Part 2

Now arise, I say! For I would prepare your temples for the coming of the light of the Cosmic Christ. I direct my ray now into the cause and core of all misuse of the Mother light within your base chakra. I AM Mighty Victory and I come for the victory of your soul and the victory of the Mother within you.

I come to bind the deceleration of death that has held back the rising of that Mother light, but I will not allow it to rise without your God-determination to keep the flame of purity. For I AM a champion of the World Mother, worlds without end, and I will not let the Mother light be desecrated in anyone.

Therefore I come with a blue flame from the heart of the Temple of the Blue Lotus. I come with Himalaya’s flame; I come with a blue energy of protection. Let the veiled goddess of the kundalini’s sacred fire be veiled in blue lightning, in robes of blue. Let your white chakra forevermore be sealed in blue lightning! And let Archangel Michael, the defender of the Woman, defend the base chakra, defend the ascension flame, defend your path to victory!

This is my gift. And I have meditated long upon how I would accelerate the Mother light without the danger of violating that light through the violations of the untempered chelas. Beloved ones, this is my deliberation.

Therefore, as I stood before the Great Central Sun, the dispensation went forth that Lord Himalaya and his devotees of the blue lotus will now stand to give protection to the white light of the Mother chakra throughout the planetary body.

This means that the white chakra in the Middle East and in the very center of the earth, the white light of the Mother, the ascension flame, shall be sheathed in blue lightning from all the legions of light back to the Great Central Sun. The Great Teams of Conquerors and the Mighty Blue Eagle, Archangel Michael, the legions of the will of God and devas of the diamond heart--all have pledged to protect the white light and to protect those who use it.

A Meditation on the Veiling Light of the Blue Goddess

Now, beloved ones, this is indeed a dispensation from the Master Mind of God, the Great Guru. And I am grateful that he has placed in my heart this meditation on the veiling light of the blue goddess.

Thus, souls who invoke the white light, let there be upon you the mantle of the Universal Mother to rise safely. Let the seat-of-the-soul chakra be purged by the sword of Kali. Let it be purged by the swords of the legions of Victory. We will not leave the soul of light where we find that soul of light if only that soul determine to flee the dens of the psychic hordes.

I send forth a ray to melt the allure and the magnetism of the psychic plane, for too many children of God are caught there. Therefore I challenge their pride and their ambition to cavort with psychic entities. Burn through, O ruby ray from the heart of Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, and Jesus.

Burn through, O ruby ray, by the hearts of the Messengers and the saints. Burn through, O ruby ray, into the cause and core of the pride of Lucifer that is upon those individuals who insist upon being psychic channels for all manner of effluvia and degrading vibrations. Burn through, O sword of living flame! Cut them free! Cut them free! Cut them free!

Now, if you still resist me, O soul of God, I must hurl and fling my challenge right into your very soul! Therefore I challenge you to stand before me to declare that these psychic hordes are more real than I AM, than Sanat Kumara is in the very temple of this Messenger.

Burn through! Expose the false hierarchy! Expose the false impostors and the entities. Burn through, O ruby ray. Burn through, O light of God. Burn through!

Now, souls of light caught in variance and witchcraft, you will be forced to look upon me once each day, for you will have to compare my Reality of ultimate God-Victory in love to your own paltry offering. I will stand before you and I intend to remind you every single day that every single day you postpone your surrender of the deadly practice of witchcraft you make karma that will bind you for thousands of years to this evolution until you have finally surrendered and brought the message of Victory to the children of God!

The Judgment of the Forces of Witchcraft

I AM in the earth and I fling my challenge through the Messenger and the chelas. Therefore, every practicing witch and warlock, black magician and Satanist this day, every psychic channel must give answer to the Mother Flame, to Sanat Kumara, to the legions of Venus and to every chela who is dauntless with the thrust of the jaw, the glint in the eye and the seizing of the sword of Lanello! For we come and your judgment has come and we invoke the judgment of the Lord Jesus Christ upon you!

You can no longer serve without our challenge every twenty-four hours. So, then, tremble if you will. Tremble in your boots. Tremble if you will. So is the coming of the Mother Flame of victory. So is the coming of the flame of freedom. If you would be free from fear, then forsake your misuses of the Mother Flame, for you will not live another day upon this planet without coming face-to-face with the infamy of your malpractice against the Body of God.

I expose you in all of your infamy and sodomy and perversion of the Mother light! Therefore, come out of the woodwork and be exposed, you worms. For I will have you; either you will become a soul worthy or you will melt in the very heat of the ruby ray. This is the hour of decision--to the right or to the left.

There will be no more derision or mockery of the Mother flame without the intensification of compensation, of return of karma. Therefore, look upon me, for my face cannot be erased by your sorcery. I AM here and I AM here to stay, because I love the chelas of the light.

I love humanity. And I perceive that psychotronic energy, for want of another word, that psychic hatred that penetrates both from physical apparatus and from the very apparatus of the chakras themselves, as individuals, using no apparatus, use their own chakras to transfer the astral, psychic force that you have called psychotronic energy. Indeed it is real, because men have willed it so, but we will steal that energy and turn it upon them.

