The Torch Is Passed

Our Torch of Love
With great joy in our hearts, Lady Master Venus and I bring you comfort and love. The light from our home star burns brightly tonight, for in our hearts we bear the sustaining light of millions of souls who keep the flame of love for earth and her evolutions.
I come to abide with you and with Lady Venus, who keeps the Mother Light of earth. We bring comfort midst turbulence. We bring the certitude of love midst doubt and fear and outrageous death, which have no reality save the specters of unreality.
We come to enfold you in the most intense love of God. For, my beloved, we summon you to the great fury of the light, the fury that is known in the very vortex of the white-fire crystal. It is the whirlwind of the Holy Spirit. It is for the gathering of souls, sweeping them up into the fiery center of God’s love.
We come to Pass the Torch of Love
We have summoned you in Liberty’s name to a conference where we might come to pass to you the most important torch of all, the torch of love--a kindling love, an all-consuming love, a judgmental love. Then the torch that is passed when you have passed these initiations of the ruby ray will be that of the ruby ray itself and this torch is for the consuming of error wherever it is found.
The light of the ruby ray in which we enfold you is a very delicate and deep rose pink rather than shades of intense red. Ruby is not the color we bear or that we would have you wear, yet the stone of the ruby itself may be worn. Let your garments carry the delicate pink and the deepening rose of the Mother’s love to all her children, for this is the ruby ray and the level of tolerance of this ray that can be worn without agitation to the nerve centers or the chakras.
Therefore we have always counseled against wearing reds or colors near red or maroon, beloved hearts, for these shades are best ensconced in the stone itself and in the heart, as they represent the Blood of Christ. That energy of light, being most intense, evokes great Darkness by great Light and we would therefore avoid the day-to-day confrontation.
Allow me, then, to send my legions to use the ray that you invoke to penetrate the spheres that must be cleansed within the earth if there is to appear within this earth the new wave of light and if earthlings themselves are to carry that new wave and to be carried by it.
The Word Must Go to the Nations
O All-Seeing Eye of God, I now show to these children of the Light a globe of the earth illumined from within. I show you the nations, the cities, the communities where the flame of freedom must be enshrined and where the Word must go; then I show you the nations no longer free and the diamond hearts of lightbearers yet within those nations.
It is our desire that the music of Excelsior be the Word that is heard in the nations that are no longer free as well as in the free nations. It is our desire that Keepers of the Flame establish beachheads around the world in the early years of the decade of the eighties.
We are grateful and gratified to announce the establishment of our Teaching Center in Vancouver, British Columbia, and the approval of sixteen members who have applied to become residents there in the very near future. The house is established and secured and there the flame of Church Universal and Triumphant shall burn.
I shall personally place my light there for the rolling back from the West unto the East of the forces of rebellion and secession and the dangers that lurk in Quebec through that lifestream who has opposed Saint Germain known as René Lévesque and others of his band who are determined to take their stand for Darkness.
Well, I say, will you not take your stand for Light? [”Yes!”]
Beloved hearts, we see North America as a great white square, the foundation for the building of the pyramid of life. We do not desire to see fragmentation and an island of Darkness that becomes a beachhead for rebellion and the opening of the way for those who make demands and more demands leading to systems of socialism and Communism and thereby stifling the flame of freedom. Beloved hearts, such a manifestation would be the proverbial rotten apple in the barrel.
Let us determine, then, not to allow this encroachment upon the divine plan. Thus we must move swiftly. I appeal to Keepers of the Flame of Canada to come to Vancouver if you are able, to establish yourself there and to begin stumping in the coming spring when the snows melt and the birds begin to sing.
Let us, step by step and mile by mile, roll back that Darkness from the West unto the East and let us provide the people of light of Quebec with the Teachings if at all possible. Let them be given in French by those who speak French and let them be published.
True Representatives of the Light in the Nations
O beloved hearts, there is encroachment upon every continent. Already Central America is a stomping ground for those who appeal to the masses by promising them almost anything to buy their souls, their votes, their life, their very hope.
