Have you thought about the Holy Spirit being chaliced in each of your chakras?
Have you thought about how the Holy Spirit can quicken in you, in response to your fervor, the ultimate vibration that is the balanced vibration of each chakra?
Wisdom glows by the Holy Spirit. For the Holy Spirit enhances and then breaks the bread of life that nourishes the petals of the chakras.
Now I come to give you the oil of gladness from my heart, the gladness and the rejoicing that because the Universal Mind is so in you, with you, a part of you and all around you, there is hope for self-transcendence. You do not have to be stuck in the mud of mediocrity: you can transcend the self moment by moment, day by day.
Our God has not limited you. And the Holy Spirit’s fervor for your victory can be seen as you yourself are alive with the excitement of your next assignment. And that assignment is to bring the Path and the Teachings to all who yearn to drink of the Holy Spirit’s golden elixir, which effectively nourishes the cells of the mind and prepares it to be fused with God’s Mind. As Apollo and Lumina said: In reality, the Mind of God is your mind, and there is no other mind but God’s Mind.
Now visualize infinite needlelike rays going forth from your crown chakra, piercing the density and darkness of the earth, especially in those places in all nations where children are deprived of excellence in education.
True education begins with the education of the heart. For out of the heart are the issues of life. <1> And out of the heart flow Compassion and Wisdom, embodied by Lord Maitreya and Lord Manjushri. The twin pillars of Compassion and Wisdom frame the temple of being.
I, Lanto, am in accord with the messages given by the Elohim and Archangels of the Second Ray. Know, beloved, that we are united in our determination to scour the earth of all materials that are unfit for the minds and hearts of children. We take issue with all who promote violence on television and in motion pictures, pornography and cyberporn, Satanism, Satanic rites, rap and rock music, and publications that destroy the spirit.
Think of it, beloved! Every waking moment the spirit of the little child is happy–every waking moment the little child is eager to learn! To desire to know is the instinct of the soul. The soul of the little child is unhampered and uncontaminated. Look at the little child and say to yourself, “I was once that little child and I would be that little child again!”
Keepers of the Flame must accomplish much if the earth is to be saved and cataclysm forestalled. Under the direction of the God and Goddess Meru, you have made high-quality education a priority for children of members of this Community throughout the world. You have invited guests to speak on the subject at your annual conferences. You see the revolution in education happening before your very eyes, and you are an essential part of the process.
I draw you back to the Source of all being and I say: Let all that you do to advance the human race be coated with the light of eternity! Yes, break the bread of eternity so that those who have the ultimate secular knowledge may also have the ultimate spiritual knowledge through the gifts of the Holy Spirit, specifically the gift of wisdom.
And what are the gifts, beloved, without the Spirit? <2>
And of what use is the Spirit if you do not introduce him to your own soul and to your own children? Of what use is the Spirit if you do not make him a part of your life?
You realize that though the Spirit of the Lord is everywhere, God has appointed one of his ascended sons to embody and represent that Spirit to earth’s evolutions. You call that one the Great Lord, the Maha Chohan. As you walk here and there, do your errands and think of God, I ask you to receive the Maha Chohan as your personal friend, counsellor and companion. For he is the one who keeps you on course and locked in to your own very special divine plan.
Do not think of the Maha Chohan merely as a spirit that permeates the cosmos but as a teacher and as the representative of the Holy Spirit for all evolutions of this planet, regardless of their religious affiliation. The Maha Chohan will enlighten you and steer you to the source of all right knowledge that begets all right action. As you go about your daily affairs, give his mantra “Come, Holy Spirit, enlighten me!”–and take note of your increased enlightenment.
You might have already gathered that our message to you today is that you must infuse all educational innovations and accelerated learning techniques with the Holy Spirit and the light of your own Mighty I AM Presence. As you hear speakers at this conference address the subject of the deplorable state of education in America, keep in mind that the I AM THAT I AM in you is the all-Power of God, the all-Wisdom of God, the all-Love of God by which you can turn things around. That I AM Presence is dearest friend and Father-Mother. Know, then, that to walk and talk with God shall be for you the kingdom, and it shall be for you the victory.
Violence targeted at children saturates the media. Let Keepers of the Flame do their own targeting! Let them offer decrees for the removal of all violence on TV and in motion pictures.
To have this victory will require dedicated decree work at your Saturday night services and an ongoing labor you may request from Hercules. Let there not be a soul who calls himself a Keeper of the Flame of Life who does not take the time to understand–and then take action on–what children are dealing with from a greedy and godless media.
Having viewed thousands of hours of violence on TV, children have internalized the vibration of anger. For many, anger has become the overriding vibration that governs their behavior.
This anger has circled the world but it is centered in advanced societies where mothers work full-time and are not there for their children. In such cases the TV becomes a substitute parent. You see the outcome and you say, “What will earth be like in fifty years when these angry children are no longer children and they hold the reins of power?”
You have already seen what it will be like. For angry ones in positions of power have already started two World Wars, the Korean War and the Vietnam War, resulting in an estimated 60 million deaths. You have sent your troops into the Persian Gulf and now into Bosnia, where “ethnic cleansing” has left more than 250,000 dead and one million homeless.
All of this warring has taken place because the angry ones have decreed it from their citadels of power. And what of the massacres of more than one million people in Rwanda and the migrations of those who escaped on foot from their homeland in fear of death, only to die on the way for want of clean water and food? Yes, earth is an angry planet–an angry planet, indeed.
What is the answer for those who were not suckled by their mothers and did not know the bonding to a mother’s heart?
