Mighty Victory on the Four Lower Bodies and the Threefold Flame
Part 3
We have reached the concluding section of our lecture on Mighty Victory’s dictation of July 7, 1968. At the end of Part 2, we left off at the point where Mighty Victory asks: “When will you find your freedom and your victory? When will you accept them? When will you be free?”
Mighty Victory tells us that to start the flow of Victory’s energy does not necessarily require hours and days and months. “To start the flow of that specific energy requires a moment of dedication and God-determination to never again accept anything but your victory.” He says that it will produce a miracle that we can pass on to our children and our children’s children.
I would like you to get the vibration here of Mighty Victory, together with Archangel Michael and Micah, the Angel of Unity, sponsoring the true Israelites, the Twelve Tribes of the lightbearers, giving them the sense of victory in every nation upon earth. That’s his victorious sense.
Victory says, however, that you have to believe in it and love it, for it’s a desire-body action and a heart action. The heart is the fire of your feelings. The desire body is the water of your feelings. So you have to feel your heart as a burning fire and then let this fire be transferred to the water. Let it heat the water. Let the water boil and become the steam that drives the turbines of the mind and the physical body.
That’s the sequence. The fire of the etheric heats the emotions to produce the energy that charges your mind with activity and your physical body with movement. So you need the figure-eight spiral from your etheric to your emotional body.
Be Grateful for Returning Karma
Mighty Victory talks about the sense of struggle, “the sense of struggle that continues to produce the struggle, as Saint Germain has said.” God doesn’t want it for you.
He speaks of gratitude and he wants you to be grateful for your returning karma. Gratitude is fire action in water, which again is a great generator of energy. When you have a joyous sense of gratitude, especially for the little things that people do for you or for the sunbeam coming through your window in the morning, it should quicken you and give you immense joy and gratitude for life.
When you see people and are grateful for their hearts, grateful for the city or the country you live in, grateful for all life, a fiery energy goes out from your heart and charges your feeling body with a bubbling action. So Mighty Victory says that you should extend that gratitude to the conditions of your returning karma. Then you can say, “One more object is now out of the way of my freedom and my victory.”
He says: “Become not discouraged but encouraged by the flow of your karma and understand that when God sees your attitude as such, it will be [to your credit], as beloved El Morya has said, for ‘the devill…that prowd spirite, cannot stand to be mokqued.’” <1>Mighty Victory wants you to laugh at adversity and see adversity as the path to your freedom.
Adversity confronts you and asks you, What you are going to do about me? What are you going to do about the big elephant that’s standing in the middle of the room? You’re going to put him in the flame.
We should make a list of what he wants us to do in the face of adversity. First of all, he wants us to welcome it, for that is an attitude of victory in itself. Then he says, “Learn to overcome it, to mitigate it, to loosen its hold upon you and to ride up over it.” So this is the list: welcome it; learn to overcome it; learn to mitigate it; learn to loosen its hold upon you; learn to ride up over it.
“When life is won and when attainment comes to a son of God by his acceptance of the pressure of the Divine Presence, it is a beautiful thing to behold. Then the individual realizes that not by another’s vicarious act but by his own vicarious act, he has identified with the God Presence and the God Presence has performed it through him. That is to say, performed it through the veil of his own flesh. Thus the Christ becomes the mediator and the mediator acts to mediate the difference between the human self and the Divine.”
You cannot allow your human self to pound upon your I AM Presence and demand victory and the laurel wreath of victory for itself. You must go to your Christ Self and call for the victory of your God-consciousness, for the victory of your Divine Self to appear. Don’t bypass the mediator to gain a laurel wreath for your human success.
Know What Stimulates You to Victory
Mighty Victory wants you to know that your victory belongs to you now. You own it. It is yours. You do not have to wait for it; it is here within your God Presence, the pulsing stream of life, and that stream and that flow will sustain your heart and intensify your desire to overcome all difficulties.
You know, you have to be your own psychologist; you have to learn what stimulates you and then allow yourself to be stimulated by it. Now, what stimulates me, and I know very well what stimulates me, is thinking about the people who need the teachings and thinking about the people who don’t have the light.
That simulates me, and I can get so stimulated by the fire in my heart that it simply consumes all fatigue and weariness. Interaction with people and with students is also very stimulating. The joy that flows in that interaction goads me to greater service because I see what the light does in people’s lives.
Hearing dictations stimulates me--hearing decrees and giving decrees. We have to put ourselves in situations where we can get the stimulation that makes us keep on keeping on. Make a list. Write down this question, What stimulates me to God-victory? What really gets me excited?