Beloved ones, it is well known that many have misused positions of authority in seats of government and thereby as the passive ones, as the contributors to poverty and ignorance, they have opened wide the door to forces of World Communism. The people are then torn between two opposing factions within the false hierarchy.
In so few nations do we see true representatives of the light. Therefore much work must be done, first and foremost the keeping of the flame. Saint Germain has set this year for the establishment of Vancouver and of Mexico City.
We look for stalwart souls to volunteer for the land of Mexico, the land of the sweetest souls and the most lovely children, pilgrims who come to the shrine of the Virgin of Guadalupe. This evolution, known by their devotion, is a balance for the people of the United States and Canada and therefore it is our intent, ere the cycles turn again this year, for that focus to be established.
Thus the line of Mission Amethyst Jewel <1> is strengthened and we perceive that the rolling back of Darkness by the violet flame must then be from the West unto the East. And so we proceed and so we behold that penetration.
Roll Back the Darkness in Europe
But what of Europe and of NATO and of Germany, France, Italy, Spain and Portugal? What of these nations? They are bowed down by the heaviest darkness, so heavy that you cannot even imagine the burden of the people on this continent. Add to this the burden of their own karma and their own recalcitrance and you see that the penetration of the light is even more difficult there than on the eastern seaboard of North America.
Therefore the challenge to roll back and establish light, as has been so nobly begun in New York and Washington and by our Study Groups up and down the coast, will now be to roll that darkness back, back, back across the Atlantic and over the records of Atlantis and all of the infamy of the perversion of love that occurred there and is yet outpictured on the shores of Europe and America.
Rolling it back as a scroll, rolling it up and casting it into the flame will be the name of the game of Keepers of the Flame in the decade of the eighties! Beloved ones, this spiral must mount and encircle the world. Understand that the acceleration of the spiral of the violet flame going from the West to the East will be increased in those nations that become electrodes here and there.
As this flame of the lightbearers passes through those forcefields of light and is amplified, it will receive a new push to carry it through the most darkened areas of the globe--the Middle East and the African states. Beloved ones, the burden of karma and of black magic upon these areas is so great that you cannot even imagine how this has distorted life, even the very manifestation of the soul itself.
We Commend Our Keepers in Ghana
Now we behold and we commend the devotion of Keepers of the Flame in Ghana. We salute our leader there, our beloved Herbert, for he with his wife and co-workers have kept the flame through great strife and darkness and deception on the part of many of the leaders and those among the people who have misused the light brought to them by Almighty God. Therefore some stability has come through that forcefield and that focus by those willing to bear the persecution, the ignorance and the hatred of our message and our Messenger. However, far more love than hatred has been generated in that nation both for our cause and for our amanuensis.
Beloved hearts, we are determined to preserve a light in Africa. We are determined that souls of light be raised up. We desire to see stumping for the expansion of the Teachings in the English-speaking nations of that continent. Therefore, we are joyous and we are busy in the Darjeeling Council chambers with our maps and with our analyses of Light and Darkness.
We Have a Design and a Purpose
Beloved hearts, we love so much. We know every heart of light, of love upon this earth, in the cities, in the farmlands far, far from the cities—each child, each tender soul who has descended to earth, singing, “Lo, I AM come to do thy will, O God.” <2> We therefore have a design and a purpose in bringing a sign to these souls and you must understand that you figure in our divine plan as the great key of love.
O blessed hearts, there may not be enough of you physically, but we will multiply you over and over again and we will send many of you two by two, armed with the Word. And, beloved hearts, the preaching of the gospel in every nation, now enhanced by electronic means and by the preaching of the children of the Light, swiftly multiplies our body of light and our Messengers.
Let us use every possible means. Let us use radio and television and satellite communication and let us have the Teachings of the Ascended Masters heard around the world. For the carrying of that light and our vibration is indeed the salvation of the earth in this “time of great trouble.” <3> This time was foreseen by Daniel, who said that never beforehad there been such trouble as the hour of our coming--the hour of the judgment and the hour of the ultimate confrontation of the matured seed of Serpent and the matured seed of Christ.
