Become part of our staff!
Would you enjoy working with students of the Ascended Masters in a beautiful mountain setting? Living and working in this community called the Place of Great Encounters by the masters, is inspiring and transformative. Here you can meet God face-to face in the stillness of the mountains and in your interactions with others who strive to follow a disciplined path of self mastery through their professional and spiritual service to life.
If you are interested in offering your experience, skills and energy to support the Ascended Master's vision of a Golden Age culture and civilization, we encourage you to apply for one or more of the current job opportunities. Most staff positions are performed at the Inner Retreat.
