Hail, O children of the Great Central Sun!

We are Chamuel and Charity and we come draped in ruby fire! See that you are not singed by the ruby fire, but internalize it at will.

We come on a fiery mission. And we descend from the octave of the ruby ray into the heart of the earth at the level of the Heart of the Inner Retreat. And we descend thus far and no farther. For it is the children of the Sun and the sons and daughters of God who deserve the recompense! Know, then, the reward of the righteous (which is the joy of the life everlasting) versus the reward of the seed of the wicked (which is a certain fearful looking for of judgment <1>).

Now I address you, 100,000 legions of angels of the ruby ray: Come with us this day! Come with us this day as we descend into the core of the pits of Death and Hell!

(Be seated, beloved chelas, as we go about our job.)

I AM THAT I AM ELOHIM

Descend into the levels of Death and Hell! Bind the Adversary of the Woman and her seed! Bind the core opposition to every Manchild of God in the earth!

We, Chamuel and Charity, Archangels of the Third Ray, direct bolts of blue lightning! into the very pits of Death and Hell! And, beloved, this is, as you would call it, a blitzkrieg, for the enemies of the LORD have had no prior warning of our attack.

Therefore, we charge into the earth! We bind the foul spirits and demons and the archdeceivers! They are being bound now by the power of our legions of the ruby ray, reinforced and multiplied by the Five Dhyani Buddhas.

Therefore, let bolts of blue lightning descend into the earth!

Let there be a scouring of hell this day!

For you have heard at your Easter conference that Archangel Uriel and his legions are empowered to go through the earth for the binding of the fallen angels whose judgment is come, for their time is up. <2> In order for Archangel Uriel to accomplish this mission, beloved, and for us to accomplish the parallel mission that we are about, we must have your dynamic decrees that will confirm in the earth that which we support in the heavens. <3>

Yes, the good works that you do in the earth will resound in the heavens, and they will be mirrored by the heavens back into the earth. And therefore you will observe the oscillation whereby the fire of God descends and the fire of his sons and daughters ascends. Is this not reminiscent of nature’s spectacular display in the aurora borealis?

Verily I say unto you:

Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven.

And whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven. <4>

So, your presence in this tabernacle, <5>beloved, as you carry on this work of the ruby ray throughout this conference, is of momentous import. For we desire the children of the Sun in the earth to know a surcease from the burdens that are upon them. And surely, in your calls to the Most High God and his hosts, you have given a recompense to those who mourn in the earth because they have not known their Bridegroom.

But you know your Bridegroom and you know who you are, you who have given your calls into the night and into the day. And if others wish to be counted among your ranks, welcome them to join you in your fervor of the ruby ray. And together be done with ceaseless conversation that saps you of your ruby-ray fire!

If you have built a momentum on the ruby ray in past lives, its fire is at your disposal today and you access it through the secret chamber of the heart. If you have not built a momentum on the ruby ray in past lives, its fire is not at your immediate disposal. You, then, will have to work hard on your ruby-ray decrees <6>until you not only develop a momentum but also establish a reservoir of ruby fire in the secret chamber of your heart.

And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do,

that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

If ye shall ask any thing in my name, I will do it. <7>

I say to you, one and all, take this moment to kneel before the altar in this tabernacle and to meditate upon the image of the Buddha who resides in the secret chamber of your heart, tending the altar where the threefold flame pulsates its life-giving, life-sustaining properties.

Now call upon your Mighty I AM Presence to release to you, each one, from your Causal Body, what elements of the ruby ray you have garnered through the ages, even if they be ever so small. Then call upon the Buddha of the Ruby Ray to multiply your portion and pray that he will use your ruby fire to empower our angels to complete their work.

[Kneel and give calls to your I AM Presence and to the Buddha of the Ruby Ray.]

We implore you to do this now, for we do not desire to see fallen angels whose time is up remain in the earth for want of your call and our service! Let us join together, heaven and earth, to deliver the cities and neighborhoods of the atrocities committed by the fallen angels against the children of the Light. And let our fiats of soul freedom on behalf of the newborn, the adolescent and the young adult reverberate through the cosmos, worlds without end!

Now it is time once again for us to call down the power of bolts of blue lightning into the earth. And therefore we direct:

Bolts of blue lightning into the earth!

And you shall hear them. And you shall feel them. But if you would forego the direct experience of the action of the blue lightning, you have but to give us a sign and we shall bypass you until you are ready for it. I ask you, then, to prepare your chalices (i.e., chakras) to receive the power of the blue lightning.

Let the Lightning Flash descend!

