America: Ye Shall Know the Truth
and the Truth Shall Make You Free
Sons and daughters of flame, I am grateful for your presence in the light of truth. Your vision is the open door for the coming of the messengers of truth. Hierarchy cannot speak in a vacuum. Hierarchy cannot speak where there is not the chalice of Matter to receive the precious flame of Spirit that is the living Word of truth.
I AM the light of truth. I come bearing the lamp of truth of the ages, truth that was exalted in the golden age of Pericles, truth that wrought the mighty city-states, truth that was the testing ground of souls--your souls and many souls who live in America this day who lived in ancient Greece, who lived in ancient Rome and who have come forth to claim the culture of the Mother once again.
The materialization of the God flame in America is for the testing, the testing, the testing of souls of ancient Atlantis. Atlantis, light of Mother in Matter! Atlanta, light of a free people, a people proud in their freedom who carried their freedom to the nth, to the place where the freedom of the light of truth reached a culmination and then, through misuse, began to decline.
There is a wave, a cosmic wave that comes in every civilization. And the cresting of that wave by the people at the high peak is not that they will go under the wave but that the breaking of the wave might release the energies of the desire of God, of the water quadrant, for the focalization in the physical plane of all attainment that has gone before.
But there is a requirement, you see. In order to carry the mastery of fire and air and water into the physical earth, there is a pause, there is a moment before the breaking of the wave. It is the moment of alchemy. It is the moment of transmutation. It is the moment when all that has been misqualified in fire and air and water must be surrendered that it might be consumed by the sacred-fire action of the cosmic wave.
This moment is known as a cosmic interval; and at that moment of the interval, there is turmoil, there is a disruption in society, in the nature kingdom. There is the moment when all mankind wait with bated breath, waiting for the Redeemer and the Saviour, waiting for the light of the Holy of holies, waiting for the rescue team of the cosmos, failing to understand that the Redeemer and the Saviour and the light of the rescue team is the fire of the heart within, and that those at that moment who receive the prophet in the name of the prophet will receive the prophet’s reward. <1>
The Timing of Cosmic Cycles Is upon Us
Understand that the timing of cosmic cycles is upon us --upon us as Lords of Karma, upon you as Keepers of the Flame, upon America where the drama of the flame of freedom is outplayed for a planet and a people. America is on stage and all the world waits to see what America will do.
The enemy is testing, testing the fire of freedom and the determination of a free people to guard the bastions of freedom for the earth; and the watching, watching by the friends--friends who call themselves friends and allies and yet who silently send that jealousy and that hatred, that condescending glance, that condemnation. So then, whether friend or foe alike, their attention must be dealt with through the science of the spoken Word.
This is the land of a free people--a people who are free, not unto themselves, but a people who are the guardians of freedom to the earth. You cannot keep that which you would possess; you can only keep that which you give away. Freedom, then, is a torch that must be passed, and you are all the Greek runners in the race, a race that is unto life and unto victory.
My Proclamation to America
I come then to address America, and rightly I address Keepers of the Flame; for unto the Lords of Karma and to the Brotherhood ascended, you are America. You are the hope of America. You are the leaders of the dharma and the group mandala of America. Your vote of confidence for Saint Germain, manifest by your presence here, is a vote for freedom that counts for tens of thousands of souls. The soul that carries the flame of life is the soul that has the right to represent the people in the republican form of government founded by the Knight Commander whereby all mankind might be free.
And therefore, to each one of you I impart the scroll of my fervor, my dictation, my proclamation to America. And the scroll is as an electrode to be carried, to be unwound, to be released in your cities and in your homes. Without Keepers of the Flame in America, I can surely say to you that the Lords of Karma would have an altogether different dispensation to release to America and to Terra this Fourth of July. Because Keepers of the Flame have sounded the word and the voice of freedom and liberty and of peace only with honor, so hierarchy stands and still stands in America today.
We then applaud Keepers of the Flame and we say, Keep on keeping on! For the crest of the wave is not yet fulfilled, and the breaking of the wave is yet to come. And in this moment of the interval, you are the hope not only of the nation but of the world.
Americans Do Not Know the Truth
I come then with the focalization of my message: America, ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free! <2> I come with a report that I have researched with the Keeper of the Scrolls and with the angels of truth and the angels of record. I bring to you this report that Americans do not know the truth--the truth of who they are, the truth of the fiery core of the destiny of the individual and of the nation and of its cosmic purpose.
Americans are ignorant of the truth of the power and the wisdom and the love within the heart that is theirs to release for the action of planetary freedom. Americans have forgotten the ancient heritage of Greece and the lessons of Rome, the lessons of Atlantis. They have forgotten the lessons of Maldek and Hedron, of self-destruction in selfishness, the ways of the pleasure cult, the ways of the drug culture and the ends thereof, which are the ways of the death of the soul.