Often it is a project for the Masters that you can begin and end. Something you can start and finish in a short amount of time, instead of a long project that won’t get finished for a hundred years. If you start little projects and finish little projects, they get you excited and give you the courage to undertake larger projects.
Then you can write on another page, What depresses me? What takes me away from the stimulation of my God Presence?
Well, it’s self-indulgence, selfishness, not interacting with people, not listening to the dictations. Through over self-concern, you start losing the vision of what’s out in the world, what’s happening, what’s activating people’s consciousness. You can also review the injustices in the world and see what’s happening to our resources, and then you get excited about decreeing.
These stimuli become a part of the vision of your all-seeing eye and your discrimination, for you can’t possibly sit back and be weighed down with your own problems when somebody else needs help. If someone needs help, you have to get going; you have to give help. By forgetting yourself, you become the whirling sun of Mighty Victory, the acceleration of the sun flame of Victory and you keep on drawing down that energy from your God Presence. So you have to know what triggers you, and many times it’s shouting fiats of light as loudly as you can. That really stimulates the flow of energy!
What Is the Victory Way of Life?
Mighty Victory says that the stream of energy flowing into your Presence, sustaining your heart, can intensify your desire to overcome your difficulties. You “will produce during your waking and sleeping hours, a changed man and a changed woman who will not be spineless creatures who decide to take the cure here or there.”
He talks about the victory way of life. I am probably going to ask you on your test to write me an essay on the victory way of life described by Mighty Victory in his dictation of July 7, 1968. I want you to give me the points that I’ve given you this morning in order and to point out the interrelationship of the flow of energy, the etheric-emotional flow and the need for the mental and feeling body to interact with each other.
Victory says that he espouses the victory way of life. Personally, I’d like to have some souls volunteer to get out a paperback of the dictations called The Victory Way of Life so we can release them in America and give people his victorious sense.1 After all, we the people are the victors. We’re the victors of the whole earth. It was Mighty Victory’s legions who enabled us to win World War II and to overcome the fallen ones at that time.
He says: “This is a do-it-yourself project where a man becomes a God and then sits back upon the throne of attainment and laughs. He laughs because he has attained. Do you see?”
I think the laugh and the great joy of the laughter is to realize that the foes who presented themselves to be so powerful actually turned and ran in the face of Almighty God. Our laughter in watching our problems absolutely flee from us is an amazing experience, for one day we see the insurmountable conflict, the insurmountable problem and on the next, we see that it has crumbled before our fiat. That is the joy of victory.
“God shall wipe away all tears…Your victory will also be your neighbor’s. There will be no competition, for you will all be striving for the same thing. When you attain it, what will it mean? It will mean that you have entered into the joy of God, nevermore to descend into mortal density. You will busy yourself working in the many sosophoric rounds of identification with the creative schema.”
He’s talking here about busying yourself with the many rounds or cycles of your own consciousness, the cycles of this planetary body and then the cycles of this solar system as you master time and space. And he’s talking about going to little hearts in other worlds who do not realize who they are and who are fighting with one another, while the Gods stand there with their mantles of victory, waiting to drape them over their shoulders.
You can imagine how many thousands of years your Angel of Victory has stood over you, waiting to drop the mantle on you. It’s about time you grabbed it.
It Is Not a Condition of the Outer
Mighty Victory says, “We need a group of staunch and stalwart students of the light who will go forth and understand what it means to wear the mantle of Victory. It is not a condition of the outer.”
That’s the point you have to get clear--another point that Mighty Victory wants you to underline. Because your business failed or you didn’t make it in this life is not necessarily what determines a victor, because it is not a condition of the outer.
Mighty Victory is saying right now: “Plenty of millionaires are successful and, as far as the annals of God are concerned, they are total failures and total rejects. They are rejected by the cosmic councils.” They don’t make it because they have not infused the bowl with a flame, and the bowl will crumble in time and space. They have produced nothing eternal, nothing acceptable to God. It’s the difference between Abel’s offering and Cain’s offering. Cain’s offering, made out of ambition, was not acceptable because it was made to the glory of his lesser self. When it was rejected by God, Cain was furious and his anger was great.
I’m dealing with an individual right now who is angry with me because I have explained to him that his success in the world is not equivalent to his commitment to God, which he has forsaken. And for five or six days, this individual has been sending me torrents of hatred because I challenged him on his unacceptable offering. I do not fear to do this, because if I do not do it, the soul will be lost.
