose Discarnates and Misqualified Energies
And so I say, as long as you have decided to be a fiery vortex of light, as long as you have elected to be a pillar of fire, then go all the way. And make those calls to Astrea every day so that the whirling action of the sword of blue flame will be like a giant buzz saw in your aura, drawing into that energy, into the fire infolding itself, <1> all those discarnates and misqualified energies, transmuting that energy and sending it back to God.
And do you know, whatever energy is transmuted through your calls, when it becomes light it is your own, for you have claimed it, you have placed the stamp of your own Electronic Presence upon that energy. And therefore it rises to your own individual causal body and the sins of the world become the glory of your own star of rejoicing.
Is this not a magnificent reward for a few sacrifices and the setting aside of time and space to make the calls? And the more calls you give, the more calls you must sustain. For I can assure you that as soon as the masters see that you have a ritual of making calls to the Elohim Astrea, they allow many conditions manifesting in earth such as plagues and diseases and economic crisis and cataclysm--all of that energy that is pending manifestation--to be swiftly taken up through your calls into your own sacred-fire forcefield for transmutation.
Therefore, understand that once you begin to decree and this energy is spiraling toward you, you cannot suddenly have a vacation. You cannot suddenly take off for a week or two weeks and say, “I will decree again another day.” For you will find yourselves inundated by the worldly consciousness, and “the last state of that man is worse than the first.” <2> Did he [Jesus] not say, “Go and sin no more, lest a worse thing come unto thee”? <3> Understand, then, that the cleansing is for the moment of consecration, but the cleansing must continue, the house must be purified.
Apply to Be a Chela of Serapis Bey
Therefore I say, apply to the Lords of Karma to be taken as a chela in the retreat of Serapis Bey that you might journey there at night while your bodies sleep. Go in your souls and answer that invitation of Serapis Bey. <4> And understand that his desire to have you stay is based on the fact that some who come are so fearful and so selfish that when they hear the disciplines of the Law they shrink from the presence of the flame and from the purity of Serapis, and they long for their earthly mothers and fathers, they long for their earthly routines. And so they go back, back, back into the astral consciousness of the night whence they came. Serapis Bey is interested in chelas who will come, who will stay in the light and the fire of the victory.
And I AM the Elohim of Purity, and I have now sealed in your four lower bodies the grid and the forcefield that is the antahkarana of your discipline on the Path. It is sealed in earth. It is sealed in every planet in this system of worlds. Therefore, it is also our prayer that the Lords of Karma and the Cosmic Council will provide this cosmic interval that light might triumph in earth and throughout this system of worlds. So let light triumph within your heart, and see what we can do for the victory!
Do You Have the Courage to Be Purity with Me?
I ask also, then, that you give your calls for this dispensation, and your decrees, so that the Lords of Karma will have your vote--a vote on the side of light for victory, for freedom in earth, in love.
I AM Purity! Do you have the courage, precious ones, to be purity with me? I ask you! Then take the key of Serapis and find that love, that selfless love which will give you the courage to be all light, to be purity’s light. And when you are that light, you will wake up one day and you will say, “I AM Mother!”

With the sign of the heart, the head and the hand to you, we seal you by the cosmic cross of white fire from the heart of Jesus and Gautama. We seal you in the immaculate heart of Purity’s love. Let all of this energy from the Elohim and the chohan of purity be sealed in the fiery core of your seven chakras, never to be misqualified by the human consciousness. In the name of the Christ, we thank thee, O God, for thy servants and emissaries who bring to us such grace, such love and such wisdom.
