The Command to Preach the Gospel
to Every Creature

And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.

He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned [judged].

And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;

They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

To the Saints Who Worship within the Temple of God:

These are the Words and Works of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit within you whose attainment on the Path is measured by the rod of love.

Ye shall go into all the world, into the whole Matter sphere, positioned on every line of the Cosmic Clock and on every dot of the planetary spheres, and preach the gospel to every creature.

The events prophesied by the Son of God which take place in the lives of the saints who obey this command as a part of the Great Commission are under the aegis of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. The Trinity is outpictured within the saint through the initiations of the path of the seven rays; and the fourth ray by the soul’s attainment in both the Spirit and the Matter spheres becomes the eighth ray of integration, as above so below, with the Lamb as the Guru incarnate.

The first command to preach the gospel to every creature in all the world is the initiation of the power of the Father in the spoken Word of the Son. This transfer of power to the soul who has entered the path of the initiations of the Ruby Ray comes with the exercise of the very power itself and of the Word.

Power is both the Person, the very personal Presence of the Father in the Son, and his Energy. It is transferred day by day throughout the mission of the Son of God; and the fervor of constancy and soul consecration is the means to the acceleration of this power. It can be neither received nor retained unless it be exercised. While working on this initiation of the power of the Word, the devotee experiences the interaction of the Father and the Son within his very own temple, and he understands why Jesus cried when he said, “He that believeth on me, believeth not on me, but on him that sent me.”

For though he was the clearest example of the indwelling Father, the people then and now often worship his person–and his flesh and blood person at that–instead of the Mighty I AM Presence of whom he spoke when he said, “He that seeth me seeth him that sent me. I AM come a Light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me–the I AM THAT I AM that dwelleth in me who is the first principle of the Light in me and in every creature of God–should not abide in darkness.”

Jesus Christ understood that the speaking of the Word is the transmittal of the Person of myself, the direct transfer of the Light of Alpha and Omega that I AM. Therefore he said, “He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the Word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.” Jesus Christ was the great example of the initiation of the power of the Word by the Lord of the First Ray and the chohan thereof–the unloosing of the mouth of God in the mouth of man.

All of those prophets of Israel who went before him had the authority to declare, “The mouth of the Lord hath spoken it!” For they had received the initiation of the sacred fire from the six-winged seraphim. As it had been done unto Isaiah, so it was done unto them. And their four lower bodies were purged of the misuses of the sacred fire of God on the first ray within its orifice–the throat center:

In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord [the Ancient of Days, Lord Sanat Kumara] sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple.

Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly.

And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: the whole earth is full of his glory.

And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke.

Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts.

Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar:

And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged.

Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.

Therefore the command to preach the gospel to every creature necessitates the submission of the soul unto the initiations of the first ray. These initiations are given following the vision of the I AM THAT I AM and my own Self-revelation as that Lord which sitteth upon the throne, guarding the Flame of Life for all of my sons who enter the Matter sphere to fulfill the mission of the Lamb.

I bid you, therefore, submit to my servant-son the ascended master El Morya, who is the Lamb worthy to open the seven-sealed book unto his chelas in Darjeeling. For every chela of the will of God is a preacher of the gospel of his own I AM Presence. Therefore to be a hearer and a doer of that Word, the chela must learn the meaning of devotion to the will of God and understand that Jesus Christ, in his mission as the representative of the I AM Presence, was and is misunderstood to this very hour. And let those in whom there yet dwell foul spirits of gossip, calumny, proud boasting, and misuses of the sacred fire of the will of God in the power center humble themselves before the great descending Light of the I AM Presence and prepare for the initiation of the unloosing of the tongue whereby it shall become the tongue of the Lord.

Then, having received at the altar the touch of the sacred fire transmitted by the World Teachers through the office of the Mother, go forth as pilgrims bearing the sword of peace, dividing the way of light and darkness, and having within you the never-failing humility of a living Christ who said, “For I have not spoken of myself; but the Father which sent me, he gave me a commandment, what I should say, and what I should speak. And I know that his commandment is life everlasting: whatsoever I speak therefore, even as the Father said unto me, so I speak.”

“Believe and be baptized! Believe and be baptized! Believe and be baptized!” What does this mean? Or, as some have said, what is the meaning of this!

I AM in the Lamb and the Lamb is in me and, lo, I and my Mother are one. Wherever I go, I AM in the Mother and the Mother is in me and we occupy the south gate of the city. Here in the full-orbed illumination of the sun shining in the strength of the seven holy Kumaras and in the purity of the Mother flame burning, burning on the altars of the thirteen Lemurian temples, the saints are daily exercising the power of the Word. You can hear them in the roaring of the Lion and in the white fire of the wrathful deities who deliver their denunciations of error–spawned by evil and multiplied by unreality–in their relentless releases of the radiant Word in the religion of Ra Mu.

