Legions of Truth, I Call You!
I, Hilarion, call for a campaign on behalf of the children of the world. And I call to those very ones who were with Peter and who did receive the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost and witnessed the adding to the Church of the three thousand <1> and eventually the tens of thousands unto the millions throughout the earth.
In that hour the truth of the Lord Christ was unadulterated by hierarchy. And, yes, we met the Sanhedrin. We met the powers that be of Rome and we stood our ground. For we were enlivened and infilled by the Holy Ghost; and thus it was said of those who were with Peter on Pentecost, “These men are full of new wine.” Yet they were drunk with the portion of the Holy Spirit that was upon them. <2>
I call out from among you and all peoples of the earth the souls who were there. For I come to multiply by that Spirit Most Holy the momentum of apostleship that must be upon ye all.
Therefore I commend you for searching the deep things of God, <3> the deep levels of being, and for exorcising, by the ruby ray, elements of consciousness that must go into the sacred fire. And so, day by day you are being strengthened and the sacred fire does rise upon the altar of being. Treasure, treasure the privilege of so having this momentum.
For I come bearing the mantle of my Lord. I was embodied as the apostle Paul. I come before you as one who persecuted Christians and who sat at the feet of Gamaliel, who was a Pharisee. But, beloved ones, I came to know the Lord, for I was blinded by him. His light did pierce and blind me, even as I had been blind to the worth of the followers of Christ. <4>
Now then, beloved, you ought to know by heart the Book of Acts, chapter by chapter, for then you will know and believe that the acts of the apostles may be repeated by you today. And those pastors who declare that the gifts of the Spirit that came upon the people on Pentecost were only for that time do lie. I tell you, they do not speak the truth, for the gifts of the Spirit are available to you this day and forever!
Therefore, clean house. Clean the five physical senses. Clean the five senses of the soul. And let your body become the receptacle whereby those gifts of empowerment enable you to stand before the enemy of God. No matter what the guise of the enemy, you must stand and still stand in fearlessness flame. And remember that fearlessness flame is a fiery white tinged in green. And so that flame, empowered by the white and the green, accelerates the action of fearlessness in your world.
Challenge fear and doubt within your being! Challenge your sense of being in the human consciousness, when you are a divine receptacle of God.
Now I announce to you my campaign for the youth of the world, for I come on the Fifth Ray and all legions of Truth with me.
Who here will call themselves legions of Truth?
[Congregation responds: “I will!”]
Stand, therefore, for I address you in the Holy of holies of your being! [Congregation stands.] And I recite to you the following information: Satanism is on the rise in this century in this country and throughout the world. There is voodoo within the Catholic Church in South America and elsewhere. There is horrendous projecting of absolute viciousness of Darkness upon the little children through the Saturday morning cartoons. There is Satanism in rock music. There is Satanism in the motion picture industry.
Such things are happening. But they are not happening before your very eyes, for your eyes are upon the altar of God. I say, drink in the nectar of the altar of God and then look at the world and see what is happening to the children of this planetary home.
I speak of black magic and witchcraft. I speak of the horrendous dealings of the false hierarchy in religious movements that claim to be of God but are not of God. And some do not even claim to be of God, for their members worship some human being in a self-styled religion based on a pseudoscience.
I speak to you with great intensity and I say, the ruby-ray sword of exorcism must be wielded by every one of you lest you lose the souls of your children and generations to come. This is a serious matter, beloved.
You will find varying degrees of witchcraft, black magic and variance in all nations of the earth. And be mindful that when the spacecraft come, they come with evil ones at the controls. And they also practice a form of black magic by using certain sounds and tones not audible to the human ear to project an intensity of psychotronics, bombarding the body, bombarding the body and bombarding the body!
Therefore, take yourself up a notch in octave and in consciousness so that you are in the flesh, in the body and in the world, but out of harm’s way because you have daily erected the pillar of fire, whose thoughtform the Messenger gave you years ago in the illustration of the fiery coil. <5> You must ascend over the coils of that pillar of fire and secure yourself at the place in that spiral where you are out of harm’s way, else you will constantly be a victim of the slings and arrows <*> as well as the mudslinging directed against you.