Release now the sacred fire of Ein Sof through the ten sefirot:

Keter, Hokhmah, Binah, Hesed, Gevurah, Tiferet, Netzah, Hod, Yesod and Malkhut! <8>

Hercules and Amazonia: Flash bolts of blue lightning into the heart of the earth! Flash bolts of blue lightning into the pits of Death and Hell from the first to the thirty-third level!

Thus saith the Lord, the Holy One of Israel, and his Maker: Ask me of things to come concerning my sons, and concerning the work of my hands command ye me. <9>

So, legions of Light are binding the fallen angels and they are being taken from the earth, beloved, in answer to your calls. Thus by our joint clearance of the octaves of earth we have created a vacuum, and the vacuum must be filled!

This is a basic principle that you must always follow. Yes, the void created in battle must be quickly filled with Light lest it be filled again with Darkness. Call, then, to the legions of Light who follow in our wake to fill the vacuum with Light! Light! Light!

In order to provide all on earth who serve the Great White Brotherhood with the necessary tools to swiftly and effectively fill a vacuum with Light, the Messengers released the “Decree for the Great Cosmic Light” in 1962, Mighty Cosmos delivered his decree, “Mighty Cosmos’ Secret Rays,” in 1965, and the Goddess of Light released her “O Mighty Light” decree in 1966. Your application of the above decrees following your giving of “The Judgment Call” or “I Cast Out the Dweller-on-the-Threshold!” or “Reverse the Tide!” will multiply your efforts manifold and seal the Light you have called forth.

Jesus’ teaching on the unclean spirit corroborates the principle that once you have created a void, you must fill it with Light “lest a worse thing come unto thee:” <10>

When the unclean spirit is gone out of a man, he walketh through dry places, seeking rest, and findeth none.

Then he saith, “I will return into my house from whence I came out.” And when he is come, he findeth it empty, swept and garnished.

Then goeth he and taketh with himself seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter in and dwell there: and the last state of that man is worse than the first. Even so shall it be also unto this wicked generation. <11>

Hercules and Amazonia: Flash bolts of blue lightning into the cause and core of all trafficking in drugs, which is condoned by governments and nations at the expense of the youth of the world!

Blaze the full power of Ein Sof through the mighty sefirot! Let the original blueprint of Adam Kadmon <12> be impressed upon every living soul of God!

Now let the Messenger prepare to conduct the ceremony of soul retrieval. <13> Let there be the preparation of hearts. Let there be a very careful preparation of hearts. Let there be a perpetual ritual of the heart.

Vajra! Vajra! Vajra! Vajra! Vajra! Vajra!

Purple fire, chemical ray of the Godhead, bring forth dissolution now of the records of the fallen angels! For they are being taken from the earth to the Court of the Sacred Fire on the God Star, Sirius, for their Final Judgment.

They are bound! And, beloved, in all of their pride, their ire, in all of their viciousness and their gnashing of teeth, they–yes, even they–must behold the majesty of the ruby-ray angels and the ruby-ray Buddhas and Bodhisattvas.

Bound they are! And the Lord God Almighty intervenes that the children of the Sun may have a respite from the burdens put upon them by the fallen angels for so long.

So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth.
It shall not return unto me void,
but it shall accomplish that which I please,
and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. <14>

Therefore, through our office in the heavenly hierarchy, invoke! invoke! invoke! “The LORD’s Judgment by the Ruby Ray,” and see how many burdens in the earth will be lifted from you!

Is it not well that we go to the source of Evil? Indeed it is! Therefore, let us descend to the thirty-third level of the astral plane. There we scour! There we bind! And as we go, you may call to untold legions of angels to rescue souls who have been bound for centuries in the grips of the fallen angels.

[Give calls to legions of angels while Archangel Chamuel and Charity and their hosts of angels engage in a fierce battle with the forces of Antichrist at all levels of Death and Hell.]

Thou shalt make thy prayer unto him, and he shall hear thee....Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee. And the light shall shine upon thy ways. <15>

Blessed hearts, inasmuch as you are in the earth, you have the authority from God to deliver a decree, in God’s name and by the power of his spoken Word, that shall transform the world and all who live thereupon. And when the powers of heaven receive that call, they answer you. Again you see, that which you do in the earth is mirrored in the heavens and determines what comes forth out of the heavens to bless you.

There is a reciprocal interchange between heaven and earth over the figure-eight flow that God sustains between himself and his own. But the figure-eight flow from your heart to the heart of heaven is stopped when you cease to make the calls for the binding of the evils of the earth. And therefore your energies stagnate and you find yourself in a holding pattern.

Most of the people of earth do not understand this teaching: they do not see what their prayers can do, what their fiats can do as they cycle to God and he sends multiple blessings to them in return over the figure-eight flow. Yet you see this teaching, you know it, you understand it. And because you understand it, you can comprehend that there could be–and that, in fact, there is actually taking place today–a shake-up in the bowels of the earth as has not come to pass since the flood of Noah and the sinking of Atlantis.