The saints believe on the embodied Word because they are becoming the Word. They who have not the Word in them and they who refuse to exercise its power believe not. They who have the Word trust in the Word, and by their trust they are aligned with the Word. They are the Word, and because they are the Word they obey the Word. This is the mystery of the Guru/chela relationship and the real path of the bodhisattvas East and West who exercise the wisdom of the Word and take lovingly the initiations of the Son.

Their baptism is the full immersion into the body, mind, soul, and heart of the Guru. They flow with Alpha. They flow with Omega. And they are not through until that baptism is fulfilled by the Lion, the Calf, the Man, and the flying Eagle. Four persons of Christhood come into their temples. Four archetypes of being fulfill the fiery destiny of their souls. And the religion of Ra Mu, my beloved, is the science of Lemurian invocation whereby the Cosmic Mind is put on through the meditation upon that Mind.

Here note well that the term believe as recorded in the Book of Mark, chapter sixteen, verse sixteen, is the key to the square within the square; and the Word believe itself translates mystically to mean “meditate.” Therefore the directive of the Son of God is “Meditate on the Guru and be immersed in the Guru.”

With the Chohan of the Second Ray, my son Lanto, enter the Retreat of the Royal Teton and be with him who is the Lamb worthy to open the seven-sealed book and transfer to you the wisdom of your path of meditation and your exercise of the Word. For by the Word emitted out of your meditation (Alpha) and your immersion (Omega), the quiescent energies of Life are translated into the active disciplines of the disciples of the second ray. Meditation on and immersion in the Lamb are the moving force of the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness.

It is written: “He that believeth not shall be damned.” This damnation (judgment) need not be an everlasting damnation (except it be the second death at the Last Judgment), for it endures only so long as the state of unbelief. Unbelief is the pulling of the plug of the soul’s consciousness out of the socket of the I AM Presence. Thus cut off from the flow and the fount of Reality, the soul pronounces its own self-damnation. And that which it creates it may uncreate–while there is yet time and space, while the Light is with you.

My beloved, if you have pulled the plug that is your lifeline to the Godhead, you have the opportunity in this very moment, while you have life and breath in this embodiment, to plug in once again to the Great Central Sun of limitless love, light, intelligence, the abundant life, and, above all, to the personal relationship with the Father in the Son and the intimate communion in the hallowed circle of the Lamb and the Lamb’s wife.

In the name of my mighty I AM Presence, in the name of my Christ Self, in the name of the four cosmic forces, in the name of the Lion, the Calf, the Man, and the flying Eagle, in the name of the Lamb incarnate, in the name of the Lamb’s wife, the living soul of the devotee, I call for the Ruby Ray from the heart of Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Lord Maitreya, Jesus Christ, the cloven tongues, twin spheres of the two witnesses, and the sacred heart of the saints in Matter and in Spirit:

By the light of the universal lineage of the Ruby Ray, let the sacred fire descend! Let the Ruby Ray descend and let it now go into the cause and core of all evil upon the planetary body, and the way of evil, and evil incarnate, and every subterfuge of evil. Let the Ruby Ray descend to consume the cause and core of every opposition to our youth.

In the name of Melchizedek, in the name of the Order of Light so invoked, I direct the Ruby Ray into the cause and core of the subculture of death, of drugs, of distorted rhythm in rock, of alcoholism, of every perverse manifestation invading the mind, the heart, and the soul of the youth of Los Angeles, America, and every nation upon earth. I plunge the sword of the Ruby Ray into the cause and core of the Dragon and the Beast, the False Prophet, the Great Whore, and the Antichrist. For so it is accomplished by the four cosmic forces this day that the action of the Ruby Ray shall begin its acceleration into the cause and core of the death entity worldwide that is upon the youth of America.

Blaze forth, O Ruby Ray! I command in the name of Sanat Kumara, Gautama Buddha, Maitreya, beloved Jesus Christ, the two witnesses, and the saints. I demand and I command by the authority of the entire Spirit of the Great White Brotherhood: let the foul and unclean spirits who have invaded the temples of our youth come out! come out! come out! in the name of the Lord! come out in the name of the Lord, come out! come out! come out! come out! by the action of the ruby lightning of the mind of God! Descend now into the cause and core! And those who will not come out, you are forced out now by the sacred fire of the fiery salamanders, the fiery seraphim, and the mighty legions of Victory!