Thus, my beloved, these are the times, these are the paces you have rehearsed again and again. We are joyous that you will be a part of our seminar on liberty, for to keep the free nations free we must begin with two. I will be joyous to speak to you who have known your dharma to be a part of the land of India, for we will yet have our light there. We will yet outsmart all those fallen ones who have their map rooms in Cuba, in Moscow and who, like vultures studying their prey, are plotting to carve up the earth.
The Children Are Key to the New Age
Beloved hearts, we also pray to the Lord God Almighty and we place our hands around each child of Light. We are determined that the earth will be the Lord’s and the fullness thereof, including every child of his heart and all who dwell in the four planes of being. <4>
Therefore we tarry. We do not delay our coming. We tarry with your hearts. We impart to you the understanding of the transfer of the light of Gautama, the light of education, the light of illumination. For the care of the little children nation by nation is the key to light and to victory in the New Age.
We desire to see the acceleration of our Montessori Teacher Training program offered this year at Camelot. We desire to see teachers go forth qualified as ministers, as teachers and as representatives of the true Spirit of Freedom, having, therefore, the understanding of the message of the Word for the Spirit cup and for the Matter cup. Let their dharma then be the education of children, the serving of the poor and the needy in the nations and the teaching of people of all ages the simple affirmation of the Word in the “Heart, Head and Hand Decrees.”
We long to see the Indians of Peru and of Brazil, of Chile and Argentina, these children of the Light reciting the mantras. Whether in their native tongue or in English as El Morya has preferred, let the Word be spoken. Let them move from glory unto glory as they receive, interpret and return the Word of the Universal Mother Omega unto the Sun of suns.
Two by Two
O beloved hearts, wherever Keepers of the Flame two in number enter a city it is as though the magnet of Alpha and Omega had come. And when they begin the spiral of the dynamic decrees, the forces of light are polarized instantly; therefore two per city will checkmate chaos and confusion. Wherever there is chaos and confusion, there is an opening and a wedge into terror and guerrilla warfare.
Do you understand the formula? Two Keepers of the Flame with the opportunity to preach the Word, establish a focus and then find two others to whom they can transfer the teachings, the tapes and the books so that they may go on to the next city. And if every two establish two more, you will soon see how the loaves and the fishes will be multiplied, how the world will once again be polarized to the Light of Helios and Vesta and how that Light may then expand and increase city by city.
O blessed hearts, if you are but two in any town in the United States and if you will dedicate yourselves, understanding how necessary and needed are your services (daily, if possible, or several times a week), you will understand how each twenty-four-hour cycle requires the two to come together once again to hold the flame of the Central Sun Magnet. All of life within that city is then polarized and that polarity within the physical temple is healing, is wholeness. For how can the people receive the light when their minds are chaotic, when their brain waves and the waves of the etheric body penetrating the chakras are not in polarity?
My blessed hearts, do you see what miracles God can work through you when you understand the Law and you understand the vision?
Therefore the Lord Christ sent them two by two. And we have just sent our two to the British Isles and to the nation of Germany, carrying our books and stumping for a number of weeks, returning then with a net gain of light.
Your Determination Opens the Door for Millions
Our hearts are so concerned for these nations, yet we dare not remove individuals from our fiery core to station there when they are needed for the holding of the balance here. Thus we are most careful never to sacrifice the forcefield of the Lamb on Mount Zion, for this must be held intact.
Therefore, we welcome the abundant measure of devotion brought to these halls by our Summit University and Montessori students this fall, for you have increased the light of Camelot by the magnitude of your love. And if you remain faithful and keep the vision and accelerate and see yourselves as Saint Germain’s ambassadors of light, I promise you that Mission Amethyst Jewel will be the implementation of your own ascension and the victory of untold millions.
