El Morya's Garden
Celebrating the Sangha and the Can-Do Spirit!
by Rev. Jaspal Soni and Rev. Lois Drake
The summer months in New Delhi are typically very hot and usually long-lasting—up to five months from May through September. This year has been no exception. As a matter of fact, in the middle of June, the mercury crossed a record at 118 degrees Fahrenheit, the highest in the history of the Delhi metro region, making life quite uncomfortable for everyone. Like every year in the past, Poonam Chugh, the administrative assistant of the Chananda Cultural Society, is taking care of the ashram while Jaspal is spending the summer with his family in Maryland and attending the summer conference and Summit University at the Inner Retreat in Montana.
Every year India update meetings are held during the summer conferences at the Inner Retreat to debrief the community of our ongoing progress in outreach initiatives and learn new ideas through group interactions.
Over the years, we have observed a gradual build-up of excitement in our global community and a desire to learn more about the progress being made in our outreach efforts in India. Also, regular meetings like this help church members get a deeper understanding about the significance of the twin-flame relationship between India and America.
This year during the 2019 Freedom conference, “The Flame of Freedom Speaks to a New Generation,” we met on July 4 during the dinner break inside the dinner tent due to the rain (the undines seem to be recreating the 1984 conference in their own way!).
Plans are underway to hold an International Summit University seminar in New Delhi in 2022 in English with simultaneous translations in Spanish and Hindi, and possibly Russian for the first time. Following the seminar, a two to three weeks long pilgrimage is being planned to visit some of the popular, historic and spiritually significant cities which could include New Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Darjeeling, and other possible destinations for English and Spanish-speaking travelers.
During the previous four India pilgrimages conducted by the Chananda Cultural Society in 2009, 2011, 2013 and 2015, the pilgrims who participated came from various countries across the world. One of the purposes of these pilgrimages has been to do spiritual work for clearing the cities visited and the populace of prevailing records of negative energies. According to the teachings of the ascended masters, this ritual allows people to receive the light of their own Mighty I AM Presence.
The travelers also enjoy sightseeing as well as shopping for the beautiful treasures of India. The upcoming trip promises to be full of opportunities of fun, friendship and spiritual insights.
The trip is being planned in mid-September 20222 when the weather is very suitable.
The Blue Rose Publishers, who publishes our violet flame pocketbook in the Hindi language (called The Violet Lau), have created an author website to promote the book, https://chanandabooks.in/.
The website contains a brief biography of Elizabeth Clare Prophet, a brief video trailer of the book, contact information and offers various online portals for ordering the book including Amazon, FlipKart, Shopclues and BlueRose.
It also introduces violet flame to a person with an Eastern mindset in a simple, easy and understandable manner. Here is a brief excerpt about the book from the website:
The invocation of the violet flame is the key to integration with God—raja yoga. It is the yoga of fire—agni. The violet flame helps you achieve the goal of every yogic path and master God Self-realization and assimilation unto the Word. The gift of the violet flame is indeed the means for the acceleration of the ascension process. It is agni. It is the fire of the greatest yogis!
We request you to kindly keep in your prayers that many seekers of truth will be led to the author website, attune to the knowledge of the violet flame and the teachings of the ascended masters and march on the pathway to their God-Victory in this life. Thank you!
