“Give the Decree to Astrea 144 Times”
As you meditate on this piece, <1>beloved, consider that each note and the intensity of the note and the octave in which the note is played indicate a point of initiation. There is encapsulated in this piece the sense of perpetual initiation, perpetual testing up and down the scales of life.
Understand me and accelerate!
Because I stand as the Hierarch of the Age of Aquarius and my burdens are great in the earth and for the earth, I take on few chelas directly, on a one-on-one basis. But I tell you, beloved, I did appear and make myself known to your Messenger when she was eighteen years of age, and I accepted her as chela in this life. And later I arranged for her to be trained by El Morya through Mark; and at the conclusion of that training, I did place upon her the mantle of Messenger.
Recall, then, beloved, that you may stand in the place of the Holy of holies, for God is no respecter of persons. <2> Therefore, qualify thy soul. Let thy soul become the chela of your Holy Christ Self, with the guardian action of the Messenger’s counsel.
When you are right with your Holy Christ Self, then you stand beneath the Almighty and the shadow of the Almighty is upon you <3>and you are protected and you are drawn in to the fiery coil of being. You can come to resolution with your soul and with your Christhood by sacred fire all-consuming.
Thus, I sent the thought to the Messenger and the thought became reality through you: “Give the call to Astrea <4>144 times. See, then, what will transpire in your chakras, in your world—the clearing of the mind, the healing of the soul.”
I desire this acceleration for you personally that you might walk with your God, with your Holy Christ Self as Mediator, and find yourself, each one, no longer between the fire of God and the fire of hell itself. For it is not a comfortable place to be, beloved. Therefore, strive to enter in. Strive to enter in to the Holy of holies of your own being. Come to the place of safety—spiritual safety, the safety of the soul, and physical safety.
I, then, recommend that you continue reciting 144 Astreas at your services. Each set of 144 will take approximately two and a half hours and will work wonders in your world for your supply, for your healing, and to strip you of any and all negative thoughts and feelings, states of consciousness, influences from discarnate entities and harmful substances that have lodged in your four lower bodies. There is nothing like Astrea’s decree to raise you to a new pinnacle of vision, the vision to know which way to go.
I come this day at “halftime”—between winter solstice and summer solstice. I come at spring equinox. Each year this halftime is an opportunity for you to take an accounting of self and Community, realizing that a quarter of the year has slipped through your fingers as the sands descend through the hourglass. As Morya says, tempus fugit.
Know, then, beloved, that from now to the hour of the celebration of the resurrection of our Lord is a time for the erasing of sin and the sense of sin, of error and backsliding. It is a time for coming before God with fastings and prayers, offering extraordinary ablutions and the internalization of the Word.
Easter is a time for the resurrection of the soul to new awarenesses and heights of glory and for the strengthening once again of the tie to the Holy Christ Self. In preparation for Easter, the Lenten season, from Ash Wednesday (March 1, 1995) through Holy Saturday (April 15, 1995), is indeed a time of self-purging that you might attract wondrous souls from around the earth to the transfiguring path of the Ascended Masters.
These souls will come here, and they will recognize you and learn of the power that is present in the call to God and in the bestowal of the Light, whether upon the Messenger or your very selves. For you have raised up the chalice of self and I have filled it, for you are not found wanting.
It was Saint Patrick who insisted upon confession of sin and penance <5>to restore the soul to that alertness, to that presence of mind that is able to say:
Here am I, Lord. Speak, for thy servant heareth!

That readiness, that preparedness allows you to save many souls in the earth and at night to take flight from your body to be with Jesus at his retreat. And as you study there these days, <7>so know that the Lord Jesus takes you around the world that you might observe scenes, situations, predicaments and the great burdens upon many people who have no way out—no way out whatsoever from poverty, disease, malnutrition and death. How few upon earth know the blessing of my sponsorship.
Let it be understood, beloved, that where there is no opportunity for me to tie in to even a seed of God-awareness, I cannot sponsor. But when you pray and when you give your calls to Astrea, calling unto God to intercede on behalf of mankind and the youth of the world, your Astrea decrees encircle worlds of people, whirling that circle of blue flame around them, cutting them free with the sword as the Great Law and their karma will allow so that I may then sponsor them.
You can raise yourself up. That is a truth. You can do it in God. You can transcend mortality as I did. You can taste your immortality even while in this flesh. But you must work at it. You must focus on it. You must get out of the grave of buried problems. You must get out of the self-made grave of your dark vision of self and others.
See Christ. Know his glory. Live in that glory and understand that legions of angels and mighty hosts and armies of God approach the earth in your defense and on behalf of all Lightbearers and servants of God. They desire to quicken a people.
How shall a people be quickened unless voices that speak in this octave teach them the quickening laws of the science of the spoken Word?
Let that spoken Word go forth! Teach your children, teach the people the mantra, the science of mantra and empowerment.
I return, then, to one of Lanello’s concerns—his concern regarding the absence among you of the gift of discernment of spirits from the Holy Spirit. <8> I remind you that we wait day upon day for you to seek and find that gift, to be willing to have that gift, to no longer close your third eye and say: “I will not look. I do not choose to see, to know. I am comfortable in my blind ignorance.”
