Give Me Three Years

Most gracious ladies and gentlemen, I welcome you to my heart. I AM your Knight Commander, Saint Germain, and I AM with you unto the victory!

[20-second standing ovation. Congregation gives the salutation:]

Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain! Hail, Saint Germain!

On behalf of Portia and me, won’t you be seated.

We look upon this era as bearing ultimate opportunity for many who have needed a great cause to espouse– a determination to exorcise evil from the planetary home. This is an era when many will rise to the level of their Christhood, will commune with their I AM Presence and will move in the earth almost--almost, I say--as unascended masters.

So you see, beloved, the darkness anticipates the light, and the light is the great magnet that brings you soaring to the center of the sun of Helios and Vesta.

Truly, the magnet of Elohim, who created this universe, is with us, beloved. Truly, all those who are able to make a difference in the ascended and unascended hierarchies of the planet are joining together, bonded, yes, bonded in a great mandala of light.

Keep the Flame of Life

You have not come by happenstance. You have come led by angels and trailing their clouds of glory. Never mind that you must now polish the self, polish the soul and bring these again to the beauty and awareness in the Great Central Sun that there is no time and space, that your evolution is moving Sunward every day.

As you give your “Violet Fire and Tube of Light Decree,” see the power of that tube of light originating in the heart of Helios and Vesta. The tube of light is invincible. Reinforce it after you have been for a while midst many people and in the commercial world. Withdraw for a few minutes. Reestablish the fire! Ignite the nations!

Blessed ones, singular saints who walked alone, whether in Russia, whether in the Far East, they had perhaps one or three or five or ten disciples, and that is all, in an entire lifetime--yes, these saints took on the great ones who are now ascended. And these saints of the East now walk among you also as Ascended Masters.

I point out to you that it is not numbers nor is it rote repetition of decrees that we seek but the singular towering figures who you are, who move midst your cities and nations. And the very aura and mantle of your Presence sweeps up into the Light those who are of the Light.

And through your mantle and your heart, little children and those of hoary head are able to increase and intensify their light and move on. And lo, the next time you see them in an out-of-body experience, you note that they are angels in heaven now, wearing their robes of white and sitting at the feet of the Lord Jesus Christ.

So, beloved, this is the part you can play. This is what you must do. Keep the flame of Life! Keep the flame of Life on behalf of babes in the womb who have been aborted. Keep the flame for them and call that they might have another opportunity. For my beloved Portia does extend to all aborted souls her flame and gift of opportunity.

Opportunity and Justice move hand in hand. For Divine Justice brings down the judgment, and Opportunity opens the door, opens the door! opens the door! that the lightbearers might step through.

You Do Count!

If you have a disease, it is only one. It is the disease of self-condemnation, the disease that says you must be perfect before you can do anything, count for anything, bring about change, and so forth.

I AM Saint Germain. My beloved Portia is with me. And reinforcing your ranks this evening are many, many violet-flame angels who come with Omri-Tas, Ruler of the Violet Planet, to this conference.

Blessed ones, I charge you to don your angel garments. I charge you to see yourselves as angels or as sons and daughters of God. I charge you, as the Messenger has told you, not to allow any condemnation upon you that would make you think, because you have this foible, this idiosyncrasy, this problem, that you simply don’t count in the annals of the Great White Brotherhood. Well, I tell you, you do count!

You count, beloved. We understand that there are chinks in everyone’s armour. But the fact is that you stand for the Light. You still stand. You save your money. You make your journeys to our events. You come. You give the calls! You are in earnest! And your auras press the auras of those who have wondered for centuries: “Where are the leaders? Where are the souls of light? Where are the hearts of fire?”

Well, I will tell you, beloved. They are a part of the Mother. They are a part of the Guru Mother who is with you. They are a part of this vast body of God, returned from Lemuria, returned from Atlantis, returned from past ages. For you have followed the path of the Mother unto this hour. Now unfold your heart as a heart of mothering, nurturing.

