Know ye not ye are Gods!?
In the Gospel of John, in the book of Psalms and in cosmic law, itself, we are presented with the reality of our innate divinity. It is not an ‘if’, nor a ‘maybe.’ This is not some fanciful notion. This is the Divine Reality we all share.
So what stands in the way of our embracing this awesome truth? Most often, it comes down to our own sense of worthiness.
In Western orthodoxy, for instance, many of us were raised to believe that we are born sinners. And how can anyone who comes into this world as a worthless sinner ever rise to the belief that he or she is godlike in any way? It’s not easy.
And one of the most commonly used tools of the fallen ones to keep us in the dark is condemnation. That’s because we tend to listen to and internalize criticism, condemnation and judgment. We question our innate goodness and oneness with God by agreeing with limiting beliefs.
And we tend to get whatever we focus on. Well, that was then, and this is now. It’s finally time to break this cycle and embrace the Truth.
