Part 3
When you give your violet-flame decrees for fifteen minutes, an hour, three hours or more, a tangible lightness descends upon the earth, and it remains as long as you sustain the violet flame in harmony in your chakras. And that lightness is multiplied by the number of people in the earth who are giving their violet-flame decrees simultaneously with your own in support of me and my mission to free planet earth.
So I would point out that sometimes there is a waxing of your decrees and sometimes there is a waning of your decrees. Beware, then, of the dark forces, who will always take advantage of your slackened pace by moving in to further decelerate your decree momentum. On the other hand, the angels will take advantage of your heightened pace by moving in to accelerate your decree momentum.
Omri-Tas and Saint Germain’s Violet-Flame Vigils
Open the Door of Opportunity for Millions of Advanced Souls
On the third day of the month, Omri-Tas and I gather together with Elohim, Archangels, legions of the Seventh Ray and Sons and Daughters of God (ascended and unascended) who serve the evolutions of planet earth and of the Violet Planet. We gather both on earth and on the Violet Planet in celebration of Omri-Tas and Saint Germain’s Day. And for forty-eight hours, my beloved Keepers of the Flame sustain a perpetual prayer vigil to the violet flame.
These vigils count tremendously toward the forward movement of the age, individual by individual. They open the door of opportunity for millions of advanced souls to be liberated from certain elements of their karma. Thus, through your violet-flame marathons, their eyes can be opened to the reality of the Ascended Masters, the Path and the option of attaining their ascension–their union with God–in this life.
Though these souls do have karma, they are not a liability to hierarchy. On the contrary, they just need a spiritual boost, a violet-flame boost! And that is exactly what they get when you dedicate your violet-flame marathons to Omri-Tas and me.
It is our goal and the goal of all who serve on the Seventh Ray to apply your decrees to help the most worthy lifestreams on earth who are already espousing our cause (though they may not consciously know it) and who are improving the quality of both spiritual and social conditions in their areas of the world.
Thanks to your love of the violet flame and your love of all souls who seek this path but need your help to find it, many will enter the precincts of the Great White Brotherhood.
Therefore, Omri-Tas and I call for the widening of the apertures of the minds and the hearts of these souls, who need your sponsorship before they may be ushered into the Royal Teton Retreat. We say, let their eyes be opened through your violet-flame decrees that they may walk the spiritual highways of our God and win their victory, even in your day!

Yes, Keepers of the Flame, you can do this through a telephone patch connected to King Arthur’s Court at the Royal Teton Ranch in Montana. Telephone patches are available during Friday and Saturday night services, the Columbus Day Weekend Retreat, the New Year’s Class, the Easter Conference and special holy days. <2>Many centers have recently tied into the patch for conferences and special events.
Once you have invested in the equipment and then experienced the joy of decreeing with the Messenger at the high altar–as though you were at her side, blending your voice with her own–you, too, will exclaim with her:
“There is no time and space! We are one! Yes, we are everywhere in the consciousness of God–together, as we have never before felt such togetherness!”
Yes, time and space, so-called, will never stand between us again. For, in reality, there is no time and space! You are kindred souls and you have always been kindred souls, but now you will know it “patch to patch.”
And by listening via the phone patch to the Messenger’s instruction on the scientific principles of decreeing and by practicing what she teaches you, you will develop a unified momentum on the science of the spoken Word that will generate a world action for world freedom.
And I tell you, you will not find on the face of the earth another circle of devotees who so consistently deliver the sacred fire–and win!–who literally challenge the bastions of Death and Hell–and win! And in your exercise of the power of the spoken Word led by the Messenger, you will join the ranks of the fiery ones who minister at the altar of God in Montana, U.S.A.!
We Divide the Earth into Twenty-Four Segments:
Man Your Posts as Sentinels!
We desire to see the longitudinal meridians of the earth occupied by chelas who would man their posts as sentinels. Positioned on these imaginary lines, these sentinels would hold the balance for the earth, both in their waking state and out of the body during sleep.
Chelas can place a map of the world in their homes and sanctuaries and, dividing the earth into fifteen-degree segments starting at zero degrees longitude, mark the longitudinal lines to the right and to the left of their town or city. They would use this map to focus their decrees on the specific geographical areas that fall within their designated territory, from the North to the South Pole. If a chela lives in or next to a sparsely populated fifteen-degree segment, he could focus his decrees on two or more adjacent segments.
Thus we divide the earth into twenty-four segments. We would see one, two, three, ten or ten thousand chelas offering fervent calls to the violet flame within each segment. And we would especially like to see you make a concerted thrust every month during the forty-eight-hour vigil dedicated to Omri-Tas and me. It will be like putting your finger in the dike, for your violet-flame decrees can stop the flood of negative karma that could inundate this civilization.
Let me assure you that as you become one with my heart day by day and as you are dedicated to my cause and I am dedicated to yours, it may soon become possible for some of you to enter the Guru-chela relationship with me.
And when that happens, it will be an alchemical marriage. For I will bring to bear upon the sacredness of our union an alchemy of transformation which you who are my brides may draw upon daily through your devotion to my purple fiery heart and your fiats to the violet flame.
I draw you to my heart. And as you prove yourselves worthy (or you reprove yourselves for not being worthy), there can be a greater and greater bonding between us. This is the joy of the path of chelaship.
Chelaship is not drudgery, but some make it so. If they do, none can predict how long it will take them to balance their karma. For the sense of karmic drudgery begets the karma of drudgery. And there is no end to it for those who are of that frame of mind.
A Dispensation of Justice and Mercy: You Can Ascend
When You Have Balanced 51 Percent of Your Karma
Until this century all sons and daughters of God were required to balance 100 percent of their karma in order to make their ascension. This demanded true adeptship.
If, for instance, a soul had pledged to remain in embodiment as a bodhisattva, <*> he could not make any karma without losing his standing as a candidate for the ascension. For each infringement of the law, he would have to descend the karmic ladder once again, balance the karma he had made and return to his stature of perfection.
Under these conditions so few souls qualified for the ascension that the Lords of Karma set forth in this very century an unprecedented dispensation: “The sons and daughters of God may elect to take their ascension when they have balanced 51 percent of their karma, for they are worthy.”
The Lords of Karma, including my beloved Portia, Goddess of Opportunity, determined that it would be better for souls of light to balance the remaining 49 percent of their karma from the octaves of heaven rather than jeopardize their ascension by remaining on earth. For once ascended, these souls would be sealed from the astral plane and the warfare that the Satans would wage against them if they were to remain in physical embodiment.
This is indeed a dispensation of both Mercy and Justice: Mercy because you are allowed to make your ascension without having to undergo the initiation of the descent into hell, which Jesus underwent between Good Friday and Easter morning; and Justice because you are still required to make amends to the Father-Mother God for every jot and tittle of your transgressions committed against the Great Law.
