God’s Grand Design for the Destiny of Souls
Part  1

I come with Mother Mary in this hour for the keeping of the flame of life that in this coming year there might be the reversing of the tide of abortion. Let us define ourselves, whether male or female,  as  “the mother of all life” as Mother Mary has defined herself, and let us review her words that describe her calling:

“I truly mother the flame of life and nourish that flame in all whether or not I am acknowledged by them, whether I am cursed or misunderstood. May you do likewise and recognize that to become the mother of all life, as is my calling, is also your calling. To fulfill that calling you must raise up within yourselves that lost potential that must be found again, truly the potential of the soul to magnetize and to become all that God is.” <1>

The abortion of a soul is the abortion of the potential of that soul to become God. It is the abortion of her destiny and her divine plan, and because our Father-Mother God chooses the special moment in history when each soul is to return to earth to take part in the divine plan of the decades and the centuries, it is the abortion of an assignment from God.

When we abort life in the womb, we are aborting the opportunity of a soul whose time has come to be on earth at  that precise astrological moment. The timetables of the conception and birth of every child are directed by Almighty God, the archangels and cosmic beings of light and the specific Ascend-ed Masters who are the sponsors of that soul--the Godparents, if you will. These timetables are part of God’s grand design of life.

Understanding this, you can see how wondrously you were made, how God cared for you personally, how your Father-Mother ordained your conception, your ofearthly parents, your life, your purpose, your reason for being, and then carefully oversaw your development in the womb. Thus no one is an unwanted child, for even though parents may think they don’t want to bear a child, your God-parents want you and they have ordained your birth.

Not one birth has ever taken place upon this planet that was not sanctioned by Almighty God and the Holy Spirit. No matter how hard you may try to conceive a child, unless it is the will of God and the timing of God, that child will not be conceived. The moment of conception is the moment that the Holy Spirit ordains life.

Therefore, because your Father-Mother God loved you in the beginning and has loved you through the centuries, you can be sure he will love you all the way home to your victory in his heart.

The Divine Plan of the Soul

Even before a child is conceived, the divine plan of the soul has been worked out in intricate detail. The grand design of God is so exact that at the moment of conception the genes in each tiny embryo are already suited to the specific soul who will grow and develop in that womb.

A board of spiritual overseers, called the Karmic Board, together with the Holy Christ Self of the soul determines before conception takes place when, where and under what circumstances the soul will embody. In order to give the soul the best opportunity to work out her karma, these circum-stances have been expertly tailored to the soul’s needs.

The law of karma is integral to life on earth, and karma implies reincarnation even as reincarnation implies karma. The karma that each of us carries contains positive and negative momentums--momentums we have set in motion by our free will—our actions, words, deeds, thoughts and feelings.

We also have momentums of inaction and sins of omission--not speaking out or taking action when we should but simply sitting back and being an observer of life. Our lives are the harvest of all we have ever sown, five minutes ago, yesterday and ten thousand years ago.

As God has ordained the cycles and laws of his universe, it works out that many of us do not reap in a given lifetime what we have sown in that life. We don’t know whether it will take a thousand or twelve thousand years for those actions to come full circle and demand that we make them right. But God knows and his Law is unerring, unfailing and always just.

Therefore, if we do the tasks of the day by performing  services and fulfilling our responsibilities--doing all we can to help others as well as offering our own gifts to society--we are  sowing good karma as well as balancing bad karma.

Yet in the exercise of our free will, we have ordained what must come next in our life, whether blessing or bane, according to how we have sown. As Paul wrote to the Galatians, “God is not mocked,” meaning that God’s law of karma cannot be scorned or evaded, for  “whatsoever a man soweth that shall he also reap.” <2>

Because we wind up at the conclusion of a lifetime with many debts and the desire to pay them, God in his mercy gives us the opportunity to return in a new life to make things right. This is a far better solution than the one orthodox Christianity offers by sending us to either heaven or hell, for most of us are ready for neither and desire to finish up the Lord’s business here on earth.

We, like Jesus, must be about our Father-Mother’s business, and we must fulfill our divine plan. This is the inner sense of karma--and beyond karma to dharma--the fiery destiny of the soul, the desire to fulfill our reason for being.