All of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas who have been in male bodies have embodied the Divine Mother. Therefore all of my sons here may embody the Divine Mother, may understand who and what is the Guru Mother, why she is here and what she is doing for the individual chela and the chelas of the whole planet.

Well, those who know and those who see, beloved, surely understand. You have understood. You have wept with me in sorrow. You have rejoiced with me in triumph.

We Declare Our Independence from the Fallen Ones!

Now, this day, we declare our independence from the fallen angels! For this is the meaning of the Declaration of Independence. Yes, this Independence Day each year we declare our independence from all fallen ones! We wage war against them, and we call for them to be bound and removed from the earth.

This is why we celebrate the Fourth of July, beloved. This is our cause! This is our victory! This is our mandate!

Overturn the Prophecy for July 1999

Now let’s get back to that devil who says, “Wait till they try to organize.” <1> I ask you to organize before you leave the Inner Retreat this summer. I ask you to plot three and a half years on the calendar. I ask you to determine--with the Messenger, with the ministers and with all of you who have understood this Path-- where we must be when we come to the date of July 1999. How do we get there? How do we overturn this prophecy? <2>

There is no one who would rather see this prophecy overturned than Nostradamus himself, beloved. When he put forth that prophecy, he was overshadowed by angels who would also come in your time. And these angels said to him, “This is the date that God requires to be written that those who come after might understand that there are dates and that they must meet the requirements of those dates.”

Thus, as you go forth from this conference, beloved, plan your life and time well. For these days and hours will count, beloved. I am certain that you do not want a partial victory at any time, that you want the whole victory!

Is it not true? [Congregation responds: “Yes!”]

So do I, beloved. I do not want to see something in between. I want to see that prophesied golden age. I want to see the coming of the seventh root race! I want to see you robed in garments of glory, having moved through the earth and fought that good fight and won within your soul, your conscience, the very frequency of your hearts.

So, beloved, in order to have this victory, you must form committees. You must determine what aspects you will work on of the subjects that have been brought forward in the lectures as well as in all of our dictations. You must determine who will do what in your Teaching Centers, in your nations.

Christed Ones Will Turn Their Cities Around

How will you go about turning your cities around?

As I have said before, beloved, those who turn their cities around will be the Christed ones, those anointed by God and by the Ascended Masters, who have placed the emphasis of their lives on fitting themselves to be Christs in this life (while in this organization) and in their past lives. They have fitted themselves to be Christs so that when God would need them they should be ready, they should be fierce in their service with the legions of light, they should be prepared.

Therefore, I say, hasten. Hasten to the secret chamber of your heart. Hasten to the altar you have erected in your homes. Kneel there and call and call and call to Jesus Christ until he must answer you, as in the parable of the unjust judge who dealt with the woman because she continually pressed him for an answer. <3>

Blessed ones, therefore the very first order is to develop your Christhood.

How do you do it?

First of all, beloved, surrender unto your Mighty I AM Presence. Surrender unto your Holy Christ Self. Do not keep a thing unto yourself, for this is the way of the pilgrim who becomes the Christ.

Selflessness is the path, beloved. When you are selfish, nothing goes right. You are always out of sync, never doing what you should be doing but always doing something else to fan the ego. This does not work.

Service, beloved, is a swift means of balancing karma. And even more swift can be the violet flame. Yet, beloved, we know that service is the great means of balancing karma. Nevertheless, the flames of the violet flame will lick, move up and down your bodies, consume old substances, even incipient stages of disease.

Blessed ones, moving, then, in these four points of the ruby-ray cross of sacrifice, surrender, selflessness and service, you will come to understand the humility of Christhood that brings you to the tremendous empowerment of Christhood. Thus, we seek for you empowerment under the Trinity of Father, Son and Holy Spirit and the Divine Mother.

Seek that empowerment swiftly. Strip yourself daily of pride. As Eastern monks, as Buddhists, observe the thoughts of the mind, the actions. Be a self-observer. Consume that which ought not to be.