You do not say such things consciously but unconsciously. And therefore, unconsciously you push away the gift of discernment of spirits.
To know what is what and who is who and what you are dealing with is absolutely essential in these times. For charlatans come. They present their wares. And as it has been said, you have not distinguished between that which is spiritual and that which is psychic. <9> You can be lost in the psychic so quickly, almost as if you had stepped into quicksand or into the mud that remains at low tide and were being pulled under.
Beloved hearts, know, then, that it is well to also give the decree to Cyclopea, the Beholder of Perfection, <10> 144 times. By so giving this call to the All-Seeing Eye of God, you can see and know what you see and then be able to make decisions based on what you see. For what you are ignorant of you cannot deal with justly. And you have short days till the hour when you are called Home. A half a century is considered short days for those who would balance their karma and follow the Bodhisattva ideal. Yes, my beloved.
And my precious one present today, my beloved Anita Buchanan, who celebrates her ninetieth birthday, she does know the meaning of the days and the times and the seasons. It was she who, as Queen Isabella, did provide the funds for me to make that memorable voyage to the West Indies. <11>
Therefore I bow to this blessed soul of Light. And I give to her my love and my commitment for the hour of her victory. For surely the victory of my voyage of discovery was largely the result of her support. And that victory does come full circle each time I think upon it.
Thus know that century upon century the saints have given and given. The saints made it possible for those of us who are now ascended to work the works that we had to work in our day. In the days when we were unascended, we reached our goal, we accomplished our ends because we had friends, beloved—friends such as you who are here today.
And you who are here today can have a victory as great, as magnificent and as fulfilling as you determine to make it. On the one hand, heaven measures your victory by heaven’s standard. But on the other hand, you gauge the measure of your own victory—the measure of your striving, the measure of your willingness to set aside the inner sorrow and the inner pain for the greater cause and to simply say:
This day Saint Germain needs me.
This day I hear his call as I awaken from sleep.
And I will say again:
“Here am I, Lord. Speak, for thy servant heareth!”
Many of you have been tried in the fire of God’s purging love and tried again and again. Know, then, beloved, that the burdens you have faced and the challenges you have met are for your victory, are for your ascension.
And we push and we push and we push again. And sometimes you are weary to the bone. Perhaps you have lost the vision that it is because we love you that we give you the opportunity to meet head-on and vanquish major challenges to earth’s freedom.
But despite all obstacles, you have agreed to take on these challenges and you have acted with dispatch and you have delivered your decrees and you have moved on, and we are grateful. And good things are happening in the world because you have kept the vigil of the violet flame.
I am profoundly grateful to all of you who have responded to my call and made it your business to come together on Saturday nights to invoke the violet flame.
Well, beloved hearts, I could be here several hours telling you of the lives that have been saved, the people who have been uplifted, those who are coming to this Community because you have given your calls to the violet flame and because you would not be moved from your seat in this court in this headquarters that I call my own with Lord Maitreya.
Understand that the greater the challenges you face and conquer, the greater the victory you shall have in the end. And that is why the Lord chooses to chasten and chasten again and again until you are fired in the kiln of the Lord unto the day of your immortality, even assimilating essences of that immortality long before you take your ascension.
Be not bowed down before the pip-squeaks of your time who “pip” and “squeak” and criticize and complain. Blessed ones, it is a shame that they left off the Path. And I tell you, it will be long, long centuries before those who have maligned the Path, our representatives and all that we stand for will find the Path again.
I tell you, beloved, that there is tremendous opportunity today for those who would seek and find their victory. And the Lords of Karma have asked me to tell you that if you will remain steadfast in your violet flame services and if you will keep your vigil of giving 144 Astreas thrice weekly (Sunday, Tuesday and Friday), you will see Elohim scour the earth of the most base elements of Evil, demons and darkness tormenting souls who were originally souls of Light.
To think of that swirling action of the circle and sword of Astrea around the earth and into its core, across the meridians and into every household—to think that you are making that happen! Why, beloved, rejoice! Rejoice that you are alive and well on planet earth in this hour and able to multiply the power of this opportunity!
And I, Saint Germain, desire to see every Teaching Center and Study Group on earth hooked up by a phone patch to this court for Friday- and Saturday-night vigils and Sunday dictations. For then you shall see the rays of light going forth from your I AM Presence in an unbroken stream, and you will see that your bonds of oneness cannot be broken, cannot be broken for the power of the Word that shall sweep the earth because you are of one accord, one voice, one heart.
The power of the spoken Word that you give at an accelerated pace, beloved, does neutralize all attempts of extraterrestrials in their spacecraft to do harm to the inhabitants of planet earth. For when you are in agreement and in harmony in Jesus’ name, those of evil intent are not able to turn back or undo or overthrow any part of what you are.
This is especially true whenever you keep the circle and sword patterns of Astrea and the patterns of such decrees as “Reverse the Tide,” the Judgment Call, the Dweller Call and the Ruby Ray Exorcism moving at the speed that you have achieved.