The children of the light will not go down in disease and cancers of the body and soul because of that force. No, not as long as the lion roars, not as long as the message of the Word goes forth, not as long as the chelas utter the call of light, for this is our triangle of victory: Almighty God in heaven in the Great White Brotherhood; the mouthpiece of the Word; and the millions who have heard and repeated that Word. Thus is the cycle, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, complete in our community of light.

Rise, O Mother Flame!

Therefore rise, O Mother flame! Rise within these temples, and as the Great Law allows and as free will allows, purge each one of every absence of surrender that has drawn about the soul chakra any perversion of the living flame of freedom.

Now rise, O Mother Light. Rise into the desire body. Light a light so brilliant that every soul may see and know what is the anti-desire, the desire that conflicts with the God within.

Now, O soul so illumined, I speak to you at subconscious and superconscious levels even beyond your outer awareness, for you see me and you hear me. Soul who hears my word, who sees, then, by the brilliant light of the Mother within the desire chakra, take thy stand to surrender that which is at hand that is not the hand of God.

Whatever you can give, give this day and let your giving increase until you go all the way with the ruby ray.

So ascend now, Mother light, into the heart.

Here in the heart I come for one purpose, to clear the records of death of previous incarnations and the experiments with death as wrong thought, as preoccupation with death and dying that goes by many other names. I come to clear the heart of the burden of the death entity.

Burn through! Burn through! Burn through, by the action of the ruby ray. Let the decelerating spiral dissolve and let the accelerating light of the ascension flame blaze through! Blaze through! Blaze through!

Rise to the Throat Chakra

Now for the clearing of the will of God, now for the clearing of the will of God and now the anchor point in the spoken Word of the chela becomes the sword of Maitreya. [pause]

Now the blue veiled goddess ascends through the throat chakra and I, with the goddess, give you the spin of life that you might determine to get on the whirling merry-go-round of the will of God, the soundless sound of the Word in the throat chakra of power, the vortices of power from Almighty God.

Now you may summon that light. Now you may accelerate, O soul. Take flight safely in the arms of Mother.

The acceleration of the Word within the throat chakra is the power of Hercules and Elohim. It is the sealing of your life as the authority of that flame.

Now we rise for the clearing of the All-Seeing Eye of God. Let it be cleared of all ulterior motives, all impure seeing, for that emerald ray is a penetration, my beloved. That emerald ray is a penetration of the geometry of God.

O seraphim, mount! Mount with the white light of the Mother and take these souls by thy wings of light, rustling wings, vortices of light. Take them to the vision of the New Jerusalem.

The Vision of the New Jerusalem

Beloved ones, the Great Law will not allow the entire clearing of the third eye, for this is a work of love and of your soul’s devotion to the dharma. But I may give you the gift of a vision--the vision of the New Jerusalem. And by that vision I secure a flame of hope, which I now place within the third eye of each one, and that flame of hope is a white light of ascension fire.

The flame of hope will carry you higher and higher and give you the God desire to transmute all lesser seeing, lesser goals, lesser planning, limited consciousness. Burn through, O lasting flame of hope. Burn through, O Archeia Hope. Burn through, O Mother Flame of hope!

Now, my beloved, I will seal you in the All-Seeing Eye by Victory’s twofold flame, for only to this level may I rise in this hour. We will now establish a balance and an adjustment of your vehicles and continue with our initiation when you have stabilized at this level of awareness. [pause]

Because of this initiation, my beloved, we cannot allow new students to enter the conference following this dictation, for we are now about to accelerate with those who are here, those who are willing to go all the way with the Christ and the Buddha.

Yes, I AM Mighty Victory. But I am more determined that you know my vibration through this dictation and this transfer of light than that you know my name. For, you see, impostors will come to you and they will say, “I am Mighty Victory,” but they will not carry my vibration, my light, my joy, my animation and the energy of the transfer of a cosmos of Cosmic Christ illumination.

Therefore, not in the name will the game be won but in light! light! light! of the Great Central Sun and the smiling face of Helios, who winks and says: “There is only one Mighty Victory. There is only one I AM THAT I AM. There is only one Son. All others are impostors of that flame.”

Dwell, then, in the consciousness of oneness and you will always know the singular initiate of the sacred fire who has the authority of Almighty God to bear the name I AM. O my beloved, understand the mystery of the One and none will ever distort your vision--your vision true of Saint Germain and Jesus Christ, El Morya, O true blue!

You will never believe another liar, for the lyre of your heart, blessed instrument of our music of the spheres, will be the measure and the only measure of the voice of the Good Shepherd and the message of our Word. Our Word is a two-edged sword revealing good and evil, cleaving asunder Absolute Good and Absolute Evil. <1>

I AM come. And I come to send that sword and not to send peace <2> until I have carved in pieces the dragons of the anti-will. I will not send peace but a ray of harmony that will disturb all inharmonious atoms and I will intensify that ray of harmony and thereby they shall be exposed and they shall have no peace until they come in a whole piece to surrender before God.

Think upon this and be free in the God Reality of the Great Divine Director.
