Victory’s Star
Hail, sons and daughters of light! I AM come with my legions of Victory to stand in this hour of victory with Saint Germain and El Morya and your blessed selves. We come to anchor a mighty flame unto the earth, a spiraling pillar of sacred fire that is the energy of God this day from the heart of the Great Central Sun.
I come to anchor it in the very midst of the forcefield of this altar of invocation, whence the word of the Mother and her children will ring into the very elements of the earth, proclaiming the hour of victory and of the I AM THAT I AM, truly the coming of the Lord for the alchemy that shall melt the old order of heaven and earth and bring in the new heaven and the new earth upon this planetary body.
My children of the Sun, I salute you! Oft have I watched you from far-off worlds as the twinkling lights of your invocations lit up an otherwise darkened star. And I have sent a light and my twin flame has sent a light and we have said, “We will multiply that light. We will travel down that mighty sunbeam into the hearts of the chelas. We will come into the temples of light and we will start Victory’s fire!”
And so the hour has come when the Cosmic Council and the Lords of Karma have agreed that a greater impetus of victory might be endowed within the earth, within the children of the Sun during this epoch of the Dark Cycle of the descent of the misuse of the light of the hierarchy of Scorpio. A darkness such as you cannot imagine is programmed to cover the land--programmed by the fallen ones, who always scheme to multiply the darkness of mankind’s karma unto the destruction of souls of light.
My children of the Sun, won’t you be seated in Mighty Victory’s flame?
A Golden Opportunity
I AM here because I AM here. [8-second applause] And you are here because you are here. And inasmuch as we are both here, let us make the most of a golden opportunity for light to increase magnitude upon magnitude until this planetary body becomes a blazing sun.
It is time, then, for those fallen ones to go to the Sun, to spiral into the white-fire core of Alpha and Omega and there to be no more. Time and space is for the reading of cosmic astrology and the Cosmic Clock, yet for all of their getting, these fallen ones did not get understanding. <1>
They make their psychic predictions. They read the astrology of the Jupiter Effect. <2> They make their predictions for 1984 and not once have they included the mighty prophecy of the coming of the hosts of the Lord!
Well, I AM here to give you the prophecy that you can make certain by your performance. Therefore my performance shall be yours and yours shall be mine and we will march with the legions of Victory. Is it not so? [“Yes!”]
Legions for the Victory of the Earth
Hail, my beloved! Armies of the Lord are arriving from the quadrants of being on the rays and lines of the twelve hierarchies. The angels of Archangel Michael, legions of light, come in a May Day display upon the celebration of the Knight Commander, Saint Germain’s coronation for the Aquarian age. <3>
They come and they march and parade in full dress to demonstrate their light, their prowess and their skill in dealing the deathblow to the enemy at will in other systems of worlds. They come wearing laurel wreaths of victory for having fought the good fight and won. They are winners. We are not betting on the losers but on the winners in this race of light accelerating light!
And so you see legions of violet-flame angels under Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst and beloved Omri-Tas. Their numberless numbers fill the sky. They fill the cosmos. The solar system cannot contain the numbers of legions who come for the determinate victory of this earth and this solar system!
You Must Be Emboldened
Beloved ones, you have been told by Ascended Masters bold that you must be emboldened with a will to win. And the Great Divine Director has come to increase your forcefield of blue lightning as a manifest presence of your identity. Thus he has bequeathed to you his momentum of willing to be in God an identity not tampered with, inviolate.
I AM come to reinforce that determination. I AM come to charge you with the enthusiasm of hosts of light whose time has come yet whose prophecy is unknown. You who can read the signs of the times and of the heavens know that this is the hour of the cosmic cross of white fire, of the Pleiades’ descent. The hierarchies of the Pleiades and Surya come and challenge darkness wherever, whenever, in the body of the earth, but they must have you as their mouthpiece. They must have you wielding the pen and the sword deftly.
My beloved, we are certain of your cooperation. It is because you have already given it that we are here, and we therefore applaud the embodied Lightbearers, the Keepers of the Flame and all chelas of the living gurus.
The Heroes of the Age
Planetary body, I salute you. Children of the Sun, Helios and Vesta, I, Victory, salute you in the name of the ascended Lanello, who has carried unto his ascension the white banner of victory and peace with the golden fleur-de-lis of your own heart’s balance and victory. Thus he becomes one of the heroes of the age, side by side with Godfre and the key saints who gave their lives that you might serve to the finish.
