Qualify Yourself to Be My Personal Chela!
Saint Germain Sends His Messenger and the Seven Archangels
to South America to Inaugurate the Aquarian Age on Earth
Part 1
Heart friends of old whom I have known from ancient times: I am here to claim you as my own! I would receive you, each one, as a chela <*> of Cosmic Freedom, under my office as Chohan of the Seventh Ray.
It is up to you who are the aspiring ones to qualify yourselves to be my chelas. You must take the initiative to do just that; I cannot do it for you. For in order to so qualify yourselves, you must embody the qualities of Freedom, Justice and Mercy, along with the undulating waves of the Holy Spirit that emanate from the Seventh Ray.
In addition, you ought to take advantage of the gift of the violet flame, applying it liberally by giving violet-flame decrees to transmute the negative karma you have made throughout the centuries of your soul’s evolution Godward.
Understand also that the chela who will succeed is the chela whose joy in the Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ <1>overflows from his heart. And the heart that is filled with the joy of the Lord will carry that joy to the ends of the earth.
Thus, I bid you raise your energies to the level of the heart chakra, even as you seal the base of the spine, seat of the soul and solar plexus. Seal these three lower chakras while you make amends for past transgressions of the Great Law by invoking the violet flame’s transmutative action.
God’s Gift of the Great Sun Disc:
An Invincible Shield for Your Solar Plexus
Beloved friends, in the following exercise I will demonstrate for you the efficacious use of a finely tuned cosmic instrument called the Great Sun Disc. <2>This instrument will assist you in sealing your chakras.
Let us begin by putting on our tube of light. The “Tube of Light” decree is taken from “Heart, Head and Hand Decrees,” dictated to the Messenger Mark L. Prophet in 1958 by the Ascended Master El Morya.
I invite you to stand and face the Chart of Your Divine Self, pictured on the large screen above the stage, as we give our “Tube of Light.” Together:

Giving this decree three times at the start of this exercise will help you maintain your harmony when you send God’s pure light to another, even if that one is not in a state of harmony.
The Great Sun Disc is an invincible shield composed of dazzling white light. It is God’s gift to you whereby you may seal the solar plexus (centered at the navel) from all jagged energies that may be launched against you by those who are emotionally out of control. It will reinforce your tube of light at your most vulnerable point–the solar plexus, seat of the emotions.
Visualize the Great Sun Disc over your solar plexus as a mighty shield, like the ones borne by knights of old who used them to deflect arrows that might otherwise have passed through their chain mail. Or you may visualize the Great Sun Disc the size of a large round platter, again, superimposed over the solar plexus.
When you have a clear picture of the Great Sun Disc in your mind’s eye, close your eyes and meditate on the sun. (Never look directly at the sun, as this can cause severe damage to your eyes.) Through your third eye “see” the sun as a sphere of white fire rotating clockwise in perpetual motion.
Contemplate the tremendous power of the sun of our solar system and internalize its spiritual light rays as they are being sent to you through your seven chakras and the Eighth Ray chakra, the secret chamber of the heart.
At this point, give gratitude to the sponsors of this meditation: Helios and Vesta, who are the God Parents of this solar system, and Mighty Cosmos, whose service to all sentient life and every soul in embodiment is freely given through the five secret rays.
Now, with eyes closed and your inner eye fixed on the image of the Great Sun Disc you have projected on the screen of your mind, activate this thoughtform through your contact with the Mind of God.
Next, send dazzling white light from your Mighty I AM Presence through your solar plexus to all constructive individuals on earth, and send forth the fiat of the Lord that it be amplified by the power of the Prince of Peace, the Archangel of Peace and the Elohim of Peace.
Then seal your solar plexus and desire body by reciting these mantras:

As you expand your heart chakra by rendering service and extending compassion to all life, you will also be engaged in transmuting the misqualified energies that have lodged in your lower chakras and in what is sometimes called the electronic belt. <3>Furthermore, you will make much good karma as you spread the Ascended Masters’ teachings for the age of Aquarius in my name.

3. The momentums of an individual’s untransmuted karma orbit around the lower portion of his physical body to form what looks like an electronic belt of misqualified energy. Diagrammed at the point of the solar plexus and extending downward below the feet in a negative spiral, this misqualified energy forms a dense forcefield shaped like a kettledrum. Referred to as the realm of the subconscious and the unconscious, the electronic belt contains the records of unredeemed karma from all embodiments.