Locked within their causal bodies, locked within the etheric memory is the knowledge of the truth that shall make them free. Americans do not know the truth, and therefore consequences are parading across the screen of manifestation. Americans have not caught the vision of being the I AM honor guard of truth on Terra. Because they have not known the truth, they have accepted the lie of the fallen ones. They have walked in the way of compromise, of relativity, and have not known their compromise or the state of their consciousness. Because they have not known the truth, they have remained in a pocket of indecision and of self-condemnation, perverting the life of Alpha and Omega.
Without Vision the People Will Surely Perish
Do you understand that without vision the people will surely perish? <3> For the vision is the definition of the lines of consciousness directing internal affairs and external affairs, creating a strong foreign policy as well as a strong domestic policy. Truth known and manifest, crystallized in conscious-ness, would enable the American people to see the darkness in their leaders, to call them back from office and to support lightbearers whose consciousness is in alignment with the Great White Brotherhood.
Americans in this hour of the bicentennial are in a state of confusion. They are at a loss to know whether they have an identity as a people, as a nation. Americans standing in the way of overcoming have upon them then the dark, the dank, the humidity and the heat that denotes untransmuted energies in the astral plane. Therefore, our focus in this conference will be to show you how to deal with these energies of the emotional quadrant that are used by the manipulators for the manipulation of America and her government.
Let us understand that even Keepers of the Flame do not always have a clear-cut and concise definition of the principles they ought to espouse, nor do they recognize the Christ consciousness when they see it. Precious ones, it is truth and truth alone that will make known in this land the way--the way that ye ought to know, the way that will make men and women and children free, staunch, upright, noble in the defense of a heri-tage that comes forth from the very Ancient of Days.
For you are of the lineage of Sanat Kumara. You are of the lineage of those orders of celestial beings. You are sons and daughters of God. You are outstanding as a people prepared by the Holy One of Israel for this calling, for this moment in a cosmic destiny that is to affect millions of lifewaves even beyond this system of worlds.
How often do you remember your worth and the truth of your cosmic worth and cosmic purpose? Even Keepers of the Flame when they are outside of our presence or the aura of the Mother tend to forget their worth as gems and crystals in the mind of God. You tend to enter into spirals of self-depre-cation, taking on the belittlement that emanates from the fallen ones who surround you on every side.
Remember, you are mighty conquerors! And the flame of life within you and the science of the spoken Word--this is enough! This is enough, I say, to coalesce that fire of the great cosmic wave and to reverse the tide of civilization.
I Dedicate This Conference to the Coming Revolution!
I dedicate this conference to the coming revolution. Call me a revolutionary if you will, and I will say, Yes, I AM! I AM the Goddess of Truth! I AM the incarnation of the feminine ray! I AM at the front of the battle! I AM in the image of Joan of Arc and the great patronesses of the law, the great mothers who have gone before to enshrine in the womb of time and space your Christ-identity. I AM in this land the fervor of truth! I AM touching the spectrum of consciousness from the left unto the right. I AM touching all who love freedom and truth and those who do not, for I will not be turned back.
And I wish you would understand this day that when I say I AM truth incarnate, I must rely upon your body, your flesh and your blood, your mind and your soul to be the incarnation of the Word of truth that I AM. And when I say that I go forth in this land to spark truth, it is as Christ talking to Peter, saying, “I go to Rome to be crucified again.” <4>
The Ascended Masters come. We appear to our chelas. We declare our fiery destiny and our mission. We want you to understand that that destiny and that mission can be accomplished only through your materialization of the God flame. We need to work through you, and yet we also have the dispensation of the Lords of Karma that our angels of truth and freedom might go before you to clear the way, the way of receptivity and truth.
The Ascended Masters Are Everywhere in the Consciousness of God
You know well that the Ascended Masters do not engage in the polemics of politics, that they do not side with the left or the right wing or with any political party. We must be everywhere in the consciousness of God, and most of all we must be where humanity has forsaken the blueprint of truth.
Therefore I say to you, do not leave those forcefields and those organizations who do not espouse the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood. Yes, I said, who do not espouse the teachings of the Great White Brotherhood. You must be unto them that pillar of fire by night and that cloud by day. <5> And if their platform and their party consciousness is anti-Christ, then be the silent sentinel in the midst making silent invocation, holding the flame of truth and freedom, keeping the flame with beloved Igor, keeping the flame of truth.
One Keeper of the Flame in any and every organization politically oriented in America, through the making of the calls to the Great White Brotherhood, can be the leaven which the woman took and hid in three measures of meal until it leavened the whole lump. <6> Truth is the leaven of the Mother. Truth is the fire of the geometrization of the God flame. Truth, I say!
One candle of truth at the strategic points where decisions are being made can turn the tide. And you will see before your very eyes the alchemy of consciousness. You will see how in silence that flame of truth will turn the consciousness of the people 180 degrees.
