El Morya's Garden
Celebrating the Sangha and the Can-Do Spirit!
By Rev. Jaspal Soni and David Tonkin
There is a lot of excitement in the air at the ashram in New Delhi as last minute preparations are underway to make ready the chalice for welcoming the students of the ascended masters to the first-ever Summit University seminar in Darjeeling—the home of the Chief, beloved El Morya. Nearly, 70 students will be traveling from across the world to partake in this momentous feast of light which will be held in one of the best hotels in Darjeeling. Most students will be arriving in New Delhi on September 8, spend a night at a local seven-star hotel, and leave early the next morning for Darjeeling. After a more than two-hour flight from Delhi to the nearest airport to Darjeeling, we will be driving for another four hours on steadily climbing and winding roads of the Himalayan foothills while enjoying the scenic green terrain before arriving the hotel.
On Saturday, August 15, the devotees of the Mother at the Los Angeles Teaching Center (LATC) had organized a God-Victorious five-hour long world-wide demagnetization prayer broadcast ritual in conjunction with the support from the Inner Retreat. The purpose of this ritual was to invoke the assistance of masters and angels to clear the energies of the twelve lines of the clock of India, especially before the release of light at the Summit University seminar so the light can be anchored.
The demagnetization ritual began at 7 am (MDT) and was a God-success, as several people participated from all around the world. It is interesting to note that August 15 was Mother Mary’s Ascension Day. Also, India celebrated her 59th independence day (from the British) on August 15. So, spiritually speaking, one can say that the demagnetization ritual was cosmically-timed by the ascended hosts to accelerate the freedom cycle for the lightbearers of India and the world.
At the ashram, there were two other Keepers of Flame who joined us as we began at 6:30 pm (local time) and finished at 11:30 pm that night. We felt very happy and joyous participating in it and are grateful to our brothers and sisters at the LATC and the Inner Retreat for initiating this timely undertaking.
Since the demagnetization, the weather in Delhi and the surrounding cities has become much more modest as both heat and humidity readings have come down by quite a few notches. Since then, it has been raining almost every day in Delhi which is helping in keeping the pollution levels down. This year, the amount of the Monsoon rains have been slightly below the average precipitation in the Metro Delhi area but it is easy to notice a lot of greenery and colorful array of flowers blooming in the park located across the ashram. Thank you beloved elementals!
The four-day Summit University seminar The Path of the Eastern Adept begins in Darjeeling on September 10 and ends on September 14. The students will be enjoying a few field trips by visiting the famous Ghoom Tibetan Buddhist Monastery and riding the historic narrow gauge “Toy Train” ride. They also will be visiting the Tiger Hill, the famous tourist spot for viewing the early morning sunrise behind the Himalayan mountainous range.
During the sightseeing, each team leader will carry a flag bearing the name and imprint of an ascended master or a deity for gathering his troops amidst busy tourist crowds.
After the Summit University, most pilgrims will be traveling to several cities for another two weeks, including:
In addition to sightseeing and shopping, we will be doing spiritual work in each city for the clearing of the negative energies and anchoring positive energies. The pilgrimage ends on October 2. Most people will be flying home on October 3.
Please pray for the God-Victory of the Summit University seminar and the India pilgrimage.
