A Colossal Dispensation
The Hour of the Victory of Planet Earth Is at Hand
The People of Earth Must Have the Violet Flame!
Hail, legions of the violet flame!
Enter this place! Occupy earth!
I summon you to cover every square mile of planet earth this night and to inject violet flame from Omri-Tas into the very core of this planet.
Hail, legions of the Seventh Ray! Come forth now! Let freedom blaze its mighty flame through thee!

Holy Amethyst is with me and we speak as one mighty voice on behalf of Saint Germain in defense of his Keepers of the Flame. And we go forth specifically to cut free those lifestreams who have known Saint Germain, who have known of the violet flame and who are seeking and seeking and seeking to find once again their oneness with that body of lightbearers who are pledged to deliver the violet flame for the transmutation of this world.
Beloved ones, we come in great earnestness in this hour. We are determined. We see your determination. Do not let a day go by that you do not offer to someone the cup of the elixir of violet flame. Let that one say no, but do not, do not, I say, withhold the gift. Do not consider that this one or that one is not worthy. For in order to have Saint Germain’s victory, the people of earth must have the violet flame.
Out of the heart of Omri-Tas, I ask you to be seated.
As you may know, the violet flame was always available in the secret chambers of the temples of Lemuria and Atlantis. And the Lord Christ did have the violet flame and did impart it to some of his disciples two thousand years ago. In this age Saint Germain has chosen to sponsor that flame and to bear the burden when it is misused. This in itself is a colossal dispensation!
Therefore you must understand why the Master Saint Germain does not lightly take on chelas directly under his mantle. For he is already bearing the burdens of those who have misused the violet flame by not having the right vibration when they did invoke it or send it forth.
Nevertheless, beloved, there are at least a million souls on earth, whether on inner or outer levels, who are fully aware of the violet flame or who in their service to life and in their service under the Maha Chohan have the equivalent of the violet flame even though they do not have a name for it. Some call it the violet light. They see that light, they are attracted to it, and they attract it to their auras.
We have come to ask you to keep a violet flame vigil as intensely and as continuously as possible to the hour of Saint Germain’s Ascension Day on May 1 and throughout the July conference. We desire to see the action of the violet flame deliver you from all shackles put upon you by enemies who “know not what they do.” May the Father-Mother God forgive them. And may they receive enlightenment, and may they receive it quickly that they might not pass from the screen of life having so abused others without atoning through the law of forgiveness.
Blessed ones, we behold the coming of the New Age and the New Day. Yet the success of the New Age, as Arcturus and Victoria and all who are of the Seventh Ray would tell you, is absolutely dependent upon your invocation of the violet flame.
When circumstances do not permit you to decree, it is perfectly all right to play the violet flame decrees continuously on your tape recorders (even at a very low level if necessary) in your homes, offices and vehicles. By this system, the action of the calls to the violet flame that have gone forth from this altar will constantly purify and modify the human consciousness of the planet, wearing it down to the place where it once again has malleability and can receive the molding influences of the violet flame.
Wonders have already been accomplished. Certain elements of cataclysm that would have descended have not descended. Certain wars that would have erupted in the past year have not erupted. You have forestalled some of the dire events that we have seen projected on the screen of life.
Therefore I must commend you and all Keepers of the Flame around the world for your tireless service. And I remind you, as the Elohim have said, that in your Causal Bodies you are larger than life, for when you are centered there you are in your true spiritual selfhood. Never, never, never think that a single call you offer to the violet flame is not worth a million prayers of others who do not invoke the violet flame. The multiplication factor of your work is tremendous! <1> You must believe me. And you must know in your hearts that this is true.
You must hold fast to your perception of the reality of Omri-Tas and of the reality of his coming. Yes, beloved. And Melchizedek and the priests and priestesses of the sacred fire of all time are also a part of the stupendous violet flame action that we see happening on earth. Some of these priests and priestesses have graduated from earth’s schoolroom and some have remained on earth as bodhisattvas and may be making their way to this retreat.