He wants me to say to him, “Your success in the world is good and I will accept it as the gift that you have laid upon the altar.” He does not decree. He does not give God the glory when he accomplishes something. He lets the world praise him and he has the most negative, dark vibration compared to his former state of a chela of the Masters.
As far as I am concerned, anyone who wants to live his own life can live it, but when they seek to interact with me, they have to hear the rebuke. So I have sent forth the rebuke, and the anger is a very intense anger. I’d like you to know that the carnal mind becomes furious when it finds out that God is not pleased, that God is unimpressed with what has been done. So it cries out in outrage, “Injustice! Injustice!”
I would rather have a simple home movie, if that home movie contained the flame of the Holy Spirit, than an extravaganza of a five-screen multimedia production. If the offering is pure, I am not concerned that the cup may be a bit dented or bent. So remember that your victory is not a condition of the outer and a victor cannot necessarily be judged by the outer conditions of his life. Some of our greatest composers died unrecognized, penniless, deaf, outcasts from society, yet their music is the music of our Causal Bodies that they released to us for the victory.
Don’t Try to Be a Good or a Bad Human Being
Victory tells us not to get into the human consciousness of, “I don’t think I am strong enough, but I’m going to get strong.” He says that’s not it at all; it’s a question of accepting the strength we already have. There’s a big difference here, because to conceive of yourself as a weak human being and then to decide that you’re going to become a strong human being is not it. Forget it. God doesn’t want you to be a good or a bad human being.
Our purpose is not to move from a position of human lack to one of human abundance but to move from a state of absence of awareness to one of full awareness that we have the abundant life within us. The mechanical creation and the fallen ones lead us on in a have-not consciousness by encouraging us to think that we’re going from a state of not having something to having it.
They do this because they don’t have a flame in their hearts and an inner God-consciousness out of which to draw the abundant life. They have to go about in their mechanical way because that’s all they have. I’m speaking of the tares, the fallen ones found among the wheat. They put their consciousness upon us and we adopt it. We pattern ourselves after them. We follow them around and we say, “Okay, I’m going to get this and I’m going to get that,” instead of letting them do the running around while we sit back and realize that we already have it all because we are the offspring of God.
Mighty Victory makes a big point of this in this dictation, that we are the offspring of God and we have an I AM Presence. He talks about the pressures being brought against every son of God to test his mettle, and I had a sense that these pressures are types of animal magnetism. The previous ones we spoke about were physical obstructions, but these pressures are the mental pressures, the feeling pressures.
“They test the mettle of man and they produce a miracle in every age if they are adhered to. But if you don’t adhere to them, if you disregard them, if you say, ‘Well, it doesn’t make any difference,’ then, of course, you will go the way of the mediocre. You will find your self to be very ordinary, very much a lump of clay, very much disturbed, very unhappy. You will find yourself coming back again and again to physical form to struggle against the same odds and ultimately to come to the same position you are now in, face to face with the questions: ‘Will I win my victory? Will I make my determination? Will I accept the pressures of light or will I go back into the dark or the realm of mediocrity?’”
You should put these questions on a blank page and keep them handy for a time of testing. Will I win my victory? Will I make my determination? Will I accept the pressure of the light or will I go back into the dark or the realm of mediocrity?
Three Keys to Freedom
Mighty Victory says that the keys to your freedom are “the cast of your mind, the set of your sail and the purity of the Holy Spirit.” I define the cast of the mind as the correct qualification of the mental body and the set of the sail as the correct dedication of the desire body--the set of the sail of your subconscious to desire God. Then the purity of the Holy Spirit flows from the etheric body through the cast of the mind and the set of the sail to manifest in the physical.
Again, the three keys to freedom are
1. the cast of your mind,
2. the set of your sail,
3. the purity of the Holy Spirit. If your mind is set and your sail is set, then the flow of the purity of the Holy Spirit from the etheric will manifest physically.
As a means of releasing a stream of freedom, the greatest thing Victory can do for us is to call to the Maha Chohan. He asks the Maha Chohan to place his rays of love and light and victory into our lifestreams and to let the essence of himself flow through us. He asks for the bestowal of “the celestial dove” of our purity so that we can feel the joy in our hearts as it “wings its way to the Divine Presence and creates the miracle flash of the ark of the covenant.”
I’d like to give you two interpretations of the term ark of the covenant. Ark, spelled with a k, is the altar where the covering cherubim guard the flame in this octave. You often see the covering cherubim pictured with the flame in the center, pictured in Judaism in the center of the Temple.
