Part 4: Trust the Holy Spirit
In the spirituality marketplace, you’ll find many attractive choices. How do you know which are worth following and which to avoid? It’s not easy. But the more you learn to discern and trust the Holy Spirit, your inner guide, the more successful your journey will be.
If you look for them, there are several telltale signs that you may be dealing with a false teacher and false teachings. For example, ego.
The false teacher will always be the center of attention. So if it’s more about the teacher than the teaching, you might want to walk away.
If you’re being told you’re perfect the way you are, then precious opportunities to take initiations, gain mastery, transcend the human and ascend are being denied.
Now, if your teacher wants nothing more than your spiritual independence from everything but your God Consciousness, you’ve struck gold!
When you know what to look for, you can then find your way safely though the minefield of false teachings. It’s all about discernment, vigilance and trusting the Holy Spirit.