Now you must realize that a thousand may fall at thy side and ten thousand at thy right hand, but it shall not come nigh thee. <7> This is the promise of Lord Michael, the Prince of the Archangels. This is the promise of protection. It is also the promise of the perfecting action of the flame of truth that where you are, there must be the alchemy for the reversing of consciousness.
Jesus Taught the Science of the Spoken Word
All that is outside of God may be committed to the flame by your calls made silently in the midst of darkness, made vocally in the secret place of the Most High when you return to your closet to pray.
Why do you think Jesus admonished the disciples to pray in secret? Do you think it was only to teach them the lesson of humility? We expect that disciples of Christ who have come this far on the Path understand humility; therefore the teaching is for the understanding of the necessity of secrecy when you are applying the alchemical laws of the great masters of the White Brotherhood, which were vouchsafed even then to the disciples.
Jesus knew well of the Sanhedrin and of the Pharisees and the Sadducees lurking, waiting to take him, waiting to also take the disciples who would be identified with him. And therefore he taught them the science of the spoken Word. He taught them how to pray, but he said, “Pray in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.” <8> Openly in manifestation in the marts of the world you will see the results of your alchemy.
Saint Germain On Alchemy, the bible of the Keeper of the Flame! Saint Germain wrote that dissertation on alchemy <9> that you would read and reread and inculcate in your consciousness, precept by precept, the formulas of alchemy so that you might transform the waters of the astral quadrant into the wine of the Spirit, that you might be the action of the Maltese cross and the holy amethyst, that you yourself might be that holy precipitator of will--the will to be truth.
Legions of the Cosmic Christ Fill Washington, D.C.
I come by your authority, and the authority of your invocation fulfills the law--as above, so below. You, then, have widened the opening for the entering into the planes of Matter of legions of the Cosmic Christ. You have bored a hole through that density of mankind’s selfishness and self-indulgence, and we will pass through that opening and we will take our stand.
We will fill this city as the throat chakra of America! We will fill this city with millions of angels who will stand guard to strip mankind of all that is less than the Christ consciousness. And I tell you this: of a truth, some of you, ere these days have passed, will look into the streets of the city as though you beheld the hillsides of the world encamped roundabout with the hosts of the Lord. And your vision will be transferred into a new level, and you will suddenly look up and see the warriors of Peace, legions of Victory, legions of the Faithful and True. <10>
And do not be surprised if they are dressed according to the dress of the revolutionaries of America, for the hosts of the Lord come identifying with the way of freedom. They come to celebrate the freedom charged from the heart of Saint Germain two hundred years ago. They come, for they have identified themselves as Americans of the Spirit--Americans as a term that means far more than the narrowness of a nationalism that does not look beyond itself. [They are] Americans in the sense that they know the fiery destiny of the children of Israel who have gathered on this soil to forge an identity in the I AM THAT I AM.
The I AM Race
Know ye not that ye are of the twelve tribes of the house of Israel? When these twelve tribes were scattered and went forth to the four corners of the earth, their incarnation was among all peoples. These peoples are numbered among those who are in England and Scandinavia, the Germanic peoples, those of the Mediterranean, the Russian people and those who have covered the face of the earth with the very special vibration of the understanding of Ascended Master law that was written in their inward parts long ago when they were with Moses, and long before that when they were with Sanat Kumara.
The children of Israel are of every race and nation and religion. They are not confined to any one race. This is the I AM race. The I AM race is one with every Keeper of the Flame; there is no distinction. The children of Israel are the sons and daughters of God who have appeared again and again throughout the ages.
We look upon your profiles. We look into your auras. We see you as you came out of Egypt, out of the land of bondage, as you compromised not the flame of freedom, as you were willing to surrender all possessions, all comfortability, all way of life that was known to move toward the unknown. That record is within you.
Thus, this is the new nation of the people of Israel conceived in liberty. This is liberty: to know the truth that the truth might make you free.
I AM Pallas Athena. I AM Greek. I AM Roman. I AM freeborn. I AM a member of every nation. I AM an American. From this day and forevermore, I claim you for the cause of truth because you have made that cause your own. In the living flame of truth, I am grateful for your love of truth, of liberty, for your courage and your self-sacrifice. I am grateful, and I bow before the flame of truth within you. And I will use that flame to light a nation and to light a world!

Our joy is very great in the presence of one so devoted to truth. I feel redeemed, for as I walked among our people in these days and looked into their faces, I have seen the record in many faces of the compromise of truth. I have seen people whose lives are comfortable rather than truthful, who would sooner compromise truth than become uncomfortable. Many of you have made yourselves uncomfortable for truth. As Morya says, “The trek upward is worth the inconvenience.” It is not always convenient to be a Keeper of the Flame.