They have taken their leave because they placed their trust in God in you, in the God within you. They had the ultimate certainty that men and women of good faith would follow after them and not let down the banner or the torch of light. And you who run and read and see the Word of their presence and sing of their light in your midst, you are the visionaries. You are the sages and seers, East and West, who impart to the children of earth the mighty vision entrusted to you by the purity of your devotion and your heeding of the Word now given to you these many years by the Mother.
Therefore we must salute her lifestream for staying and still staying midst the onslaughts incomprehensible you know not of that are a daily battle upon her soul. Yet the chelas who surround her have also been the recipients of those arrows of outrageous fortune. And it is the Mother’s request that I pay tribute to them also, for they have been the rings of fire and the legions in embodiment and in all octaves who have stood to defend the office of the Messenger that is so vital, so absolutely necessary, as the link in the chain of octaves.
New Legions for the Victory
We speak of the chain of octaves; we speak of invincible victory. We speak of the light and we are come to bow to the light within you and to let you know, dear hearts, that the Cosmic Council, ratifying the decree of Almighty God, has this day sent legions on every line of the clock, all registered in the Great Causal Body of the Great Divine Director. In his name you may also invoke all the legions serving under a particular hierarchy of the sun on a particular line of the clock with a particular Ascended Master who also serves on that line. <4>
You need not know all the names of these hosts of the Lord, but wherever there is a problem, such as the hatred of the incoming Christ Child on the one o’clock line of Saint Germain in abortion, in all manner of desecration of Saint Germain’s teaching, his beauty and his light of freedom, you may then invoke the legions of the hosts of the Lord who have come marching this day in his name on that line of the clock under the hierarchy of Aquarius.
Instantaneously those legions will go forth, do your bidding and take action. You will not know until you try, until you see and ultimately you will not know until your ascension in the light what tremendous power has been added to the side of right and light in this moment on this day of Gemini 1979. [17-second applause]
Sanat Kumara’s Teaching on the Ruby Ray\
Beloved ones, the Four and Twenty Elders are standing in awe of Sanat Kumara, the Ancient of Days, who himself, upon the great white throne, stands and bows before the Nameless One, the Almighty, who bequeathed to him the opportunity for the salvation of earth. The hosts of the Lord and the Cosmic Council have given all that can be given thus far in answer to your calls for the increase of the spin of this earth planet you call home.
Beloved ones, when you implement these forces and hosts of the Lord, who can know, who can tell what is in the heart of the Almighty for continued reinforcements, until truly the transition into Aquarius may yet be known as the coming of the golden age upon earth. Not in a decade has there been such hope and such promise through this activity and through the hosts of the Lord as there is this day, my beloved.
Now, as you take every advantage of this opportunity, I ask you to become diligent in combing the earth for facts, for figures, for names. Do your research carefully, for although we may see--by the fullness of the crystal ray, the mighty X ray, the All-Seeing Eye of God--that which is acting here, we cannot intercede unless you make the specific calls. Therefore, these hosts of the Lord, encamped round about the hillsides of Los Angeles, San Francisco and the chakras of the nations of the earth, are ready to spring, ready to move, ready to march.
They are the disciplined ones; they are intense beings of love who, one and all, have passed their initiations on the mighty ruby ray, which Sanat Kumara hastens to bring to your attention through the Pearls of Wisdom. The Ancient of Days can hardly wait to transmit to you these teachings so that you may enter in to the correct and not the incorrect use of the ruby ray.
In his name I am therefore authorizing this Messenger to release these Pearls of Wisdom before their date so that students of the light may have these dispensations and move forward swiftly to invoke the light of the ruby ray, not to their hurt or to anyone’s hurt but for the swift and sudden descent of light that will act! act! act! in the heart of the earth to set aside the conditions that for far too long have held sway in the very midst of a sincere and noble people.
The majority of the people upon earth desire freedom, peace and the abundant life and they have been fooled and manipulated to believe that the path to these ends lies through Marxism, socialism and the conspiracy itself. Therefore the action of the ruby ray is designed by the Lord God to strip the children of earth of an overlay, hardened over the centuries, of a pseudo-personality and a pseudo-analysis of the problems at hand.
Only the action of the ruby ray possesses the All-power of God to perform a certain work in the midst of the people of earth. And this is why, even though you have given ultimate decrees to Astrea and the violet flame, it is necessary that this action be added unto the calls. The Ascended Masters have not been able to release this information to you until this hour because it required a certain number of students to support our Messenger with the calls and dispensations already given in order for the next step to be released unto you.