The answer must be, beloved, a profound love. For at any age the child of the heart responds to love.
Yes, we see the hardened ones, but they can be softened. It will take more than human knowledge: it will take the Holy Spirit and the violet flame and a deep understanding of the soul and the inner child and a sensitivity to their unspeakable pain.
There is indeed a sadness in the heart of the Blessed Mother. It is the sadness that comes with the knowledge that so many souls will be deprived of oneness with Christ, with Buddha– oneness with God. For their anger prevents it.
You can see the handwriting on the wall of the age of Aquarius. On the one hand you see those who have walked a path of light and can pass on to generations unborn the meaning of love and family and compassion and togetherness. And on the other hand you see the angry ones tumbling down the centuries, becoming more and more angry as they go.
The antidote for the seemingly insurmountable problems facing earth’s evolutions is for each member of the human race to take wise dominion over himself, to take control of his being, and to liberally give of his heart to those who need his love. When you are in command of your forces, nothing can deter you from tackling any problem, personal or planetary. <3>
Many of the world’s leaders have given up when it comes to solving the world’s problems. They simply do not know what to do. States and nations are being bankrupted, the value of currencies is dropping and there is threat of economic collapse here and there.
The challenges facing this nation involving terrorist bombings such as those perpetrated at the World Trade Center and the Federal Building in Oklahoma City almost defy solution–almost. And what shall come upon a nation whose people are subject to death at the hand of agents of their own Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms and their own Federal Bureau of Investigation, as in Waco, Texas, and at Ruby Ridge, Idaho?
Yes, you watch in wonder as you see your leaders incapable of dealing effectively with the critical issues of the times.
Wise self-dominion is the answer. And it begins in the heart. From there it extends to the larger circle of humanity. It will take much to restore the clarity of mind and the purity of heart that the people of earlier centuries had–when drugs were unknown, when mothers kept the home fires burning and children were so eager to learn their ABCs that, like Abe Lincoln, they even studied by candlelight into the wee hours of the morning.
And so a president was born out of humble circumstances, proving that anyone in this nation or any nation can rise to the top. Yes, anyone can rise to the top–either with the help of the LORD God or with the help of the god of this world, depending on whether or not he has kept the code of the cosmic honor flame in his heart.
You have seen both kinds of leaders. Some of you prefer not to even read about or look at the president of this nation because what you see when you do look are the day-to-day posturings of an administration that plays follow-the-leader. But the true leaders are the rank-and-file Americans and not the president and his administration, who are always trying to catch up with their constituents.
The true leaders follow the inner Christ of their hearts, even as they bear the burden of the national debt. These souls, who are one with Jesus Christ and Gautama Buddha, are not moved or mocked by the politics of Washington. <4> They obey the voice of conscience and they listen to their God, the Mighty I AM Presence.
Let us rear children who will have a vision of their roles as leaders but who can also be followers. Let us give them a breadth of knowledge that will carry them far.
Let your souls be tutored by the Holy Spirit and your Holy Christ Self. And resolve again, if you have broken your resolve, to obey the direction of your Holy Christ Self.

It has been prophesied that a golden-age civilization shall once again rise in South America. <5> But do not be superstitious. It will not happen unless you make it happen. It will not come to pass automatically. It is ordained of God but, by right, those who are in embodiment must also ordain and ratify it by their actions, by their love and by their allegiance to the God and Goddess Meru and the entire hierarchy of light.
The strongest element in your favor and the one that shall be the key to your victory, providing you pursue it, shall be your devotion to the Blessed Mother Mary and to her Son, Jesus Christ. And the strongest counterforce to the precipitation of that golden-age civilization shall be confusion, class consciousness, the hoarding of wealth by the power elite and the suppression of the lower classes, especially by not feeding, clothing and educating them and thereby keeping them bound to a life of poverty with no opportunity to rise.
Blessed ones, there are Christ children being born in the slums of the metropolitan areas of Central and South America! They must be nurtured spiritually as well as in their four lower bodies. For the time will come when they shall receive their calling from God. And they must be ready.
It is also necessary that the true spiritual (esoteric) leadership of Central and South America take up the Teachings of the Ascended Masters and give their followers the science of the spoken Word and the application of the violet flame. And it goes without saying that the physical diet must be on a par with the spiritual diet.
And so, beloved, every continent and nation, every little town has its challenges. You must believe and know, when you feel the fervor of God within you and as you band together with others, that you can do all things through God, who does strengthen you. For with God, all things are possible. <6>
Secular and spiritual knowledge gained daily, internalized and built upon, will produce wisdom. Wisdom comes from observation–from observing one’s self, one’s people, one’s nation. It comes from opening one’s eyes and seeing the repetitive snares of ignorance all around one and then seeing the bright future that is also an option for humanity. This option can become reality when people like you determine to break out of the mold of the ordinary and to recognize the extraordinary potential of the human soul when that soul is endued with the living Presence of God.
This is how through the ages a few dedicated souls could bring a civilization to new heights. So let it be done again! For you know the power of the ten thousand-times-ten thousand. <7> You know the way of freedom.
Let the children of the earth know their divine sponsors. And let the Keepers of the Flame, as mediators, bring them together as one.
I, Lanto, recommend that you make an in-depth study of Taoism at Summit University this summer. For your studiousness will give you a peace that continually transcends itself as you enter the heart of the Tao and know yourself as the All and the Nothing.
For the sake of the illumination of a planet and its people, I invite you and all earth’s evolutions who have attained to a certain level of the love of God to study at the Royal Teton Retreat until you have truly made illumination’s flame a scepter of authority that you may wield in God’s name.