Some of you cannot understand how your victory and your determination could open the door for millions. Well, my beloved, it is so. The more you come to know the woe of returning karma upon the planet, the more you realize the sad state of so many of your brothers and sisters and how they know not the way to go.
Light is always miraculous; it is always magnetic and it is always in polarity. Most of you carry far more light than you realize, which has a far greater effect on the world than you realize. You look and perhaps you see some manifestations that we would prefer not to have happened. But in the long run, we see far more positive results and far greater victories than we could even enumerate should we stand here for twelve hours without ceasing. For despite the darkness and infamy of many leaders, we would give you joyous glimpses of many hearts uplifted because of the staying hand of the Lord even within this nation.
The Flame of Freedom Burns Brightly in America
Why, beloved ones, I would tell you that the flame of freedom of America burns brightly today, so brightly that it burns up the veils of maya that the fallen ones use to conceal their treachery. Thus they are exposed more quickly and swiftly comes sudden destruction. People are not only more astute and better educated (and, I might say, more cynical) but also infinitely more perceptive.
They see through the wiles of the persecutors and the manipulators far better than the spoilers would like to think they do. Because many of the spoilers are under the illusion that they are cloaked when they are no longer cloaked, it is somewhat like the emperor’s new clothes--they are exposed when they think they are hidden and more people than they would care to admit know exactly what is taking place.
By and by, in the eighties, the race will go to the lightbearers. And I know that you will hold the balance and take intense joy and increased hope in the understanding that truly the light is swallowing up great seas of darkness, even though darkness seems to keep coming up from the depths.
The Opening of the Bottomless Pit
Why, beloved ones, did you know that the prophecy of the opening of the bottomless pit and all the foul and unclean things coming forth therefrom has taken place? <5>
These foul and unclean things are the spirits and demons that have invaded the youth through drugs, rock and now punk rock. Individuals have come out of the pit, embodied and brought with them legions of Darkness. Thus more entities and demons are in the world today than in many centuries combined. And your calls are delivering thousands and tens of thousands of demons from this earth that are cast into the lake of fire each time you give your thirty-six Astreas.
Beloved ones, considering the flood of the astral sewer that is pouring out, I would say that the mop-up crew is doing fairly well! You do not always have the full perspective, for it is hard to understand how it can keep coming and coming. Well, it is like the release of toxins when you determine once and for all to purge your four lower bodies and to balance 100 percent of your karma.
If you live only the threescore years and ten assigned to those of this planetary body, then we must also hasten and increase that which comes out of the bottomless pit of your own desire mechanism, which you have called the electronic belt. Some lightbearers have the same assessment of their own worlds as they have of the world today, which is the more they give their dynamic decrees, the more the Darkness flows.
Well, this can be healthy, as physicians know. For the purging is the clearing of the body for its ultimate health and restoration. Therefore, fear not, for the acceleration is on. Light is whirling at increasing speed and Darkness is slouching along like beasts of prey.
Yet these beasts have not a prayer, not a chance, beloved ones, for they are lugubrious, they are ponderous, they are slothful and they are so dense that they can scarcely think of how to escape the mighty torrents of light--the whirling energies of living flame that descend suddenly, almost as erratic weather conditions bring the breaking up of substance and therefore strange conditions, such as an unheard of tornado in the center of Connecticut.
Simple Prayers Stand between the People
and Returning Karma
Well, beloved ones, even the heart of a Connecticut Yankee must be purged! And sometimes elemental life must become very intense with the recalcitrant ones who will not take down their fences or mend their ways or come to the place of bending the knee or giving one inch to the Light of God that never fails.
Beloved ones, the Lord God Almighty is most lenient. Why, simple prayers, fifteen minutes of prayers a day or even the weekly mass serves to stand between the people and their returning karma. But where millions do not acknowledge or worship the Light of the Christ, nothing keeps their returning karma from them except for bodhisattvas such as you who give hour by hour by hour the call to the Holy Ghost.