Let those who come newly into our organization work with those who can teach them the slow pace of a heartfelt devotion and eventually the fervor and intensity of a stepped-up pace until they are able to join you in your march of Astrea’s call.
Oh, beloved, there is a whiteness in the earth this day, a whiteness profound that penetrates all levels of being! And every form of life, from the tiny amoeba to Elohim, is a part of Astrea’s dance of the hours in the earth this day.
I tell you, it is a miracle that you are in the earth and that you are willing to give this decree with the fire and purity and vision with which you give it. I commend you, beloved. I commend you with my heart, for I am seeing things beginning to turn around.
Some things have been turned around and some have not. What has not been turned around is the enmity of the hordes of war who yet inhabit the earth, who are rejects from other planetary chains who have come in their disguises over the centuries.
They yet plot war. They lust after your souls and after the light of your souls. They lust after territory that they would gain. And above all, beloved, they would destroy America, for America is the place of victory. But always remember that they cannot deprive you of that victory—unless you allow them to.
Understand this principle: if they can destroy America, there is no hope for the rest of the world. And therefore these fallen angels have come to destroy the youth and the coming generations.
But you will not allow it! You will give your calls to God on behalf of the youth. You will take out your Archangel Michael (ceremonial) swords. And when you travel on your vacations, you will deliver the Teachings of the Ascended Masters and you will bring in the souls of Light.
It does not matter what the numbers, beloved. We will go to the ends of the earth to bring one soul of Light to this altar of God. And that one soul of Light may himself be a potential avatar.
Yes, beloved, the white fire of the Great Central Sun of Alpha and Omega be upon you and in you and through you in this hour. For in three short days, having twice given the call to Astrea 144 times, you have been the instruments of tremendous change! This is a magnificent accomplishment.
By the power of your Astreas you have summoned Elohim. You have summoned Manus, the very ones who will come for our July conference. <12> You have summoned them by your fervor. You have summoned the energy of the white fire core of the Five Dhyani Buddhas, and that fire is placed over your hearts. And you can feel the strength of your heartbeat and you can feel the zeal of the Lord in your hearts and in your auras.
I tell you, beloved, when you, as the keepers of the gate, are at such a moment, you must recognize that all kinds of nonsense may be flung at you from this corner and that corner or from your own mind or subconscious or unconscious. Do not heed it! Do not be pulled away from your first love by the tides of the emotional (i.e., desire) body.
Do not, do not, do not be moved!
What is that to thee? Follow the Lord Christ. Follow me! <13> For you have such an opportunity to turn back prophecy.
But I cannot overestimate how important it is for Keepers of the Flame around the world to be connected to this altar. I say, it will establish those lines of force and those connections whereby the light will flow into our center at headquarters and then flow out to our focuses throughout the world, as the tides of the sea coming in and going out. And you will feel the rhythm of that light going forth from the high altar to your altars, beloved hearts, and then back again to Maitreya’s heart.
This opportunity is a miracle of the age of communication, just as it is a precursor to your placing the Teachings of the Ascended Masters on satellite. And since I have been so much a part of the scientific age, beloved, I am gratified that our chelas can directly profit by the groundwork I have laid and can multiply, by the power of the ten thousand-times-ten thousand, the decree energy that will unite all chelas on planet earth with each other and eventually with all chelas in the etheric octave through their connection to the Hub—King Arthur’s Court.
Do you understand, beloved, what a gigantic opportunity it is to have all Keepers of the Flame on earth connected and the light therefore flowing through their hearts to King Arthur’s Court and back again to be anchored in their centers, passing through the earth and the higher atmosphere on the way?
Thus, we may send souls of Light to be born on earth because we know that once you have started this planetary alchemy, you will never stop, you will never cease reinforcing your connection to God and one another. You will see what you can accomplish, and you will see just what I envisioned when I founded the Keepers of the Flame Fraternity.
Oh yes, beloved, the fallen ones have misused the media. They have misused television. They have attempted to ruin the minds of children and youth. But I tell you, they will not stop you from using mass communication to gain the victory of earth itself.
My beloved chelas, I look forward to the July conference.

In the name of the beloved Mighty Victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, Mighty I AM Presence and Holy Christ Selves of Keepers of the Flame, Lightbearers of the world and all who are to ascend in this life, by and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in the Threefold Flame burning within my heart, I call to beloved Mighty Astrea and Purity, Archangel Gabriel and Hope, beloved Serapis Bey and the seraphim and cherubim of God, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water and earth! to lock your cosmic circles and swords of blue flame in, through and around my four lower bodies, my electronic belt, my heart chakra and all of my chakras, my entire consciousness, being and world.

This dictation by Saint Germain was delivered by the Messenger of the Great White Brotherhood, Elizabeth Clare Prophet, on the Feast of Saint Joseph, Sunday, March 19, 1995, at the Royal Teton Ranch, Park County, Montana. In preparation for the dictation, the Messenger read I Sam. 1-3, 4:1 on the birth of Samuel and his calling while still a child to be a prophet of the Lord.