There is a momentum gathering. It has been gathering throughout this century because of the work of many who have followed the path of Saint Germain and his violet flame. It is building. It is building every day, beloved. And you are moving toward that ultimate confrontation wherein the wave of darkness that could inundate a planet and cause great cataclysm does meet the wall of light that is infinite in height, the wall of violet flame. You can see this wall of violet flame as a giant tidal wave that swells to its peak and then inundates and covers the entire earth.
As returning karma mounts in a wave of darkness, so let your fiats and decrees and our answer to your calls build that wall of the violet flame sea that shall be greater, higher, more intense and more powerful than all of the world’s karma rolled up in one in that hour when there must be an ultimate accounting before Almighty God.
You are building, and you are building constantly, beloved. And soon the whole world will know of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters, for many have determined to sponsor the release of these Teachings on satellite and through other means of communication.
We are gratified and we desire that you take your steps carefully. For once the world becomes aware of the gift of the violet flame and the Teachings of the Ascended Masters, you will surely be flooded with many, many letters and phone calls from souls who desire to be God-taught and therefore must be God-taught.
Anything is possible in this hour. Realize this! It is 1995. Think what you can accomplish in a five-year period, in a seven-year period. Think how you can transform the planet! Come together in your groups and in your Teaching Centers and decide what is the most effective means at your disposal for reaching the most people with the very simple mantras to the violet flame that you have been given.
People are desperate! They know the answer is out there; and yet, beloved, they cannot find it. They do not have a link to anyone who has a link to someone who has a link to someone else who knows of this activity.
This is the time to give your calls. Use the remainder of this conference to give your fiats and decrees for the knowledge of the glory of God, in and as the violet flame, to cover the earth as the waters cover the sea. <2>
This is our love. This is our adoration of the Seventh Ray. This is our reason for being!
O beloved, will you respond to our call and coat the earth with violet flame? [Congregation responds: “Yes!”]
Let us see to it, then, that this Saturday-night vigil is a continuing vigil of the violet flame unto the morrow, when you celebrate the mighty resurrection of the Lord and Saviour. Let it be your resurrection, beloved! Let it be the transformation of your life!
We are one with you.
We are in the indomitable heart of Elohim.
O blessed ones, there are numberless numbers of legions of light simply waiting to respond to your calls. Remember to call to the Seven Archangels and the Seven Holy Kumaras. <3> Once an hour send them forth on their missions of rescue, rescue, rescue!
In the infinite fire of the Great Central Sun, we are come. We move with Uriel! We move with Gabriel and all the Archangels! We move, beloved, and we are moving mountains of darkness and casting them into the lake of sacred fire in answer to your call.
Come with us! Come with us this night as we take you on a tour of the retreats of the Archangels, and you will see a splendor that you have not known for centuries. For the inner sanctum of these temples will be opened unto you.
Therefore I say, take your leave, go forth. For the hour of the victory of planet earth is at hand. And we desire you to know directly just what is the power of Elohim and Archangels and all of the bright souls who make up the Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood.
Now come Seventh Ray angels—they are majestic, beloved— angels of ritual, the sacred ritual of life. They come dressed in the beauty of the violet flame. They attend you and they bring now an ampule of concentrated elixir of violet flame. At the etheric level you receive it now and your souls rejoice, rejoice for the gift of this purifying energy, strengthening energy, balancing energy. See that you internalize it.
This, then, is our gift of love to you. This, then, is our vision. Surely, surely, surely our God and his people shall have their day and their victory.
One and all, we bow to you and to the Light of God within you. And we now connect you through your heart chakras to souls of light all over the world who are waiting for you to make contact with them.
Is not Saint Germain’s expertise in the science of communications the answer to the swift spreading abroad of this message? I think so.
You are sealed and blessed by these angels, who yet hover over you. They are very friendly angels and they have asked permission of us to tarry with you as you go to your places of rest that they might then escort you to the temples of the Archangels.
In the holy flame of the resurrection lily, I seal your heart flames in the pattern of the Father-Mother God, in the pattern of the Trinity.

This dictation by Archangel Zadkiel and Holy Amethyst was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, on Holy Saturday, April 15, 1995. The second movement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony was played as the meditation music before the dictation.