Parents Agree at Inner Levels to Receive the Incoming Soul

Before conception, all parents, whether they are aware of it or not in their outer consciousness, have agreed at inner levels to receive the incoming soul. If in some cases they have not agreed, they have understood at inner levels that it is their karma to do so. Sometimes parents do not agree to sponsor the child because they are unwilling to submit to the law of God. Often this is because our teachers, pastors, ministers and rabbis lack the great knowledge of these cycles of life and do not teach that if parents refuse the calling to bear life now, they will, in a sense, be aborting their life plan and its cycles. By resisting that assignment, they place themselves in a more difficult karma-making circumstance, because sometime, somewhere, they will yet have to bear that child. And it is very difficult to return to the place where the same two individuals are together once again and the same soul will be available and blessed by God to take embodiment through them.

A Visit with My Neighbor

I remember many years ago visiting my next-door neighbor. We had grown up together and known each other all our lives. She was married, and she and her husband had had four boys. They were doing very well financially, and her husband was in the process of deciding whether or not to be sterilized.

In their auras, I saw a beautiful child, a girl, who was to be born through them. As I talked with them, I suggested very strongly that if they would have just one more child, it would be a girl who would complete their family. But they were adamant and were not to be convinced. Interestingly enough, they both came from very large families.

The husband decided to be sterilized, and the couple did not bring forth the child. So, as I looked at this beautiful little girl who was still in their auras some months later, I realized that she would not be born to them in their present life. And I saw the lines of their karma solidifying whereby the couple would have to reincarnate again in order to give birth to that child.

Thus, within certain guidelines of planning and birth control methods, it is wise to respect the opportunity that God gives us to bear children and to rejoice in the possibility of giving life to those from whom sometime, somewhere, we may have taken life. This is the great joy and purpose of marriage: to bring forth children who can carry out their mission, even as we are able, through them, to fulfill our mission.

Every Child Has a Divine Plan

Children, of course, do not always represent karmic debts that we are paying off but it is often the case. Sometimes parents who have already had children and have balanced the karma that they needed to balance through childbearing may be chosen by God to bring forth children with whom they have no negative karma. And these may be highly gifted children, who, by bringing their past attainment back with them, may make a great contribution to society.

God has shown me that every child conceived has a divine plan and a divine design--even if some in our society claim that the child is unwanted or handicapped and should therefore not be born into this world.

The renowned pediatric surgeon and former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. C. Everett Koop, says, “It has been my constant experience that disability and unhappiness do not necessarily go together. Some of the most unhappy children whom I have known have all of their physical and mental faculties, and on the other hand some of the happiest youngsters have borne burdens which I myself would find very difficult to bear.”

Who are we to say that a life is not worthwhile?  Only the soul herself can say. Helen Keller proved that life is worth living and fighting for. How can we ever forget the remark-able determination and daring of this deaf, dumb and blind girl who overcame the utter darkness of her childhood to become an exceptional author, educator and lecturer?

People who are born into abject poverty and the worst of circumstances often rise to become great leaders and shapers of the destinies of nations. Look at Abraham Lincoln--born to uneducated parents and raised in a log cabin in the backwoods of Kentucky. Frederick Douglas, the famous abolitionist leader, was born and raised as an African-American slave.

And did you know that the American inventor and technological genius Thomas Edison attended school for only three months of his life and was expelled by his schoolmaster as retarded? An intangible “something” exists that is higher than the body and higher than circumstance; it is the drive of the soul and the spirit that gives character and impetus to an individual.

We also have to remember that many people have serious karmas, for they may have committed violent crimes in the past. Such individuals are required by karmic law to embody in circumstances that are less than ideal, because the purpose of karma is never to punish but to help us learn from our past mistakes.

The only way we learn from past mistakes is to be in a similar circumstance where what is now done to us is what we  previously did to life. The hard knocks of life are sometimes what our souls need, for the family and environment we are born into and the friends, foes and challenges we meet along life’s way are all a part of the wondrous and intricate blueprint from the Mind of God.

Glimpses into the Spiritual Life of the Unborn

In the fascinating work of Dr. Helen Wambach, we find confirmation of these truths. Her studies have given us a glimpse into the spiritual life of the unborn child and the con-tinuity of the soul.

