The Wondrous Ring
Peace and all-enfolding love be yours, O children of the earth, as we direct consciously the power of perfection unto this world. The unfoldment of nature’s gifts is wondrous to behold--the unfoldment of the cosmic plan, his radiance, wisdom’s goal.
I say, then, to you tonight, children of the earth, children of the heart of God, children of universal reality, What wondrous child is this! the living God, everyone made in the divine image, everyone on this natal day of manifestation radiating and scintillating with the purity of the concentric fire-rings--the wondrous ring of the will of God, the wondrous ring of the wisdom of God, the wondrous ring of the love of God, the wondrous ring of the purity of God, the wondrous ring of the healing abundance of God, the wondrous ring of the service of God, the wondrous ring of diplomacy, tact, judgment and the power to complete all things well.
Long ago, a great one came to this planet, the reembodiment of Elijah the prophet, known two thousand years ago as John the Baptist. He came, saying, “I am the voice of one crying in the wilderness. Make straight the way of the Lord. Make straight your paths.” <1>
Today, as I am here and I am there upon the planetary body recalling my long exile from Venus, I am aware of much that has transpired since my return to my planetary home. I am aware of changes significant, of the destruction of other civilizations, of other manifestations, of other ends of cycles.
And so tonight I write upon the festival halls of the world the ancient writing: “MENE, [MENE], TEKEL, UPHARSIN. Thou art weighed in the balances, and thou art found wanting.” <2>The indictment of humanity by the planetary lords comes because the children of men have been untrue to their responsibilities, because they have been untrue to the great cosmic, universal bridges of reality over which they could have leaped to safety, because they have been untrue and deceitful to the avatars who have come forth in God’s name to teach purity and holy wisdom and graciousness.
Your beloved Saint Germain, I say to you tonight, is personally responsible for many delays in the judgments of God upon this planet. We have withheld fire and flood and earthquake and famine. The Karmic Lords have again and again silently listened as your Saint Germain has pled for a longer era in which to exert the gentle pressures of freedom so that mankind could enjoy their native God-Reality.
And again and again the Karmic Lords have silently debated amongst themselves by those flashing lights of consummate consideration, by the flashing radiance of their fiery minds probing the old records of their embodiments and their services to life, probing the hearts of contemporary humanity and reaching out also to examine all of the acts upon the planetary body on an individual basis.
Their consciousness is most difficult for humanity to understand. But I say to you today that if all the computers of the world were wedded into one giant computer and this were multiplied one million times over, it would not even approximate the tremendous storehouse of universal, cosmic information in the hearts of the Karmic Lords or their gentle consideration, their attempts to approximate what man will do in the future, remembering full well that he has free will and a past history.
The Children of Atlantis
I come to you tonight, an emissary of light, the former Lord of the World, now the Regent. I come to you tonight, mindful of the beauty and love in the hearts of many. We are particularly enthralled with the children of the world, with the gentle little hopes flashing forth in their hearts.
And many of them today are the children of lost Atlantis--the children who were destructive, the children who would not obey. And they spent thousands of years in the place of the pit, awaiting reembodiment, being denied it hour after hour, moment after moment, day after day and night after night as they pled with the Lords of Life and Death to let them come into embodiment once again. And some of them sit here in this room.
These souls were present when the great high priest of the eternal temple, your Lord Christ, during the three days and three nights of his period without life, did descend into hell and preach to these spirits who were disobedient in the days of Noah when the long-suffering [ones] of God waited on the ark. It was a preparation.
Now they come, and behind them other lifewaves come also. At long last, they are vouchsafed the light of day. At long last, they see the flowers in the meadows, the snows upon the mountains and the glistening in the eyes of other babes and the aged. And [they see] both hope and hopelessness, frigidity and warmth, beauty and ugliness, pain and joy mingling upon the planetary body in a vast kaleidoscope of events that threaten to engulf mankind in a world of such unreality as to plunge [these lifewaves] into a state of utter confusion.
A Solution to Everything Is Available
But now we draw upon the great God powers of cosmic, universal ingenuity. We deal with these problems as solvable not as insolvable. Are there not enough buildings for mankind to live in? Is the landed area of the earth all filled in now with no place to raise crops to feed the multitudes?
Then, if there be not enough space upon the surface of the ground, we will build below; and if there be not enough space below, we will build upward. And, you see, a solution to everything is available.
There are vast desert areas that can be made to bloom as the rose. <3> Crops can be produced. Cities can be built, but the old spirit that sought to create Babel is also effective in the world today, drawing people into the large cities where soot and grime and corruption and putrefaction enter into the minds of the young and into the educational system--a vast earthly sewer filled with a sense of despair, horror and senseless reductions of reality into almost nihilism.
