Lightbearers of the United States and Canada,
Let the Union Come Forth!
Ho! Lightbearers of the Age,
You are summoned by God and the Divine Mother. Happy are ye to be called of Him. Happy are ye who have longed for this call for aeons.
Now, beloved, consider the “Light” work of the Great White Brotherhood—this grand cooperative venture which we bear that is indeed the healing of the nations.
Let the Lightbearers of the United States and Canada form a circle of Light so great. Let the Union come forth for a holy purpose, and that purpose being the successful challenge of these fallen ones who have controlled the earth for thousands of years.
Beloved, it will take many hearts of fire, and ye are the flaming ones. Understand that where others have failed, ye shall succeed! For the LORD thy God has decreed it this day.
It is the faithful and true Lightbearers who perceive that the one alone is as the sheep to the slaughter. But the ten thousand times ten thousand saints of this Mighty One who is The Faithful and True <1> leading you onward—truly that Universal Christ—this, then, is the unfailing Presence incarnate.
Out of the many, the one Light. Into the many and through the many, the one Light does shine.
Before that Light, O beloved, all of hell does tremble this day. You come at a moment of destiny when the portals of heaven are opened and you may see stepping through the veil angel bands who not only summon but train and teach and tutor your hearts for the disciplines required in the victorious accomplishment of the new age at hand.
I salute you, therefore, and I greet you in the name of my beloved Mary. O my beloved Mary! So above me this day she does radiate her Light—the Archeia of the Fifth Ray come for healing—and we two together join with the Fifth-Ray Masters and Saint Germain in proclaiming for Canada the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness, in proclaiming for this mighty people of ancient origins and destiny this new tenfold opportunity to multiply Truth and to be there in the hour not only of the LORD’s coming but of the coming of the challengers to take that LORD from these little ones.
O Eternal Youth, <2> it is a fiery forum in which we are engaged. It is the forum of voices above, hearts below deliberating—concerned citizens, pilgrims of peace, as well as freedom fighters in every nation.
Hearts of Light, unite under the Law of the One. The banner is Union, and we say, Remember, ye are brethren! Therefore, consolidate in the ranks of the heart and be free to maintain your views apart. For the position of free will of the soul is honored but the fight for the victory is won in the unity of Light and Light’s goal.
Let the diversity of accomplishment come, then, into this unity of purpose. Let all see this day what they might accomplish with the work of the hand, the meditation of the heart.
Oh, let the Teaching go forth. Let the Great Central Sun Magnet draw you together to face the issues in the worldwide prayer vigils. Let them begin again. Let them continue. Focus on one issue until, beloved, you have cracked to the very roots of that conspiracy against one nation or many.
As has oft been said, yet it is so true, when one individual upon a planet is enslaved, none are free. None is free, beloved, when the heart yet is bound and cannot release the Presence of that Christ, whose Person does step through the veil through your own heart chakra.
Do you understand how you are an integral part of his Second Coming? The Second Coming of the Lord Christ is indeed with the clouds of glory of the Mighty I AM Presence as your Christ Self steps through the veil, enters your form, occupies the temple until the eye of living Christ does appear—until every eye shall see him. <3>
Have you not glimpsed, as I have, in one another the glimmer of the eye that becomes a burning light unmistakable in the soul who has touched truly not alone the hem but the Sacred Heart of Jesus?
In this hour, beloved, there is great hope in heaven, great determination here below and that sense electric among all angels of the bands of the seven that there is come the time when the good people will do better—when they will catch this spark of the revolution of the Universal Christ in all, finally and forever putting down the tyranny of evil minds sewn in the interlining of the body politic of the earth.
Let us, then, retreat to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, for we do come with a message of the healing power of angels. We come to release into your bodies a healing light not alone for thee, beloved; for many suffer, as you know, in degrees fearsome to be borne. Let thyself, then, be a torch of healing fire—a firebrand itself that might anoint and release this light into form.
Wouldst thou be a Healing Master? First be initiate, the disciple learning from the Healing Master, the apostle Paul or one of our bands. Understand the principle of ritual in bringing forth into the physical plane that which is desired as the point of self-mastery.
Beloved, daily go to the altar. Select those decrees that will lead to the goal—in this case, the healing decrees you have given and the violet flame and much protection. This, with Archangel Michael’s Rosary, you shall have. For to raise up a healing light and to challenge those black magicians in the fields of science and medicine that have withheld from the people the true knowledge of health and the unguents of healing, beloved, this does require the presence perpetual of Archangel Michael.
What with the brief attention span of the Western mind, we often find that those who come with joy to the fount and leave with promises to keep do not always understand that promises must be kept if the alchemy of your desiring is to be filled. What will happen to the angel of my band who tends your altar when you, the chalice, are not there at the appointed hour—determined by yourself, mind you? But whatever the hour, if the angel come and find you not, how will he pour the water of Life when the vessel be not present?