Dr. Wambach was a clinical psychologist and regression therapy expert who pioneered past-life and pre-natal research. She once said of her work:  “Ninety-five percent of my subjects responded with past-life recall.” <3>

In one study Dr. Wambach asked 750 people under hypnosis questions about life before birth. In her book Life before Life, she analyzes their answers and they reveal the awareness and sensitivity of the soul before birth as well as the soul’s sense of the timetable of its mission. (Although I believe hypnosis can be dangerous under certain circumstances and I do not recom-mend it as a tool in psychology, Dr. Wambach’s findings are extremely interesting and well worthy of study.)

For example, many of her subjects knew they were born in the twentieth century for a specific reason. Of those who  answered yes to the question of whether or not they chose the twentieth century to live their coming lifetime, the majority said they chose this time period “because of its great potential for spiritual growth.” <4>

Thirty percent of her subjects knew they had to live at this time so that they could be with certain people. Some stated that their purpose in this lifetime “was to be with one or several other people they had known in past lives in order to work out their relationships.” <5>  Others said they had come to fulfill a certain mission.

The Soul  Knows Her Life Plan

Dr. Wambach observed that “the largest group of the sample said that the purpose of this lifetime was to grow spiritually and to teach others.” One of her subjects remarked: “Before my birth there was a conference and I had a feeling of deep love from one of my advisers. He talked of my learning to reach my life plan. When you asked about purpose, all I felt was a strong feeling of a plan.”

Many of her subjects agreed that “others helped them in the process of choosing another lifetime.” <6> Of those who reported counselors before birth, 59 percent mentioned more than one counselor.

We, of course, do have spiritual counselors who groom us for our soul’s encounter with the challenge of our karma in our next life. Before coming into embodiment, each soul passes before the Karmic Board to receive her assignments for that life. These assignments are specific to each soul and are carryovers from previous lives. Between embodiments and while in the womb, the soul is busy preparing for these challenges.

On what is called the etheric plane, she is tutored at the soul level by spiritual beings, for the etheric plane is peopled by ascended masters, angels and great beings of light. This plane of being is as real and concrete as the physical plane but is experienced through the senses of the soul in a dimension and consciousness beyond physical awareness.

When souls of light are released from their bodies between embodiments, they reside in this dimension of being where they are schooled in the retreats and universities of the Ascended Masters. While your physical body is in the sleep state, you have the opportunity to travel in your finer bodies to the etheric plane to receive nightly lessons from your elder brothers and sisters, the Ascended Masters.

You may not necessarily remember these experiences during your waking hours but they are real nonetheless. Some people have glimpses of their experiences at inner levels through their soul memory or their dreams, as the door to realms of Light--our real and eternal home--opens just a crack.

Proofs of the Soul’s Sensitivity in the Womb

Following up on her interest in the sensitivity of the child in the womb, Dr. Wambach reported that 86 percent of her subjects “became aware of the feelings, emotions and even thoughts of their mother before they were born.” <7>They were aware not only of their mother’s feelings but also of their interactions with their father. They could sense their mother’s many different emotions, from fear and anger to peace and well-being.

I myself recalled a previous life in which I remembered my experiences in the womb. I was being carried by a very overbearing mother, who happened to be of a royal house of Europe. She totally dominated my father and did not give him his rightful place at court. Because of the way she treated my father while I was an observer in her womb, I grew to have contempt for her.

It was an amazing experience to recall this, for I could clearly see how  my attitude toward my parents in that life had been formed by this early awareness. There is no question that the child in the womb knows his mother, hears every word she says and can be comforted or frightened by what he hears and senses.

I was reminded of this in a tragic way when a woman once came to my office for counseling. She said that one day during her pregnancy she had become angry with her husband and had allowed herself to fly into an intense and prolonged rage. The following day she had a miscarriage and knew deep within her soul that the miscarriage had been caused by her rage of the previous day. Either the child had elected not to be born through her or her anger was so intense that it actually killed the unborn baby.

Souls Know Their Adoptive Parents

One of the most interesting conclusions of Dr. Wambach’s research is that some of her subjects who were adopted children said they knew before they were born that they were going to be adopted.