If we had not had that support in protecting our forcefield, our movement and our teaching, we could not have brought you the advancing initiations that will come. They will come so swiftly it shall be as the fulfillment of the prophecy “As the lightning cometh out of the East and shineth even unto the West, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” <5>
You, every one of you, I say, is that Son of man. And you shall come with the swift lightning of the ruby ray and you will see how your calls will make the difference—all the difference in the world from this moment on.
I Lay My Star of Victory upon This Altar
Now I stand at the altar of invocation here in the sanctuary of the Holy Grail. And I raise my voice by the authority of Sanat Kumara, Hierarch of Venus.
I, Mighty Victory, stand and I invoke a mighty pillar of the ruby ray. I invoke a mighty pillar of victory and I invoke the mighty pillar of the crystal ray given unto the great prophets and leaders of old. So these intense rays of light shall go forth, shall seal the earth, shall roll back that darkness if and only if the souls of light will ratify my call this day.
O Lord God Almighty, Brahma, Vishnu and Shiva, by the I AM THAT I AM and the sacred OM, I pledge my life and my attainment, as so many cosmic beings have done this day, that neither this Messenger nor the true chelas of Saint Germain will let us down until that victory is indeed a Victory! Victory! Victory! won in every continent, in every nation, in every heart of light, in every soul who breathes the air of the Holy Spirit.
Therefore, I invoke these flames. Therefore, I lay upon this altar, in the very heart of the Mother, my own Star of Victory that I give to the Cosmic Council. I place upon their altar this momentum of my victory to hold the balance for the light that shall now be entrusted to Keepers of the Flame.
Beloved ones, you have often heard how the Ascended Masters have paid the price ahead of time for a dispensation for their chelas. Well, I come forth in the name of Sanat Kumara to do something for that great being, as he has done so much for me and for so many evolutions.
I give my Star of Victory in the name of Saint Germain and for his flame. I give it for every service ever rendered by the angelic hosts, the Elohim, every Ascended Master of the Great White Brotherhood, worlds without end. And I give my star in the name of a certain number of chelas whom I visited in the past two-week interval, whom I know to be staunch and stalwart servitors of light. And to whom I said: “I see your light. I see your devotion. I will give my star for you and for those who are the living immortals--the saints who have gone before you in the building of the true Church Universal and Triumphant.”
Therefore this light of God that I anchor here is my momentum of victory, which shall indeed turn back the darkness that some have attempted to put upon the Messenger, the organization and the true believers of this hour of the coming of the Lord I AM THAT I AM to the earth.
Therefore this light shall repel, shall turn back, shall send forth the acceleration of karma and of evil intent that is pitted against all Lightbearers upon the planetary body. Invoke it, I say! Always remember to invoke it in the name of your Mighty I AM Presence and Christ Self, Sanat Kumara, the Ancient of Days, Lord Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Lord Jesus Christ and Saint Germain, the twin flames of the two witnesses and the hearts of the saints.
I desire that you should use this order of invocation as it is taught by Sanat Kumara and as it will be released to you in the coming Pearls of Wisdom. <6> For by the descent of the pillar of victory, the pillar of the ruby ray, the pillar of the crystal ray, you will ensure and safeguard that the descent of these intense energies will bring harm to no one, least of all yourselves.
The Prayer of the Legions of Victory
Legions of Victory, stand now! One hundred thousand angels of Victory are in formation with you. They stand in, among and around you at Camelot this day. And they say, “In the name of the Lord, in the name of the prophet, in the name of Saint Germain:

O beloved ones, there is such excitement in the hosts of the Lord as they are now given the release to act as they have never acted before--to act! act! act! in the name of the sons and daughters of God.
No other name shall be honored but the name I AM THAT I AM and the name behind the name and the Sun behind the sun. Only the pure in heart may invoke the name of the Ancient of Days and all who serve him in the great cosmic spheres.
I AM light! I AM the light of Victory in you! I place a replica of myself within you. And there is no crowding of the secret chamber of the heart, for truly the image of every Ascended Master, worlds without end, can come into your heart and still be the only begotten Son, the Universal Christ.
Therefore unabashedly, I AM that Manchild in you. I AM being born in you by Lord Maitreya, and the light of the Cosmic Virgin, the light of Alpha and Omega descends. We come to give birth to a soul, to a nation, to a planet and to the goal of universal Christhood for the offspring of the Most High God.
In the name of Alpha and Omega, I am sent. I have come and I have established the purpose to which I came. And to all darkness I say, It is finished! Om.