The Passing of a Torch
Therefore, I would announce to you the passing of a torch. Many of you have held the balance for millions of souls who, because they were buoyed up by the violet flame, have not taken their responsibility seriously. And so, my beloved, we are passing this night a certain torch of karmic responsibility to those who ought to be keeping the flame of life for themselves but who are now riding on your coattails.
Beloved hearts, there is another mission and another torch that you must receive. Therefore, I desire to prepare your four lower bodies and your consciousness for the torch that will be passed to you on the morrow by the Goddess of Liberty. Thus this evening I take from you a certain portion of the torch you have carried on behalf of mankind.
I desire to assure you that the Messengers and staff of this organization have used all the abundance given to them for the people, for the nations and for the proliferation of the Word to the exclusion of any concern for their own safety and lives. From its inception, the entire orientation of this activity has been to give and to give freely of the Teaching to the world. Wherever there have been pennies and dollars to spend, they have been spent on additional books and conferences rather than on any betterments for the students themselves.
Yet in the face of all this sacrifice, you still hear the criticism coming from those carping harpies who never cease their gossip against the light, who will even continue to gossip when all your souls have taken flight in the ascension, just as they continued to gossip about the Blessed Virgin Mary and the Lord Christ. And when they are not gossiping, they keep a stony silence regarding the virtues and the deeds of the saints. But they will not, no, they will not acknowledge the light no matter what the evidence.
Therefore, I am grateful that you have learned to make the call and to go on. For the angels, acting under the Lords of Karma, do take command of all injustice, and you carry the banner of justice to all. Thus this organization, which has carried the weight for millions and you who have done likewise, will now find that the Law has come full circle. Whether the Stump message has been accepted or not, it has gone forth magnificently from many of you and from our Messenger. It is in the ethers; it is recorded on tape and it will be in paperback form. The individuals who ought to take that message, beloved hearts, must be given adequate reason for taking it. So let them be required to carry their own torch of victory, of freedom and of responsibility.
Testing the Mettle of the People
This is the decision of the Cosmic Council and of the Lords of Karma deliberated by us for twenty-four months. Before taking this decision, we determined to send forth the Messenger to test the mettle of the people of America, to test the response to the full diapason of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters. Therefore we have given and we now await the response. It is still coming.
Many marvelous souls have responded well, as we anticipated; however, many thought that they were all right and that they did not need any more religion or any extra information about salvation. For, beloved hearts, it is sad but true that until necessity or pain or woe or economic need forces the soul to seek a higher mastery, people are often content at the lowest common denominator of effort.
Therefore the passing of this torch is a passing to them of individual karma and a greater portion of the Dark Cycle. In receiving the karma you have borne for them and the Messenger has borne, they will seek ways and means to carry it. Some will rebel against the Law and others will cry out to God for answers, and their crying out will open the door to our angels and to our chelas and to pilgrims of the light. Therefore more of them will come to the feet of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters.
- Beloved hearts, all of life is moving on in the spiral of hierarchy. You, too, are moving on. And now we begin a new era for The Summit Lighthouse, for Church Universal and Triumphant, for Summit University and for Montessori International. We prepare. We have come to dare the lightbearers to seize the torch that is passed and to run with it.
- The fires of freedom burn brightly on the altars of heaven and on the hearts’ altars of our chelas. We will not leave you, for we stand in your midst to assist you in the atonement of life, in the atonement of death. I AM Sanat Kumara. I hold the balance for earth changes. Let all changes be transformative ones, transmutative ones, accelerating ones. To us change means Forward March into the light!
- I AM Sanat Kumara. We are Bodhisattvas of Light and we say: America, children of the light in every nation, we love you. We are with you. We will not leave you until our light enters in through every pore and vessel and cup and consciousness.
- Therefore, let all lightbearers of the earth bring their containers, their cups, their pails, their chalices. Let their hands reach upward with their vessels, for we would fill them this night with light. And with light the new birth and with the new birth the key, the key, the key that is our love that forever and forever we share. We bear bright love.