This is the way to be in the earth and not of it. It requires that each day you put on the whole armour of God, the full tube of light. As you give the “Violet Fire and Tube of Light Decree” at least three times, visualize yourself in the center of that tube of light. It has no beginning or ending. It passes through the center of the earth and through the center of the heart of Helios and Vesta in the sun of this system of worlds. That mighty power of the tube of light accelerating, beloved, is your point of contact with your Holy Christ Self and your I AM Presence.
Give this tube of light decree on behalf of every Lightbearer and servant of God upon the earth and call to Archangel Michael to bind the forces of Darkness, who are on the increase. They are multiplying as black magicians create their cloned demons and discarnates. So it is true, beloved.
I have come before. I have spoken through this Messenger in Minneapolis. I have delivered the judgment upon those who practice witchcraft and black magic, and I deliver that judgment again in this hour. For I am fierce against the powers that be of the underworld, who never descended from the heart of God and never shall ascend to the heart of God. Therefore they must target you while you are in the valley of decision, while you are in the earth plane and while you yet wear a body of clay.
So understand that moment by moment by moment you are collecting increments of your immortality as drops of light, and these drops of light are coating the cells and penetrating the cells and fortifying them. So, putting on your immortality is a process whereby your soul ascends ascension’s coil.
You recall the dictation wherein I announced that the ascension coil was beginning to manifest in the body of your Mark Prophet. <6> So I tell you, beloved, any of you can raise up the ascension coil by purity of heart, by raising up the Mother Light of the sacred fire within you and anchoring it in the third-eye chakra. And I am in that third-eye chakra in the emerald green focus.
I AM Hilarion and I come to bring you the wisdom (wise dominion) of healing and the science of healing. I come to teach you how to heal the diseases of the people of earth, how to heal their disgraceful ignorance and their ignoring of those things that are being fed to the minds, the bodies and the souls of the children and all people.
Therefore, legions of Truth, I call to you! Legions of Truth, I call to you! I ask you to take the helmet and the sword of Pallas Athena, who defends the truth before you as a member of the Karmic Board. And I ask you to enlist this mighty one of God to enter and reinforce your ranks.
Blessed ones, if such willful ignorance continues, where shall we find the genetic material for the next generation to carry on even these very Teachings?
It is a perilous time and it remains to be seen whether or not civilization shall accelerate and continue or decelerate because those who are here will say: “Well, we are sixty years old, we are seventy years old, we are eighty years old. We will be passing from this world. Therefore, we will go traveling in our campers. We will go out and play golf. We will not mind what is happening to the youth of the world. It is their world and we will turn it over to them.”
I say, in all religions of the East, it is the wisdom of the elders that brings stability to the spiritual retreats and to the governments that carry on the traditions of civilization. Now is not the hour for those who have reared their children, those who have the wisdom of experience, who have been successful, to make merry and indulge themselves in the things of the flesh but rather it is the hour for them to set the example to their nations and to the entire world by taking a forceful stand for the absolute God-protection of the youth.
I come to you in great seriousness this day. Some of you know these things and some of you do not know them. But I tell you, it is as though there were termites boring into the very hearts and bones and flesh of your children as they are riveted before the TV sets and as they are allowed to see motion pictures that are not fit for human consumption!
I say to you, beloved, you must wage war! There is no other way to deal with this situation. You must wage war by giving your fiats to the Archangels at the altar of God, and then you must present your statements and your challenges in the right way and in the right circumstances to bring enlightenment to the people as to what is happening to the youth.
You remember the dictations that were given in the Heart this past summer regarding education and psychology and the bombardment of children by the media. <7> I say, this bombardment must be outlawed! For I AM Hilarion, and I am sealing you in your third-eye chakra, which is the eye you use for mental and spiritual imaging.
And your children must know how to image. Everything that they can see physically they must be able to see mentally through the third eye. Today’s children often cannot do this, beloved ones. And therefore they must be given daily exercises in school for inner visualization that they might not only visualize but use the All-Seeing Eye of God to project the precipitation of mighty Truth in the earth.
Teach your children in this Community how to use the rays emitted from their chakras as beacons of light. Let artists draw the figure of a child, illustrating the seven chakras on his body with beacons of light going forth from them lighting a world with divine love, for instance, or with the purity of the base chakra or with the wisdom of the thousand-petaled lotus of the crown chakra.
