El Morya's Garden
Celebrating the Sangha and the Can-Do Spirit!
By Christina Schumacher
One day my sister came home very excited, announcing she found something we’ve both been searching for, a spiritual practice we could believe in. She displayed photos on my bed that she picked up from a lecture about the Ascended Masters. There was El Morya, Kuthumi, Jesus, Mother Mary, Archangel Michael and many names that were somewhat familiar to me. She told me about decrees and how we could pray for any challenging situations in our lives and in the world. She said the best part was I could challenge them to prove the teachings worked and that the Masters were real.
With what little I knew about decreeing, I followed the words that were written on one of the flyers my sister took home. I didn’t have a point of reference for the color violet and was having difficulty visualizing the violet flame. So I thought I would ‘challenge’ a master to show me the right color. Though in my outer mind, he was the most unfamiliar, the name El Morya came to my mind. So I said, “El Morya, please show me the color violet so I can continue my prayers on the violet flame.” Not three seconds passed when there was a knock on my door. When I answered, in walked my three-year old niece holding a brightly colored violet balloon.
I was hooked. God had answered and the rest, as they say, is His Story.
Beloved El Morya gives very practical answer, love your story.
Thanks for sharing your story Christina. How lovely to have a sister who resonated with you and helped you find the teachings.
I love how El Morya answered your call. and I’m sure your niece loved the balloon too.
