God Is Mother
The Science of the Sacred Heart Part 1

Meditation on the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary has been the natural unfoldment of the devotion of the disciples of the West, as they entered into mystical union with the Lord Christ and through him into the understanding of God as Mother, God as Holy Spirit and God as the Eternal Father.

The mystics of the Church have entered into the oneness of the heart fire, the threefold flame in the heart, because the fount of living flame, as well as the full concentration of the resurrection and ascension of Jesus and Mary, is in the heart.

Both Jesus and Mary maintain a tremendous focus within their heart centers of nothing less than the Great Central Sun. And the energy of the Great Central Sun anchored therein is their offering, their anchor point of light, whereby through grace we also may come into our awareness of the sun of even pressure that is the Christ consciousness within our heart.

Jesus and Mary have appeared to many devotees, and some of these devotees have had their revelations recognized by the Catholic Church. Others have kept their watch and their silent communion through the heart.

We have meditated upon Helios and Vesta as the heart of the solar system, as its sun. We explained that as we pour devotion and love to that sun center, we open the trackless track of light to it. And on the return current of our loving devotion we receive an acceleration of the love-wisdom of Helios and Vesta, until this rapid sending and return creates an oscillation of light from the center of the nucleus to ourselves as electrons revolving in the orbit of that nucleus.

Translating our awareness of the Central Sun to Jesus Christ, who is our Saviour (our open door to becoming the Christ) and to Mother Mary (who is the open door to becoming the Mother), we see that they become intermediaries, or stepped-down transformers, for the light of Alpha and Omega.

The Heart Is the Key to Attainment

God has ordained these two witnesses to be our sponsors for the expansion of the Christ consciousness, which is to be anchored in the heart as its seat of authority. The heart is the fount of life, and out of it come the issues of life. The heart becomes sacred when the Christ consciousness is elevated, the carnal mind is dethroned and the heart is made to be the master of the temple and the master of our life.

Then we can enter the secret chamber of the heart and kneel before our own Christ Self, the priest who officiates at our altar, and deposit there the sacrifice of our human consciousness. It is transmuted in the threefold flame, which intensifies its spiraling action to become the violet flame and include all the other rays of the ascended hosts of light and of the Holy Spirit.

The various combinations of the three plumes of the threefold flame supply whatever needs we may have. The pink and the blue create the violet flame; the yellow and the blue create the green of precipitation. All three, when they are highly accelerated, create the white light. When they are less accelerated, they form the mother-of-pearl resurrection flame.

We find, then, that the heart is the key to attainment-- not the brain or the nervous system or any other part of the temple. The heart extends and transfers all the energies available to us from the other chakras--the throat chakra, the third eye, the crown, the solar plexus, the seat of the soul and the base of the spine. The heart contains the record of all our initiations, all our overcoming. And meditation upon the heart, the Sacred Heart of Jesus, like our meditation on Helios and Vesta, the heart of the solar system, creates a figure-eight flow of devotion.

Communion with Our Lord

The flow of devotion from our heart opens the door to Jesus’ return devotion, as he is devoted to our Christ Self. By accelerating the momentum of the oscillation, we enter into communion with our Lord. Although this communion is a scientific and complex process, I have explained it simply, and our understanding of it need not be complex.

When we send our love to Jesus, we send him all that we are. Our total consciousness flows to him. Therefore, though we may appear to be loving, our love becomes a cloak surrounding our anxieties, fears and doubts. These doubts and anxieties are all contained within our aura, as nothing is hidden from the Lord.

Our energy is carried to Jesus and passes through his Sacred Heart. As he returns his devotion to us, he also returns to us our energy, which has now passed through the transformer of his being. Not only has it passed through that great transformer, but it has also passed through all the initiations, momentums and matrices that he has outpictured throughout his incarnations--not only the initiations of his final thirty-three years, but all his experiences since the day of his birth in the heart of God.

That is the great advantage of having a particular Ascended Master to whom we give our devotion, and of having many Ascended Masters. Each Master has a different set of experiences, sometimes on different systems of worlds. Each has a different concentration of attainment on the different rays. Jesus’ attainment is on the sixth ray of ministration and service and yet he is obviously the Piscean conqueror of all the seven rays and the five secret rays.

Put On Jesus’ Christ Consciousness

Our energy is then pressed through a mold, through the cylinders, cones and geometric forms (microscopic in size) of the entire heartbeat and heart forcefield of the Christ. Thus it has the experience of going through the fourteen stations of the cross with Jesus, and going through all his experiences--his presence in the womb of Mary, his childhood, his healings, his agony and his crucifixion.

