Part 2

The Messenger knows in her heart the urgency of the hour, and for many that urgency is plain to see. We would not incite fear in you, yet we ask you to take a serious look across your nation and across the planet to see what is happening. Look at the nations who have joined the nuclear club–and count them as so many threats for a first strike against the United States.

Blessed ones, as you know, the enemies of world freedom are out to destroy the United States of America. This is well known and, as you can imagine, a subject of serious discussion in the retreats of the Great White Brotherhood.

Let it be known that there are forces of hatred abroad in the world who, if they could, would put out the Christ Light that is so manifest in the people of North and South America. And it is for that very reason that for many centuries I have focused my efforts in this hemisphere.

Blessed ones, Elohim, <1>who created the earth “in the beginning,” have controlled earth changes throughout the ages as continents have risen and fallen according to mankind’s karma. Through such earth changes, they have fashioned what you know today as the Western Hemisphere–stretching as it does from the North to the South Pole–to be isolated between the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans.

This was for a very good reason. It was in part to protect the golden-age civilization that I envisioned would one day thrive in the New World. The golden age, I believed, would see its beginnings in North and South America and then sweep the world around.

But before that was to take place, my goal was (and still is) to protect this hemisphere from a karma not native to the people of the Americas–a karma carried on the backs of aliens from other planets and systems of worlds who settled beyond the seas among the peoples of the Near and Far East and the Indian subcontinent.

Every Violet-Flame Decree Multiplied
by the Power of the Ten Thousand-Times-Ten Thousand

Know, beloved, that legions of Omri-Tas, Ruler of the Violet Planet, are offering their assistance to the citizens of earth. For long ago the citizens of the Violet Planet went through a crisis similar to the one earth now faces. During that crucial period they almost lost their planet.

But in their darkest hour they rallied around the representative of the Divine Mother and pledged to stay and still stay until the battle against fallen angels and alien invaders should be won. They gave their violet-flame decrees with such an intensity that they literally transmuted the cause and core of the entire burden that had been upon the population. <2>

This can happen to earth, beloved. Know that it is so!  For I promise you that every violet-flame decree you give will be multiplied by the power of the ten thousand-times-ten thousand, in accord with the dispensation announced by Lord Maitreya on July 1, 1961. Speaking on behalf of the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood, Lord Maitreya said:

   Ten thousand-times-ten thousand equals one hundred million. Thus, every time you give a dynamic decree you are benefiting one hundred million people.

Additionally, when you join together with others to decree, the power is multiplied by the square of the number of people present. This means, for example, that for a group of eight decreers, the power of light released is equal to eight squared–i.e., sixty-four times the power if only one person were decreeing!  For a group of fifty, the power of light released is equal to fifty squared, or twenty-five hundred–and so on.

And sixty-four multiplied by the power of the ten thousand- times-ten thousand equals 6.4 billion. Twenty-five hundred multiplied by the power of the ten thousand-times-ten thousand equals 250 billion. Having received such a stupendous dispensation, you together with the ascended hosts truly have the power to change the world! <4>

You Are in a Race with Destiny

My dear friends, do you realize what a tremendous opportunity this is?  We are doing everything but spoon-feeding you!  We want to be certain that you enter the golden age at its dawn because you personally deserve it!  And I mean that, beloved. You who have such a profound love of God deserve to see the golden age of Aquarius come in, even if only the first rays of its dawn.

Many of you will not see the full-orbed sun of the golden age of Aquarius in this life. For you the sands in the hourglass are running out. Therefore I commend you to diligent daily devotion to your violet-flame decrees. Every moment counts, for you are in a race with destiny. And your destiny is not dust but eternal life.

Make haste, while you have life and breath, to call upon the Holy Spirit, even the Lord Maha Chohan, to help you transmute your karma as you give your violet-flame decrees and offer loving service to life.

Some among you, by heroic deeds and by submitting yourselves to the disciplines of Serapis Bey and Holy Justinius, Captain of Seraphic Bands, may earn your ascension ere your book of life is closed in this round–even though in this life you have but recently come into the teachings of the Ascended Masters and their Messenger.

And there shall surely be many among you who will reincarnate, not necessarily for your karma’s sake but for the glory of God that shall shine through the missions that await you according to the timetables set for their fulfillment in future centuries.

The councils of heaven, who record in each one’s book of life multiple options for the future, leave open the path of free will to those whose positive karma allows it. Yet those whose tree of life is bowed down with the overripe and rotting fruit of negative karma are bound to repay every jot and tittle of that karma before they may once again be free to exercise their options.

1. Elohim is a Hebrew word meaning God, used 2,500 times in the Old Testament. It is a uni-plural noun that refers to the twin flames of the Godhead–the “Divine Us” who “in the beginning” (Gen. 1:1) created male and female in their image and likeness (Gen. 1:26, 27). The Elohim embody the Light of the Father-Mother God, whom they personify on each of the seven rays. These seven sets of twin God-flames are the “seven Spirits of God” referred to in Revelation 1:4; 3:1; 4:5; 5:6. The Reverend C. I. Scofield, in his commentary on Gen. 1:1, writes:  “Elohim (sometimes El or Elah), English form ‘God,’ the first of the three primary names of Deity, is...formed from El = strength, or the strong one, and Alah, to swear, to bind oneself by an oath, so implying faithfulness” (C. I. Scofield, ed., The Scofield Reference Bible [New York:  Oxford University Press, 1945], p. 3 n. 1).

Additional dispensations for the multiplication of the violet flame.  On July 7, 1984, in the Heart of the Inner Retreat, Omri-Tas announced the following dispensation:  “If in all reverence, with inner attunement, a sense of yourself in your Christ Self as priest or priestess of the sacred fire, if with all your heart and deep within your heart you will take, then, fifteen minutes each day to give profound and loving invocations to the violet flame in my name (and please remember to use my name, for I am the one from whose Causal Body this dispensation comes), then we will take that offering, measure for measure as it is devoted, as it is profound and sincere, the very weight of its power and light. Therefore, by the quality of it, quality for quality, it shall be multiplied in your life ten times!”  (1984 PoW, Book II, pp. 139-40).  In a dictation given April 6, 1996, at Easter Retreat 1996, following the Messenger’s return from South America, Archangel Zadkiel announced:  “We, the legions of the Seventh Ray, have called forth cosmic reinforcements from Omri-Tas of the Violet Planet. And, beloved, he has sent those reinforcements this day....The dispensation is nothing less than colossal. And what it means to the world, beloved, and to the incoming seventh root race cannot even be measured....There is a new multiplication factor by the power of the Violet Planet itself, by the power of the legions who saved that planet by invoking the violet flame. Those legions are on their way. Many have arrived.