Dr. Wambach writes: “Some of them knew before they were born of the relationship they would have with the adoptive parents, and felt that they would not be able to come to them as their own genetic child but chose the method of adoption as a way to reach their parents.” Wambach ‘s research led her to conclude that “chance and accident apparently played no part in the  adoption .” <8>

This puts a new light on the point of view of many people today who say, “if you are pregnant and don’t want to keep your child, you might as well abort it.” Your karma may necessitate that you bear a certain child so that he can get to his rightful parents who are unable to have children.

Thus we need to counsel young unmarried men and women who may not want to carry their child to term and encourage them to do so. And we must teach them how to love their babies in the womb and understand the rich life of the soul that unfolds there.

They could choose then to give up their child for adoption, for in this way it can be in its rightful karmic place and pursue its divine plan and the parents will make good karma by de-ciding to bear that child rather than negative karma by abort-ing it.

All of us have a “date” with our karma. If we miss that date, then we miss our opportunity to pay off old debts we owe certain people; and if we miss our cycle of opportunity, we may not get it again for a long, long time.

Over 36 Million Children Aborted
in America Since 1973

Since the 1973 United States Supreme Court decision of Roe v. Wade legalizing abortion, over 36 million children have been aborted in the United States. These “missing persons” will not take their place as adults in the world scheme in the final years of the twentieth century,  nor will their children be in place for the new millennium.

When we add to that the billion to a billion and a half children aborted worldwide since 1973, the absence of these lifestreams in embodiment in this hour has compromised the divine plan for earth. The consequences of this are serious for all of us: over one billion individuals are unable to contribute what God intended them to contribute to life on earth, starting in the decades of the seventies and continuing on through the eighties and nineties.

They did not grow up and marry and give life to other souls who were intended to learn from them and to be sponsored by them as their parents and teachers. For God does not only think of you when you are born, he is already thinking when you are yet in the womb of whose great-great-grandmother and great-great-grandfather you’re going to be.

The plan of the Mind of God is vast--a cosmic computer that none of us can even begin to comprehend. By playing God in aborting life, we are interfering with the evolutionary chain of life begetting life--life depending on life, helpless life depending upon those who are strong.

And although we are concerned about the ecology of the planet, we should also be concerned about the ecology of souls on the planet. Souls who are meant to live together, evolve together and experience life together have a certain chemistry and a collective unconscious,  and they respond together to the forward movements of their time.

Furthermore, the whole human race has a gene pool, and those genes are carefully calculated by God to be available for the incarnation of specific souls who have a specific mission--special souls like you and me and all who inhabit planet earth today. We are all special in the eyes of our Father-Mother God!

Souls Need to Be in Embodiment Now

What some call the population explosion of the twentieth century was, in fact, ordained by God and sponsored for karmic reasons by our teachers of the Aquarian age, Saint Germain and his twin flame, Portia.

Billions of souls need to be in embodiment together as we move from the Piscean age to the age of Aquarius. For we are reaping the karma not only of the Piscean age but also of the twelve previous ages—amounting to a total of 25,800 years. Twenty-five thousand eight hundred years is the time it takes for the earth to make one complete backward rotation around its polar axis, taking approximately 2,150 years to go through 30 degrees of the zodiac, or one astrological sign. Astrologically it represents the time it takes the earth to rotate slowly backwards around the polar axis, allowing the spring equinoxes to recede through the signs of the zodiac. Since the earth rotates, or precesses, backwards, the order of the ages is also backwards through the zodiac.

Souls who should be accelerating in the winds of Aquarius and the violet flame of the Holy Spirit and who should be ushering in the Aquarian age are simply not here. Neither are those who should be in leadership roles in education and in the war on crime and drugs. They are waiting in the wings when they should be star players on the stage of life. They are not where they are supposed to be:  leading America to the pinnacle of a golden age in the  twenty-first century.

We should all be on our knees before Almighty God offering prayers of sacrifice as penance for the sins of the many. We must call upon the Lord to give us the opportunity to bring in souls who are key to the turning of worlds and to our civilization’s fulfillment of its reason for being.