Jesus’ experience becomes impressed upon our cells, the cells of our energy. And when that energy is returned from him, we put on increments of his Christ consciousness. The Christ consciousness of every son and daughter of God is very personal. It is the God flame personified. It is unique, and so the Guru is unique.

Conversely, if we have a guru who is not qualified to be a guru, who is not an Ascended Master, who has untransmuted karma, or, God forbid, is one who is an impostor and actually represents the false hierarchy, then our attention upon that individual would follow the same process. The law of energy is involved in the exchange. Thus the energy and the attention we place on that one will return to us stamped with all the momentums of that individual.

The energy is not selective. And although many people have asked, “Can we not just take the good and leave the bad?” The answer is, we cannot. It doesn’t happen that way, for, as James taught, “Doth a fountain send forth at the same place sweet water and bitter?”<1> Not so. We have to have a clear fountain of light, for if any water in that fountain is muddied, the whole fountain will be muddied.

Be Careful Where You Place Your Attention

Where we place our attention is very important. When we place it upon the media, upon television and motion pictures, they bring to us certain momentums of the actors, writers and developers of the programs. However, if we are wise, we do not leave ourselves entirely open. We place a screen before us, as we should be guarded when we expose ourselves to the media.

However, our children are not guarded; they are wide open. Therefore, they take in the arcing of energies from the world and they become part of the mass consciousness. We have unwittingly allowed the television set, or the producers behind the television set, to be the gurus of our children.

Coming back, then, to the point of having the Ascended Masters and the avatars for our Gurus, with them we have the guarantee that the energy we give will pass through a matrix of purity. And this interaction and initiation with our Guru gives us what is known as the “washing of the water by the Word.”<2>

The liquid state of our consciousness (which is all of our consciousness before the ascension is the “water,” and the water must be cleared. To remove dye that has been placed in water is quite difficult. We would rather pour out the water and start again, but we cannot do so with our own lifestreams. However muddied our consciousness, we must find the catalyst, the single component that can draw out all its impurities.

That catalyst is the Christ, the eternal Christ, and speci-fically the Sacred Heart of Jesus, of Mary, or of any of the ascended hosts. Meditation upon the lives of the saints, their experiences and their communion serves to focalize that which is recorded in us, upon akasha and upon the planetary body and to bring it to the forefront of the mind.

In this way, that which is passive or at the subconscious level becomes conscious and becomes an activating principle. The more our conscious awareness becomes attuned to the silent impressions that are impressed upon our energy, the more we attain conscious mastery. We move from being babes in Christ, where we are simply basking in the light, to becoming children, who are more and more aware of the fact that there is a separation in this oneness.

We learn to have responsibility as the Guru has respon-sibility. And when the child matures to become the son or daughter of God, finally, at the conclusion of this ritual of cosmic interchange, he puts on the full mastery of our Lord and Saviour.

This is the goal of evolution, the goal of hierarchy. Ultimately the chela will become the Guru and the Guru himself will rise in evolution to become the Chela of other Gurus and the Guru of other Chelas. In this way, the cosmos continues to expand, because the cells in the body of cosmos are expanding their self-awareness in Christ.

The Point of the Crossing

The step whereby we move from the point of adoration of our Lord to the point of becoming our Lord is the point in the rapids, the most dangerous point of the crossing, fraught with the greatest opposition.

Here light intensifies. Here the torch is passed. Here the communion cup is extended, and we know the saying, “There is many a slip betwixt the cup and the lip.”<3> At that particular moment, because of the greatest concentration of light and the transfer of the light, there will be the greatest momentum of opposition to it.

Every discarnate, every fallen one, everyone committed to the left-handed path, every nonentity, everyone who has chosen not to be upon the planetary body is threatened by the moment of this transfer. They are threatened by the fact that you, the nonpermanent atom in the Being of God, are about to become the permanent atom. That atom thereby multiplies the power of light upon the planetary body by the power of one. And one with God is a majority.

Thus there is a one-hundred-percent increase of light on earth each time one individual enters into the ultimate ritual that was illustrated by Elijah and Elisha. It is the ritual in which Elisha seizes the mantle that falls upon him and goes forth to smite the river Jordan and to be proclaimed a prophet of Israel.

The total transfer of that energy signifies the going into the white-fire core of the Causal Body by the Guru and the coming out of the same womb--the womb state of the white- fire core--by the Chela who has now become the Guru.