Again I say unto you: That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. <16>

So know, beloved, that all over the world the sons and daughters of God are on the march! And those who have worked with us to liberate the souls of humanity whose good karma has allowed them to be liberated today, are one with you, whether they be in this movement or on other paths. And many are one with you in the etheric octave.

Therefore, let us continue our exercises in the science of the spoken Word. For all the powers of heaven are with us to reinforce our fiats in these moments.

Now I ask you to stand and give “The Judgment Call” to Almighty God, imploring him to take, during this conference, every last fallen angel whose time is up and who therefore must be removed from the earth by the call of those in embodiment and be taken to the Temple of Divine Justice or to the Court of the Sacred Fire.

        I invoke the Electronic Presence of Jesus Christ:

By the authority of the cosmic cross of white fire

      within our beloved Messengers,
      within every son and daughter of God...

      by the authority of Alpha and Omega,

      the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood:

      against the children of the Light...
Are now bound by the hosts of the Lord,
Do now receive the judgment of the Lord Christ

      and within every Ascended Master,

      multiplied by the energy of the Cosmic Christ–
      of their nefarious deeds which they have practiced
      since the very incarnation of the Word!

And I declare with Jesus, the living Son of God:

[Give this decree thirty-six times daily for one week and note the alchemy of change for the better in your life.]

And in full Faith I consciously accept this manifest, manifest, manifest! (3x) right here and now with full Power, eternally sustained, all-powerfully active, ever expanding and world enfolding until all are wholly ascended in the Light and free!

Beloved I AM! Beloved I AM! Beloved I AM!

[Recite the “And in full Faith” ending joyfully and powerfully five times.]

In my name shall they cast out devils,

they shall speak with new tongues,

they shall take up serpents,

and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them. <17>

Sons and daughters of God, truly you are being perfected in the Law, and we are grateful for the release of Light you have delivered to us through your fervent and soul-filled decrees. So know that in this hour our legions have accomplished an aeon of scouring out, so to speak, of the deep places of the earth.

We, Chamuel and Charity, shall continue our self-appointed task. And as you intertwine your decrees with our service, we shall seize, pin and bind the souls of all reprobate ones who must be bound in this hour and removed from the earth. We shall continue this labor of Divine Love until all are taken to the Court of the Sacred Fire who must stand trial before the Twenty-Four Elders and be judged, every man according to his work. <18>

Your calls to the hierarchs of the ruby ray, the action of your decrees to Astrea and your untiring devotion to violet-fire transmutation serve you well. And they also serve us well, for they turn the tide for us in the battle we are now waging against the forces of anti-Love. And thereby layers upon layers of records in the earth are being literally erased, including those of the hate and hate creation that the fallen angels have directed, ever since their fall from grace, at the lightbearers.

Therefore at this moment our legions of Light, who have positioned themselves in cosmic formation from the bottomless pit <19> to the Great Central Sun, rest from the toil of their labors and stand at attention. In this moment, beloved, they bow before the Light of your hearts. May you bow before the Light of their wondrous hearts.

They resume their work, and I shall report to you at the conclusion of this conference what has been accomplished, so below, as Above.

In your liberal giving of your decrees, you have cleared the way so that we might deposit in your heart chalices the number of drops of the ruby ray that we have prescribed for you individually. So powerful is the ruby ray that we transfer it to you by the drop. All receive their portion now.

Guard the flame. And guard the flame of the heart. It is the ultimate weapon against the dark ones. But if you misuse it, you, then, will take upon yourself the karma of its misuse. A word to the wise, the loving and the pure in heart is always sufficient.

With all the love of our hearts, we bless and seal you in the light of the ruby ray.

The victory is to the self-proclaimed victors!

8. Ein Sof, the ten sefirot and the Lightning Flash. In the Jewish mystical tradition known as Kabbalah, the sefirot are the ten aspects of God’s being that emanate from Ein Sof (“the Infinite”). The Kabbalists’ diagram of the sefirot is called the Tree of Life; it is a blueprint for the divine world and for our own bodies and souls. Some Kabbalists use the term “Lightning Flash” to describe the emanation of the sefirot or the continual descent of divine forces through the sefirot in a zigzag pattern like lightning. 12. In Kabbalah, Adam Kadmon (“Primordial Man”) is the divine archetype of man and woman. Some Kabbalists teach that when the sefirot emanated from Ein Sof, they first took the form of Adam Kadmon. Adam Kadmon is androgynous; in him the male and female forces are in complete harmony and balance. He is the primordial image and likeness of God in which we were made.
