Three-Year Dispensation of Violet Flame
Ho! I AM Archangel Zadkiel! And my legions of light are in the earth. For the earth is the place where the chelas dwell, and we will remain with our chelas! [27-second standing ovation]
The Aquarian age is upon us. And we, the legions of the Seventh Ray, have called forth cosmic reinforcements from Omri-Tas of the Violet Planet. And, beloved, he has sent those reinforcements this day in celebration of Jesus Christ’s victory. [18-second standing ovation]
This dispensation is nothing less than colossal. And what it means to the world, beloved, and to the incoming seventh root race cannot even be measured. <1> [14-second standing ovation]
Now, beloved, take your seats that you might know what this dispensation can mean for you. It does mean that there is a new multiplication factor by the power of the Violet Planet itself, by the power of the legions who saved that planet by invoking the violet flame. <2>
Those legions are on their way. Many have arrived. And what shall become of this, beloved? You shall have greater access to the violet flame, and your calls to the violet flame shall be multiplied by the tremendous power of the legions of the Violet Planet and of Omri-Tas. This, then, is the spark of hope at the beginning of Aquarius. And I tell you, beloved, Saint Germain stands at my side on this platform in ultimate gratitude for such a stupendous dispensation. [30-second standing ovation]
Play Your Part and Win Your Ascension
Now, in the name of Saint Germain, I would tell you how you can play your part, play it ultimately, and be almost guaranteed your ascension in the Light. [5-second applause]
Because of the multiplication of the violet flame, beloved, if you choose to invoke that flame daily without reserve, you will know such an accelerated transmutation of your karma that you will hardly be able to conceive of the change in your forcefield, the change in your four lower bodies and the balancing of your chakras. This is an acceleration, beloved.
And where does Saint Germain have to go? He has to go to his chelas, to those who will spread the word of the violet flame, who will demonstrate it by living it, who will balance their karma and show the perpetual joy of Jesus Christ that he desires them to have every moment of the day and of the night.
So, beloved, if each one upon earth who knows of the violet flame will contact one another and those two will contact four, and so forth, we can see a geometry that will expand and even establish a grid over the entire planet. For all who are tied to Saint Germain and to the violet flame will have that interconnecting glory, that glory of the Seventh Ray.
Bring in the Seventh Root Race through the Violet Flame
And what a boon this is to Saint Germain, who does see (as you see) what a desperate need there is in the economies of the nations of South America and the burden of the poor and the burden of those who have not the wherewithal to solve the problems of their societies.
This violet flame--as you invoke it, as you take it back to South America again and again, as you determine to be trained to go two-by-two around the world--this violet flame, beloved, is able, by your invocation, to bring in the seventh root race at the timetable that has been decreed by Saint Germain. And it was thought until this very day that that timetable might have to be postponed simply because not enough people would be invoking the violet flame.
Beloved ones, Saint Germain is so beloved by the entire hierarchy of this cosmos that they have given to him of their Causal Bodies to ensure the birth of the children of the seventh root race, the elevation of South America and, hopefully, a golden age of Aquarius for the world. Seize Omri-Tas’ Dispensation
I, Zadkiel, and Holy Amethyst with me and all legions of the violet flame come therefore to speak to you about the multiplication of your decrees and your service.
Dispensations have been given down through the years through this Messenger and Mark Prophet. Some have been lost in the files. Others have come to light and you have seized upon those and used them effectively. This one thing I must tell you, beloved, that it is not in order, neither of the order of God nor the order of man, to betray such a commitment as one such as Omri-Tas has made.
Do you see, beloved?
Saint Germain and I and all hierarchs of the violet flame, including the priesthood of the Order of Melchizedek and all legions of the Seventh Ray, understand that so great a dispensation must absolutely have the response of those who are in embodiment who have benefited by the violet flame. And if you do not know that you have benefited, beloved, then I suggest that you enter violet-flame marathons to see layers and layers of past history of Atlantis, Lemuria and other civilizations peel away.
Blessed ones, to have self-worth, you must also esteem the worth of the violet flame and its dispensation. You know that Saint Germain has paid the price again and again for violet-flame dispensations.