Attention Is a Valve of the Mind

We find that the path of initiation under the Ascended Masters gives us day by day the testings of our soul so that we are strengthened, strengthened, strengthened, no matter what the stress, no matter what the provocation or the insult or the offense that could be cause for a reaction.

No matter what comes to us, we obey the injunction, “Peace be still and know that I AM God.”<4> We remember the words of Jesus, “What is that to thee? Follow thou me.”<5> We make thousands of choices each day whether or not to allow our attention to falter on the little details that come like gnats to irritate and disturb us when we are working with large or small numbers of people.

At home, in our families or in business, all sorts of occasions may arise. This is no accident. The occasions arise, and we can see a cleverly written description of them in C. S. Lewis’ Screwtape Letters. These letters are written from one devil to another explaining the means devils use to keep Christians off the path. The devils plan daily intrusions into the Christian’s life and put thoughts into his mind like “It is not time to study now,” or “It is not time to pray now. You can do it later.”

All these aggravations are attempts to have us procrastinate our meditation upon the Sacred Heart, and they come down to the matter of our attention. Attention is a valve of the mind. The valve opens and shuts by will. By will right now, you can look at the Sacred Heart of Jesus. By will you can think about what is happening to your automobile, whether your dog is safe, whether your children are where they are supposed to be, or a thousand and one other distractions.

Or you can decide to say, “Mighty I AM Presence, you take care of the house, the dog, the children, the car and everything else. I am going to meditate on the Sacred Heart of Jesus.” Then, at the conclusion of your meditation, it is lawful to go and see how the house, the dog, the children and the car are. But be sure that you do it by an act of your own will and not as a result of someone else’s will.

A Time of Decision

A time of decision comes--and I have noted this, day in, day out, in my discipleship--when I am about to do something important for the Ascended Masters or when I am called upon to accelerate my being to a higher level in order to perform a certain prayer ritual for someone. At that time, there will invariably be a sudden intrusion.

Someone is desperate. Someone is in an emergency. Someone has to speak to me now! The telephone is ringing. I have to make a decision whether I will allow myself to postpone what I have to do and take the call, or whether I will say, “Hold everything until I do what I must do.”

These decisions must be made. At times I make the decision to take the emergency; at other times I determine that I must not be moved. And so we must judge righteous judgment. We cannot let the world fall apart, but what we can do is to make calls for the protection of everyone around us and everyone concerned with our service so that they will be sealed in the energy of God and we can go about our Father’s business.

We have found it necessary to call for the protection of all who are associated with light upon the planet, all who are directly or indirectly serving the cause of light. This is simply because the fallen ones will attack the weakest link in the chain of hierarchy. And when that weakest link is attacked, the onslaught causes reverberations throughout the entire chain until you, wherever you are positioned in that chain, are unable to function.

You have to come down from the mountain as Moses did and say, “All right. What’s going on here. We’ll have to settle this right now.” Then you can go back and do your service.

How to Deal with Negative Energy

Therefore, you must keep your attention lever on your mind and heart. Be aware of the fact that it is a conscious decision whether or not to enter a spiral of moodiness, boredom, depression, or perhaps a little bit of rebellion. You have to choose whether to enter into a pattern of selfishness or whether to throw it off in order to accelerate.

Morya says that when negative energy comes in to depress your chakras, it is not enough simply to choose an equivalent opposite. For instance, if you feel assailed by doubt, it is not enough simply to place your attention upon faith. You must pull the slingshot back and drive through with more faith. You must drive through with a greater weight of faith than the corresponding weight of doubt that has assailed you--enough faith to knock out that doubt or transmute it, or still more faith to reestablish a positive spiral, a momentum of an outward convex thrust of your chakras.

Be aware of this. Sometimes all it takes is a harder push, a greater thrust, a greater understanding of co-measurement. Co-measurement is the ability to weigh energy, negative or positive, and to understand how much thrust it takes to drive through it, how much horsepower you need to accelerate through that mud or snow.

This understanding is intuitive and innate, yet it is scien-tific. The more we experience the matter plane, the more we know how much we have to raise our voice to get someone’s attention. We know how much energy we have to expend on our children. Thus, we have a certain co-measurement within us that we must not forget when it comes to dealing with the attention lever and the ability to sustain our attention on the Sacred Heart of Jesus, of Mary, of Saint Germain, of El Morya, or of our own Mighty I AM Presence.