These things require precision. Prayer is a mathematics of the Spirit and the Word itself is all that this Matter is composed of. Think upon it. Withdraw the Word from the Matter universe and time and space should collapse.
The Word, then, sustains the pattern which you have called “matrix.” Matrix, then, is the womb, it is the crucible where life appears and grows and expands. Let thy word, then, be the Word of God for sustaining the momentum and the very spiritual force behind anything which you undertake, be it building or a job or a business or a work in this Coming Revolution.
You must sustain the fire and now come to understand that it has been the alchemists and the members of societies who have pursued the mysteries of God who have held a nucleus of fire upon which all civilizations have been built. When there has not been present one or two or five in the midst of such an undertaking, <4> it could not be maintained—perhaps for a while, but not to the length of the fulfillment of purpose.
Take the United States, for example. Two centuries is a very short time. Does not decadence and moral decay and an absence of the sacred fire of true religion undefiled <5> indicate a downward spiraling of that civilization? It has not yet come to its highest century, the third century of Love that does so require the protection and vigil of the Holy Spirit.
And we see in the field of the clergy those with such ambition for money and power and gifts of healing. My, beloved, how they would impress the world that they are healers or favored by God! It is a travesty that the position in which they have placed themselves forces them to demand and demand more money, and yet they have not the Spirit that flows freely to all.
Therefore, beware of spiritual pride and the ambitious in fields of religion. And understand that though there be a surface bubbling of religion, it does not carry the profundity, the depth, I say, of the inner balance required to sustain the building of so great a purpose.
If one could look with sadness as an archangel, would it not rather be upon the United States for omissions and commissions that have detracted from so mighty a dispensation? Beloved, other nations may not have even begun to be free, but to see one so endowed now so caught in the grips of bureaucracy and manipulation and compromisers in the highest offices in the land who do not dare to sacrifice their lives at the point of the principle of Truth, do not dare for reputation’s sake or whatever to tell the people what is really happening—I tell you, this is cause for sadness!
I pray, then, that when Saint Germain does come to this nation [Canada] he will find you alert to the misuses of freedom’s flame that have already occurred to the south and that you will have learned lessons from the mistakes of others and be ready to take up this torch and understand how important it is that the individual be free in every aspect of his life that he may govern himself and that governments exist only for the protection of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness and not the control of all things.
Beloved, it is so. Seek thy God and deliberate the fate of this magnificent nation of human, natural and divine resources truly second to none.
Beloved, many hearts must conspire to challenge forces—forces empowered by the highest levels of the false hierarchies of the fallen angels. They are not pitted against mankind en masse, for they are already completely in their control. They concentrate on the neophyte and the disciple just entering the gates of heavenly octaves and Ascended Master retreats. They concentrate on our spokesmen, our Messengers, our ministering servants, our Keepers of the Flame.
The voice of God is powerful in you in this hour—a powerful force for Truth. May you cherish Truth and Freedom and know that He who has the key of Truth also has the key of Freedom.
Thus, may you see clearly the divine vision that God does hold for this nation. And may you realize what you may do as a bulwark not only of protection of freedom in all the earth but as a reinforcement of that which must come to pass as the victory of Light in the United States and in all North America ere the nations of the earth can be won for freedom. This is a mission cherished by the Lord Jesus and entrusted to your hearts, divinely endowed, overshadowed by angelic hosts and the mightiest focus of Archangel Michael.
Consider, beloved, the motto Noblesse Oblige. <6> The definition of nobility is the threefold flame in the heart. All are noble who have and ennoble that threefold flame. And that which is base and common is the consciousness that denigrates this divine spark to the degradations of the human consciousness.
See now with me, as I have traveled the earth—capture from my aura and from the Messenger’s—states of limitation and burden and especially excessive karma on the other nations of the earth, and come to realize that few outside of North America today are truly free spiritually, economically, culturally to exercise freedom, to defend spiritual liberties, or to move en masse as one mighty army of Light in the challenging of encroachments upon individual liberty.
It is my prayer with that of Mother Mary that you will take as a signal to your nation the lighting of the torch of the Statue of Liberty—that that torch and that flame of illumination is lit for thee also, that the Divine Mother does come to thee as teacher, as protectress, as intercessor, and that Mother Liberty is one of the greatest defenders of this nation, who serves perpetually to inspire in you the highest excellence in all fields.
Healing, then, O flame, come from the heart now of the Maha Chohan. Healing flame of the Holy Spirit, descend through our twin flames! Healing flame, enter the heart of hearts and the Holy of Holies! Heal from within the old hurts and scars and wrongs, my God.