And as we consider these problems from the standpoint of being solvable, we realize that there is a lethargy, an unwillingness [to change], a desire in people to react against change and progress and to keep all things as they were. The young, those filled with the weltschmerz of the world, are aware of all this suffering. Their hearts are bowed down with grief and they feel a sense of futility. The Christ consciousness does not seem to come to them.
They are flooded with despair. And they seek, by a host of devices, to ease the pressures and pain of the times, of the personal times of darkness. They look not even within themselves for Messias, for the Christos, for hope, for now the world has robbed them of the idea of God. They are taught to look for the ghost in the machine but to deny the Spirit that is in man, the Spirit that has made man, the Spirit that is everywhere, the Spirit that is in him.
[Master chants in angelic tongues for 19 seconds.]
We form now, in the center of the room, the mantram of hope, the symbol of hope from our planetary body. [Clap!] We create a spark! We demand its manifestation across the face of the earth! We say, Let there be a great pulsation in the hearts of those who have the faith to believe that the problems insurmountable to mankind, to humanity, can be solved by a union of hearts who work toward a central purpose and cleanse themselves of human deceit, which makes animals of mankind so that they seek to gather as animals into storehouses to protect themselves but will not build faith with one another.
Their hearts are treated to rough treatment. They are deceived. They are tricked. They are trampled upon. They come into a sense of despair. And what do they do? They say, “The world is a frightful place. Humanity are like rats crowded into rattraps.”
They say there is no hope because they are buffeted. They do not understand that all of the experiences of life are residual karma combined with the instruments of training humanity to evolve out of the miasma, the maya of confusion and darkness and pain, and that the love of God is as a cushion of light everywhere manifest, everywhere abundantly swinging the censers of renewal and hope into the world body.

And I say to my brothers, the great masters of wisdom both ascended and unascended: |
I Come with the Fire of the Divine Mother
I have come here tonight with a fire of God, with a fire that consumes around your sacred hearts. [It is] burning with the love of the lovely Lady Master Venus, [representative] of the Mother of the World, of the universal Kali—the many arms, the many hands all functioning from one body.
Matri! Matri! Matri! <4> OM Guru.
Mother, teach thy children how to raise the banner of the Mother of the World, how to drop from the consciousness the sense of earthly clay, which prompted the Psalmist to declare one day, “In sin did my mother conceive me.” <5>
Ye were not conceived in sin by God. He gazed upon your sinless being and said, “Behold, this creation, it is very good.” <6> And he echoed these words instead of condemnation to the great, universal, beautiful graduate Jesus, [when he said:] “Thou art my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased.” <7>
All of this said the Lord and spake to the heart of the Christos. And every heart on the planetary body heard and was glad, and there was a delight that swept across the world into every country--to India, to China, to Mexico, to the great Inca empire, to the frozen north, to the regions in the heart of the earth, everywhere the name of Christ was known. And the devils feared and trembled and they sought to hide themselves from the ray that flashed forth from his heart--the spark that was intended to cleanse the body of the world of the sense of Adam’s disobedience, Adam’s limitation, Adamic manifestation, the earth, earthy, the clay, the dust, the unformed soul.
Now comes the chief cornerstone, a living, breathing reality, and he speaks and his spirit is as the wind. It is light and full of hope. And the minds and beings of men are cleansed by every word he speaks, for his words become mantrams, sacred-fire jewels dropping from the hand of God, diadems for men to wear. Sanctus! Sanctus! Sanctus! everywhere was heard. The inward temples were open. And when he gave up the ghost, the bodies of many of the saints which slept arose and went into the Holy City and appeared unto many. <8>
For our Lord is our Lord as he is your Lord. The bond of our friendship for Jesus and Saint Germain is unbelievable to embodied humanity. These two souls have rendered a cosmic service of such dimension that it ought to bring every individual upon this planetary body to his knees in gratitude for what they have done. And what they have done, other Masters, other children of the light, other avatars, other manifestations of God, bodhisattvas and others both in light and darkness have worked to serve.
I refer now when I speak of darkness to those who live within the mountains and in the secret places of God upon the earth. These [are] benign souls, beautiful hearts whose disciplines are for the manifestation of the kingdom of heaven, for the purity of the power of God, for the sacred-fire jewels, for the development of the children of men. For men at any age are but children and they need to be rocked in the arms of the Mother of the World. They need to feel the solace of her great heart.
Lady Venus Comes with a Gift
And with this thought tonight, as I bethought to prepare myself to come, to descend and to commune with you and with the planetary body and reestablish a point of electric fire to dispute the judgments of the world, I betook myself into a sense of mighty determination that the love of the Mother of the World should accompany me so that I would not come alone.
And I asked the Lady Venus to come with me, to carry the great shield of her heart with her to enfold mankind in a mantle of her love and to pray before she came to every mother of victory in the universe and to ask that a union of the hearts of all the cosmic mothers should accompany her, not as an impersonal gift but as a very personal gift.