Now in this hour, beloved, it is truly meet that all of you and all souls, even those in the etheric octave who have been a part of the I AM movement and have not yet reembodied or who are in the process of making their ascensions--all evolutions tied to this planet who know of the violet flame and the violet-flame decrees shall invoke that violet flame.
Thus those who are on earth may pay daily the price so that Saint Germain will not have to pay it, so that we will not have to hang our heads before Omri-Tas and the legions of the Violet Planet, who have been mightily generous and magnanimous this day toward your beloved Saint Germain.
Do you see, beloved?
There does come a time in hierarchy when if those upon earth do not respond, then we the angels, we the Ascended Masters must go before courts of the sacred fire and hang our heads in shame for those upon earth who have not appreciated our giving of our Causal Bodies that earth might be saved from a dark age.
Bring Knowledge of the Violet Flame to Every Nation
And so, beloved, realize that all legions of the Seventh Ray are now leaders for the 2,150-year cycle at hand. We lead the way, beloved, and you have been prepared for that way. For Saint Germain already, 500 years ago, came forth with the discovery of this hemisphere.
Yes, beloved, from north to south, from the North Pole to the South Pole, there is a wall of fire. And it is intensified, for the most part, in the United States. But because of the great magnanimous hearts of the chelas in South America, that dispensation for the United States may be also given to those in South America.
Yet we tell you, the educational standards must be raised both in the United States and in the countries of South America. The stakes are high, beloved. Take the children wherever they are--whether they are in the streets or whether they are in homes of wealth--take them and let them rise in the consciousness of God. Let them learn from their teachers and their Holy Christ Self. Let them have the most modern methods so that their minds may already be contacting the Mind of God.
And what of the members of the seventh root race? Shall they truly come in our time? Well, beloved, your use of the violet flame and its multiplication will make the difference.
And I tell you, beloved, you have seen from the heart of Saint Germain his sponsorship of the Messenger in South America and the team that went there. <3> Beloved ones, you have seen how the Messenger has seen the Master almost physically, tangibly walking down the aisle in those halls, standing up on the platform, placing his Presence over the Messenger and delivering to those people in such a way that it could almost be said the Master had merged with his chela and both were physical.
Blessed ones, can you imagine such an event as this and that you would see it in your lifetime? [15-second applause]
Now then, we do need teams. We need those who will dedicate their lives to bringing the knowledge of the violet flame to every nation. For the whole world must enter the golden age of Aquarius, and not only a segment.
Blessed ones, do you realize how much black magic is practiced in South America today, how various tribes and individuals rely on various techniques in order to maintain themselves and defend themselves against the evil spirits that may be a part of their neighbor’s entourage of evil spirits? This is one of the most evil manifestations, and it was brought into the world thousands upon thousands of years ago, all the way back to Lemuria.
The Power of the Holy Spirit Performs Miracles
You know what the power of the Holy Spirit can do, for you have the living Truth and you have experienced the miracles of God. You know, beloved, for that Holy Spirit is woven through the texts of your scriptures from Genesis to Revelation. As Jesus said, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted,” to preach to the captives of the nations words of the ancient prophets who knew that Holy Spirit. <4>
Understand, beloved, that there is the need to challenge the false hierarchies in South America. The Messenger and you are up to this. You have all the necessary calls, but they must be made daily. For many are entrapped by these forces. Many are seduced by them. There is a perversion of the sexual force in black magic also.
Blessed ones, an age of enlightenment must be free of this, and its people must be part of the known God--not the unknown God of whom Paul preached, but the known God. <5> And therefore, do not ignorantly worship but understand that the living God is your Mighty I AM Presence, and fear not.
Timetables Are Short
Blessed ones, I could tell you the steps of the Messenger from early childhood to the present time. But this one thing I would tell you: the Messenger has ever been fearless before the foes of darkness, fearless before Satan and Lucifer and Beelzebub and other fallen ones. There has never been a single doubt in the mind of the Messenger that God would lead her, God would deliver her and God would destroy the Antichrist.