I, Raphael, kneel before this altar, summoning the LORD for the quickening. Quicken, then, all—the All in the all of these vessels. Quicken, then, the seeing and the vision of wholeness.
For I tell you a mystery, beloved, which is not a mystery when told: Only the whole can be made whole! Draw the circle, then, of wholeness as an ovoid of Light. Step into the ovoid you have drawn. Know that this wholeness is, and because you are whole in God in the beginning, you can be and must affirm that you are whole in the ending.
Only the whole can be made whole. To him that hath shall more be added; from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. <7> It is the Law.
Begin, then, the spiral of the path of your discipleship under the Masters of Healing, beginning with the Lord Christ, by placing upon the altar of your heart now the substance of abundance of your inner Christhood. Place upon your altar, beloved, the sacred fire of your spiritual worth and look upon it and say:
“This is my worth today. This is the Light I AM that God has given me. And God is the increase, the multiplier. I will execute the law of transfer of energy. <8> I will summon the Light of my I AM Presence. I shall draw it forth! I shall become all that I AM here below in this form! Because I AM THAT I AM, I have all that I AM.”
Thus, in the center of Being, let the magnet of Selfhood increase and draw more unto itself.
Therefore, we fill the unfruitful void of the poverty consciousness. We raise on high a banner of emerald light. And it is the banner of Saint Patrick, whom we extol as the Ascended Master, the one who does come, then, a revolutionary who dared to take on the Nephilim gods of Ireland—serpents, nay, but fallen angels called Serpents, yea.
Let them be cast out again! Let them be bound because one and the many fear not to give that life and in giving to find it again as personal Christhood for the saving of this nation. Let not this nation be swallowed up by the powers that be East and West and throughout the earth.
O beloved, call forth the protection of your light and resources, that you might stand independent of the entanglements with foreign powers that lust after your light and resources. In the day when thou must stand and stand alone for God, let not these ties to Darkness defeat thy mission.
O America, thou art one in Spirit—Alpha and Omega and the figure-eight flow. Let it start again. Let neighbors get acquainted and embrace as long-lost brethren from sister stars who now remember the ancient mission, yes—we must bring freedom and healing to Terra.
AUM AUM AUM AUM...
Heaven is my throne, earth is my footstool, saith the LORD. <9> Let this, my footstool, then, become my habitation this day through the hearts of my own.
This, beloved, is the message of God to this people of Canada and the United States. Let it be done that you might both sponsor and endow a planet and a people.
I bid you now come in an orderly fashion that I may place my hands upon you and release the Alpha current and by the power of Omega take some burden from you that now must pass into the all-consuming sacred fire of our God.
Messenger’s Invocation:
Beloved Archangel Raphael, beloved Mother Mary, we come before thy flame. And in the name of Jesus Christ, we summon legions of angels of healing. Descend now into North America! Heal the economies of our nations! Heal the people, the laborers, the farmers! Strip now from the powers that be the excessive controls and the manipulation of our money that has brought grievous burdens upon these our people.
We call now to the Lord Christ for the judgment and the binding of those who are the destroyers in the earth and for the restoration of this economy to the economy of the abundant Life and the sacred labor of the Christ flame of our hearts—heart, head, and hand. Restore us, body, mind, and soul. Expel the toxins and pollutions that interfere with our spiritual awareness.
O legions of healing Light, millions of angels of Raphael and Mother Mary! Go forth in a formation of the cosmic cross of white fire over North America. Deliver us that we might raise up an ensign and an example of the teachings of the archangels and deliver them to a planet and a people in distress.
Therefore, in God’s name we say:
Flame of Healing
Beloved mighty victorious Presence of God, I AM in me, O thou beloved immortal victorious threefold flame of eternal Truth within my heart, Holy Christ Selves of all mankind, beloved Helios and Vesta, beloved Hilarion, Pallas Athena, Archangel Raphael and the healing angels, beloved Jesus the Christ, Mother Mary, the Maha Chohan, beloved Mighty Cyclopea and Lady Master Meta, beloved Lanello, the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood and the World Mother, elemental life—fire, air, water, and earth!
In the name of the Presence of God which I AM and through the magnetic power of the sacred fire vested in me, I decree:

Send to us thy invincible light of cosmic freedom and healing in this hour, O God. Descend unto us and through us. Envelop us now in thy light, O God. Endow us with thy will and wisdom to perform thy works here below as is above. In this hour of the descent of the Power, Wisdom, and Love of the Tree of Life, we invoke thy Presence. We invoke the seven mighty archangels. We invoke the Light that does not fail for the victory of the earth.
In the name of Jesus Christ, let his will appear in us in this hour. O God, thou knowest our need. Supply it even before we know that we have need. Fill us with thy compassion and be merciful unto those who love thee. In the name Elohim, Amen.