Reach for Your Christhood

Christhood is nigh, but you must put your whole heart into it. You must want it as all the solitary climbers have wanted it. Christhood is the key. Reach for it as though you were in training to be in the Olympics. But these are the spiritual Olympics, beloved! These are the Olympics that carry your soul to the bonding with your Holy Christ Self.

Yes, become the mystics! You have been the mystics of all ages. Return to that place.

Some of you have entered in to this materialistic civilization, and it has cost you. For you have been driven this way and that way, looking to outer things, forgetting that you once knew and tended the flame on the altar of the heart, that billowing fire that came from the Lord Sanat Kumara.

Yes, beloved, know this. You can do much just as you are. For when you decree, you decree in the name of your Holy Christ Self. And that Holy Christ Self, therefore, is standing for you and multiplying your calls. You decree in the name of your Mighty I AM Presence. And so, again, there is the multiplication of your calls and your Christhood. See this, beloved!

You are connected to glory upon glory upon glory upon glory back to the Great Central Sun, from whence you have descended. Therefore, continue that mighty work of the ages. Continue it, beloved!

I shall speak to you again, but I commend you now to the great Ruler of the Violet Planet, Omri-Tas!

Violet Fire and Tube of Light Decree
by the Ascended Master Saint Germain

O my constant, loving I AM Presence, thou Light of God above me whose radiance forms a circle of fire before me to light my way:

I AM faithfully calling to thee to place a great pillar of Light from my own Mighty I AM God Presence all around me right now today! Keep it intact through every passing moment, manifesting as a shimmering shower of God’s beautiful Light through which nothing human can ever pass. Into this beautiful electric circle of divinely charged energy direct a swift upsurge of the violet fire of Freedom’s forgiving, transmuting flame!

Cause the ever expanding energy of this flame projected downward into the forcefield of my human energies to completely change every negative condition into the positive polarity of my own Great God Self! Let the magic of its mercy so purify my world with Light that all whom I contact shall always be blessed with the fragrance of violets from God’s own heart in memory of the blessed dawning day when all discord--cause, effect, record, and memory--is forever changed into the Victory of Light and the peace of the ascended Jesus Christ.

I AM now constantly accepting the full power and manifestation of this fiat of Light and calling it into instantaneous action by my own God-given free will and the power to accelerate without limit this sacred release of assistance from God’s own heart until all men are ascended and God-free in the Light that never, never, never fails!

“The Summit Lighthouse Sheds Its Radiance o’er All the World to Manifest as Pearls of Wisdom.”

The five-day conference A World Convocation of Spiritual Seekers was held June 27 through July 7, 1996, at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, on Thursday, July 4, 1996.

1. This refers to a joke Mark Prophet used to tell about a conversation between God and the devil. God showed the devil the wonderful people on earth and spoke of the great things they would do. The devil was not impressed. He said to God, “Just wait till they try to get organized.”

2. Before the dictation, the Messenger delivered her lecture “On the Edge: Meeting the Challenge of World Karma on the Cusp of the Twenty-first Century.” She gave teachings on the July 1999 prediction of Nostradumus, sixteenth-century French seer. Nostradamus made hundreds, perhaps thousands, of predictions. He predicted the rise of Hitler and the fall of the French monarchy. He wrote about the airplane and submarine before they were invented. But in all his writings he mentioned only one date: July 1999. Nostradumus predicted that in July 1999 there would appear in the sky what he called the “great King of Terror.” Nostradamus wrote his predictions in four-line poems called quatrains. This quatrain reads:

The year 1999, seventh month,
From the sky will come a great King of Terror:
To bring back to life the great King of the Mongols,
Before and after Mars to reign by good luck.

Nostradamus’ quatrains are almost impossible to decipher until the event that they predict is about to take place.

3. Jesus told his disciples the parable of the unjust judge (Luke 18:1-8) to show that they must keep praying until they receive an answer.