Understand this. Children must be given the vision of their inner beings and their spiritual bodies so that they are no longer simply leaning upon the arm of flesh as though that flesh were their real identity.
To the children of the Light and those who are spiritual in all movements throughout the world, I send legions of Truth! Pallas Athena sends legions of Truth! Archangel Raphael and Mother Mary and all those serving on the Fifth Ray send legions of Truth, healing and abundance. I tell you, the invigorating substance of the Fifth Ray is like the chlorophyll that is in the plant kingdom. It nourishes the cells and the mind.
Therefore, let healing go forth! And let those parents who know better seek not only to protect their own but to protect the millions of children and their parents who know not what is the viciousness, the viciousness behind the television programs and cartoons that are projected upon the screens of children’s minds every day, sometimes so early in the morning that their parents are not even up and thus the children are programmed for the day and for life before their parents even get out of bed.
I tell you, beloved, if you would see a golden age, build it now! Build it on the concrete foundation of the mighty emerald ray of Truth. Let crystals of emerald ray be seen in your third eye, and may you project this living Truth for the defense of the souls of all servants of God upon this planet!
Yes, I know of Gnosticism. Yes, I know of the Kabbalah. Yes, I know that Gnostics have said that this world is an evil place and that their goal is to get out of this world. <8> Yes, I know that Kabbalists have said that the soul is in exile while she is in this world and that she longs to return to her source, God. Well, this is one approach, beloved, and it is surely so when you are seeking your ascension in the Light. But I say, there is a descending current that must invigorate your being whereby you go forth in the earth and bind the fallen ones who are allowing the children to be killed in the streets and in the abortion mills.
O beloved ones, you have much to do! And those of us who are ascended can only wish that we were in embodiment among you this day.
Therefore, I come in the fullness of my presence as the apostle Paul and as the fourth-century healer Hilarion, who I was in my final incarnation. It was in that incarnation, beloved, that I balanced all my karma by applying the flame of healing. Wherever I went, I was called upon to heal, even to heal the wind and the wave and the conditions of the sea. Yes, beloved, there was nowhere that I could go, even out in the desert, where many would not follow me and pursue me and beg for healing. <9>
Blessed hearts, if you would have the mantle of healing, then take the newly released healing tape <10> and play it constantly for a season, memorizing the worded cadences. Enter in to the healing matrices fashioned into dynamic decrees and sing the hymns to Raphael and Mary whenever you can. And call, beloved, for the healing of your minds and hearts and souls and for the purging of all that is less than the mighty power of Truth within you.
I come to announce to you, then, that I will overshadow you as you seek in many forms to anoint one another with the holy oil, to wash one another’s feet—that is, the foundations of understanding—to wash the four lower bodies and to bring all into congruency with their own Holy Christ Self.
Legions of Truth, I call you from around the world! And I tell each one of you here that there are many, many souls who, though they be a part of many religious movements or none, have a fiery determination to bring this world back to the place that God intended it to be. Therefore, join forces with anyone who does carry the flame—the cosmic honor flame and the flame of living Truth.

6. Announcement of the ascension coil beginning to manifest in the Messenger Mark L. Prophet. In a dictation delivered through the Messenger Mark L. Prophet on October 7, 1962, the Ascended Master Hilarion announced: “The Messenger that stands before you has had a special anointing of the sacred fire preparatory to this address this day which has caused the very physical atoms of his body to change. And within him an action has taken place in preparation for his own ascension. Yet he shall walk among you for a time.”
Mark Prophet made his ascension on February 26, 1973. In a dictation delivered through Elizabeth Clare Prophet on May 4, 1991, the Ascended Master Amen Bey said: “Let not a day conclude, beloved ones, that you do not claim an increment of your ascension. How well I remember the initiation given to Mark Prophet years before his ascension, when that flame was established, beginning at the feet and at the legs and anchored there. And thus, you who are preparing to enter that flame sometime in this century or the next as the years of your life span unfold, know that if you are a candidate for the ascension, you do receive increments of that fire. And thus, as though you were being built and rebuilt stone upon stone, now of lively stones replacing the rays of mortality with the rays of immortality, so you will find that the capstone upon your pyramid of being shall be the culmination of the full and intense action of the ascension flame” (see 1991 PoW, pp. 379-80).