Now, when you have that faith, that conviction, and you purge yourself of doubt and fear, you will walk into hell, if necessary, and you will know that the Archangels will be at your side. I say, claim that faith! For the Messenger desires to give you her faith this day. [25-second standing ovation]
Beloved ones, there is a swift moving of the tide of events and the tides that are in other octaves. There is the sweep of the momentum of light that goes round the earth as a comet, and there is a sweep of a momentum of darkness that is the darkness of the karma of the planet. Understand that the timetables are short. They are very short, beloved. Therefore, make the most of this period.
I ask you to do the following unflinchingly, and that is to rise early, to put on your armour with Archangel Michael, to invoke the violet flame, and to do it with intensity. I ask you to do this for three years, in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, supported by the Divine Mother Omega. I ask you to commit three years of dedication whereby your violet flame will consume the dark wave of karma that is being unleashed in the world.
You have not seen the darkness as we see it coming. You can part the wave of darkness if you will. Or you can forget about your ever having heard this dictation and go your jolly way.
But I tell you, beloved, if you will stand steadfast with Saint Germain—and I speak on his behalf, beloved, as his spokesman in this hour—if you will give him three years of intense work with violet flame, protection for your nations and ruby-ray exorcisms and purgings of these foul spirits that dwell in the earth, then we will show you how we can change an age that is moving into darkness and greater darkness into an age of a dawning light that faintly appears on the horizon.
And as you decree in the morning and the sun comes up and you achieve oneness with Helios and Vesta and you enter the heart of Alpha and Omega, I say, you can be the people that will turn the tide.
There is very little time, beloved. And if you read and read well the signs of the times and consider them, you must be aware that there is very little hope for positive civilization and almost no hope for a golden age without your personal intercession.
I make my plea to you. Hear us, beloved! If you can draw into the fold many who will decree daily and if that great upsweep of joy of Saint Germain’s presence in South America and the conviction of the hearts of the people can stay with them that they are not carried this way and that way by other gods and so forth, you will see that revolution. You will see that golden age. And you will be a part of it.
Today Is the Turning Point
This is the turning point. And the Messenger has long known that the date of today and of this year is the turning point.
This day, beloved, I ask you to decide whether you will claim the victory for Saint Germain by extraordinary service or simply forget about this message and go your way.
You remember, beloved, those who fought in the American Revolution, those who fought and won against all odds--Thermopylae, battles across the globe--always won by the few. And, yes, the seraphim took incarnation to see to it that this globe should not be lost in the age of Pisces and then there would be no age of Aquarius at all.
So, my beloved, ere you leave this court, write a letter to Saint Germain, make a copy of it, read it daily, and let it state what you are committed to in these three years to come.
Then, beloved, you may be the ones—and you can be the ones because you have the knowledge, the determination and the fire—you can be the very ones of whom it will be said: “They stood fast. They saw the darkness coming. They parted the darkness with their swords! They parted the darkness with their swords! They parted the darkness with their swords! And all mankind stepped through that window of the brilliance of the Central Sun peeping through.”
Unto you is the opportunity to shine and be those victors.
In the name of Saint Germain, I send fire upon the earth-- violet fire! And I send it to each one gathered here and in the cities throughout the world.
May the world become one, the world of Keepers of the Flame of Saint Germain.

The dictation by Archangel Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, on Saturday, April 6, 1996.
2. The Violet Planet is a golden-age planet at the etheric level whose evolutions have served and invoked the violet flame for aeons. Omri-Tas, a Cosmic Being, is the Ruler of the Violet Planet. His aura carries such an intensity of violet flame that it exceeds the size of planet earth. The Violet Planet’s millions of inhabitants also include 144,000 priests and priestesses of the sacred fire. On the Violet Planet, violet-flame angels and violet-flame elementals perform menial chores and tasks, which allows the citizens time to pursue the path of adeptship and to serve other planetary homes, including earth. The Violet Planet once approached a similar crisis as the people of earth face today. But the servants of God were galvanized by the call of the representative of the Divine Mother and, through invoking the violet flame, they saved their planet and brought in a golden age.