Arc, spelled with a c, is the covenant between the soul and the I AM Presence. It is sustained by free will as an arc of energy from our heart to our God Presence, and if we pour out our love to God as an arc of energy, he will arc back his love to us. That is how God makes covenants. He always says to the children of Israel, “If you do this, I will do this for you. If you will be obedient and obey my laws, I will give you land and I will give you the multiplication of the seed of the Christ.”
I’d like you to remember these two definitions of ark: first, the altar with the flame on it that is guarded by the twin flames of the covering cherubim, and second, the arc of energy from your heart to God’s heart.
Victory calls to the Maha Chohan to renew the stream of life that is the arc of energy and he calls for the same energy, the flame of the Holy Spirit, to renew the ark that is the flame burning on the altar of our heart. He talks about the one God and reminds us, as children of Israel, that there is but one God.
“Out of this monotheistic concept of the Deity, we release “the understanding that every son was intended to be that which God is. Behold, ye are gods.” In that statement, “Behold, ye are gods,” Mighty Victory is transferring his Causal Body momentum, his sense of the consciousness of God-victory, to you.
The Opportunity at the Conclusion of a Dictation
Remember that at the conclusion of every dictation you have the opportunity for an exchange of energy with the Master speaking. Lord Maitreya described this in his dictation concluding Summit University and I am taking his explanation and applying it to all dictations. You can ask and command your I AM Presence and the one who is speaking to lower into your heart center their momentum of light and the energy of the dictation in order to transmute a corresponding portion of your human consciousness and human creation.
El Morya spoke of this in his letter of invitation to Higher Consciousness. He spoke about the Masters absorbing our human consciousness and returning it to us at the end of the conference requalified and purified. <2> I want you to remember the concept of the exchange and that you have a moment to accept this exchange at the conclusion of every dictation.
Mighty Victory is saying, “I want you to receive from my heart tonight the following: the ark of victory, the ark of the future and the ark of salvation for this planet.” He says, “Bear it well. Carry it well. Love it. Cherish it. Raise it and I will raise you over the flood of man’s mortal concepts.”
Since he’s talking about “it,” then it is one ark that has three qualifications--the ark of victory, the ark of the future, the ark of salvation. When you talk about the ark of the future, you’re speaking about vision; by arcing your energy into the future, you have the vision of what is happening. So the ark of victory has the power of victory, the wisdom (or vision) of the future and the energy of love of the Holy Spirit for the salvation of the planet. It contains its own trinity, as does every good gift of God.
The Meaning of Angelic Tongues
You heard Mighty Victory chant in an angelic tongue, beginning with the word “Logos.” Now and then the Masters use the angelic tongues because they contain keys for the release of energy-- fohatic keys, coming from the word fohat, or energy. And when the Masters want to release a certain action that cannot be released in any other way, they will use the angelic tongues.
There are two distinct meanings of speaking in tongues. One is the meaning contained in the actual angelic tongue that you hear and the other is the ability to translate or step down the word of the teaching so that it is understandable to every creature and to every nation.
If you’ve had an experience with a member of your family who cannot understand the teaching, you know it doesn’t help to speak on and on all day, but when you get the gift of speaking in tongues, you will have the ability to translate the teaching to their level. That’s the meaning of the story in Acts when all the disciples heard the apostles preach in their own tongue. <3> They heard it at their own level of consciousness, which included their own language, for they all spoke different languages.
Thus the real meaning of that gift of the Spirit is that you can translate the light down; you can step it down like a transformer to the plane of someone’s consciousness and they will be able to receive it. They may not be able to receive the full immensity of the OM but they will get something that will start spiraling through them.
Mighty Victory has now given his full release. He has addressed the four lower bodies and given us the science and the method of clearing them. In his final sentence, he addresses the threefold flame. I would like to replay the chant and the final sentence so that we can listen to it with the sense that out of the chant, beginning with the word “Logos,” comes forth the fiery energy, the white-fire core of the threefold flame. Then the final statement addresses the threefold flame in your heart.
You can meditate on this release because the whole dictation is wound up in a spiral of flame, and you need to be ready for it at the conclusion of the dictation.
[Master’s chant and concluding statement is played.]
When he says, “Out of the shadows have I called victory,” you should receive the thoughtform that the threefold flame is victory and that he has called forth victory out of the shadows of your mortal consciousness.
“Out of density and darkness has the eternal lily blossomed.” The eternal lily is another code name for the threefold flame. It is a “Buddhic manifestation,” for Gautama Buddha keeps the threefold flame at Shamballa. “The budding of man’s divinity,” is the flowering of the threefold flame of life.
Finally, he says, “Om Mani Padme Hum.” O thou jewel in the center of the lotus. That jewel is the threefold flame.
