All new Keepers of the Flame on lessons 1 through 33, and new students are invited to join the Essentials of the Teachings of the Ascended Masters programs. They feature live presentations, question-and-answer sessions, discussions, and lectures by the Messengers, as well as dictations from the Ascended Masters and Archangels.