And so the hopes of the mothers of the universe, the hidden mothers, the divine ladies of God, accompany her tonight. They accompany her with the thought of enfolding the children of men in one desperate effort, if you will permit us to say so, that somehow a spark of sanity, a spark of reality, a spark, a shining spark--a dewdrop from on high with the power to alter the very structure of the world by its sacred inherent content--would be dropped as a tear from the heart of the Mother of the World upon humanity’s heart to melt the stony heart of flesh and cause it to understand why it must for God’s sake, for man’s sake, for the children’s sake, recover the balance that has been lost.
Reach down to purify the heart. Reach down to act through beloved K-17 and his legions to expose to humanity the source of the drug infestation that seeks to destroy the youth of this land and other countries. I am directing, therefore, the secret service of our planetary body and the secret service of your planetary body to be called into action now as cosmic legions of light, to bring about the greatest exposé that has ever been done of this [drug-trafficking] activity and to alert the people of all lands to its insidious nature.
[I direct them] to create, in God’s name, the elements of sanity and universal obedience and direction that will alert humanity to the great dangers that are now involved in all of this unholy, unrighteous, impure manifestation, which will never bring a drop of hope or peace to any man.
We do this not out of anger nor out of a sense of despair. For we are God-free beings; we have no need, none whatever, to intervene from a personal level. Our activity is entirely the [result] of the calls of the hearts of embodied humanity who have asked that some intervention come about. And the Karmic Board has decreed that it shall be done.
Archangel Jophiel’s Proclamation
Some of you are aware of the fact that when one of the conferences of the Brotherhood was held in Los Angeles a long time ago (many, many months ago now), we at that time caused the Archangel Jophiel to proclaim that he would shatter the awful protective mechanism that sought to protect humanity’s desire to continually partake of tobacco.
The cigarette industry sought at that time to continually expand its greedy industry, which was affecting humanity so destructively. And Archangel Jophiel proclaimed that he would shatter it and release [the information] to the media. <9> It was done, and you have read [about] it and you have seen how the intense activity of the Archangel was able, without fail, to do what humanity alone could not do.
And so I have come as the Regent of the World this night and I have descended with God-determination to see to it that in the months ahead there will be a greater focusing of the energies of mankind upon the serious situation involving those who are intended to inherit the earth. We are also concerned with many other human problems. But as we come, we carry in our hand an edict, so that when we have done what you would call our level best and when you have done what you would call your level best and if humanity still insists on its stubborn will, the edict we carry will bring about the judgment of God upon this generation without fail. And they shall reap as they have sown.
That it is not our will is clearly intended. That it is not our will to bring about destruction is clearly revealed without fail. And we elect to do this tonight because you have had sublime blessings throughout this conference, because you have had sublime revelations, because you have had experiences in reality and because you are being trained for greater things. Because of all these marvelous manifestations and gifts of God, we are determined tonight that we will, for humanity’s sake, including your blessed selves, assist this planet with our momentum of light.
We release now unto the planetary body the full impact of this edict.

As Ernon, Rai of Suern, stopped the hosts of darkness, <10> so we say to you that we stand in the Lord’s name with drawn swords and we remind you of the story of Balaam the son of Beor who was rebuked by the dumb ass speaking with a man’s voice. <11>
We remind you that the Lord God liveth. We remind you that his reality, his purity and his brilliance are like the facets of a jewel--a sun, a star of hope, a nova, the Word (the living Word he spoke), a nova, a new star, a new hope, a new gasp for an otherwise dying world. “O my children, my children,” saith the Lord thy God, “Awaken. Awaken, before the hour is too late. Turn from the ways of evil. Embrace the great cosmic hope that lives.”
As you gaze upon the distant stars, as you gaze upon Venus, our home, know that the hymn of life is often sung there for you. Sister star, sister planet, O Terra, hear the hymn of the sun from Hesper. Hear the hymn of the sun from Hesper. Hear the hymn of the sun from Hesper!
Listen! Listen, my children. Listen as legions of angels who have come with me sing the anthem of the sun for the children of this world. Hear! Hear! Hear!

O Eloa, Eloa, Eloa, manifest thy love.
O Eloa, Eloa, Eloa, manifest thy flame.

9. Archangel Jophiel’s dictation was delivered through the Messenger Mark L. Prophet on September 9, 1963. As a result of this dictation, cigarettesmoking came under governmental scrutiny. On January 11, 1964, the Public Health Service released its report that linked cigarette smoking to cancer. This was followed by the U.S. Surgeon General Luther Terry’s official statement that smoking is hazardous to human health. Federal legislation was passed in 1965 that required all cigarette packages sold after January 1, 1966, to carry the label “Warning: The Surgeon General Has Determined That Cigarette Smoking Is Dangerous to Your Health.”
