THE OPENING OF THE SEVENTH SEAL
XXVII
The Lord’s Ritual of Exorcism
Steps Two and Three

 

Saints following Him upon White Horses,
  Clothed in Fine Linen, White and Clean:

Your horses are your four lower bodies which you ride–and take care that they do not ride you!  They are white because they have become crystal-clear figures for the light of the figure of the Lamb. They are the four transparencies that form the white cube of the Lamb’s wife. The fine linen with which you are clothed is the whiteness and cleanness of your auric field. See that it is so, else you will not ride with the armies of the Faithful and True. Therefore, agree on earth in my name that it shall be so, and pursue with the sharp sword of diligence steps two and three of your ritual. It is the Light that does not fail!

Step Two:  The Agreement on Earth

 

            Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

   Two or more saints of the Church Universal and Triumphant should assemble together for The Ritual of Exorcism at least once in every twenty-four-hour cycle until the desired results of their very specific invocation have fully manifested. Together they shall repeat:

“In the name of Jesus Christ, in the name of the Lamb incarnate, in the name of the beloved I AM Presence and Christ Self of all and by the full power of the Holy Spirit, we agree together on earth that this thing that we ask in thy name, O Lord God Almighty–I AM THAT I AM, ELOHIM, EL SHADDAI–shall be accomplished according to the holy will of God, by thy wisdom, and by thy love, in time and space and in the eternal cycles of being.”

Here make a clear and concise statement of that which is to be accomplished in the holy name of God. Always ask that your desire be purged by the sacred fire until it become God-desire and that your prayer be the prayer of the Son of God within you, wholly acceptable as an offering in the sight of God and his holy angels. And give to your Christ Self the authority to disavow any vow, dynamic decree, will or intent, reason, motive, or cause that does not express the God-harmony, God-love, and God-truth of his Presence.

The first step in The Ritual of Exorcism is the action of the Father in your midst which is accomplished according to his law above and below through his emissaries, the archangels, the Elohim, and the Lords of the Rays. In the second step of the ritual, you take counsel together with the sons of God, the ascended masters; and by the deliberations of their councils made known to you through the Son of God and his two witnesses, you agree on earth as they agree in heaven concerning the course of the outpicturing of the Word within the Community of the Holy Spirit and within the world community.

This is your lawful implementation of the Word:  “Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done on earth, as it is in heaven.”  And the good shepherds anointed by the World Teachers are to be consulted by the children of God as the elders of the Church in order that their petitions might reflect the tone and tenor of the dispensations forthcoming from the Cosmic Council, the four and twenty elders, and the Karmic Board. Agreement in heaven and on earth is by the white flame of God-harmony, verily the arm of the Holy Spirit manifest through the Son as one God, I AM THAT I AM, within you.

Step Three:  The Gathering Together
in the Name I AM THAT I AM

 

            For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

   The third step in The Ritual of Exorcism is the gathering together in the name of the Lord, the Beloved Mighty I AM Presence and the Christ Self, of the twos and threes unto the ministering thousand thousands and the ten thousand times ten thousand who stand before my throne–my Threefold Flame which is my scepter and my authority–and the numberless numbers who affirm the law and the judgments of the Ancient of Days and of my name, I AM THAT I AM. This is the action of the Holy Spirit in the full diapason of the causal bodies of the saints who commune in the living Word, Jesus Christ and the hierarchy of servant-sons who are with him above and below on the Ruby Ray, and allow that Word to flow through the seven centers of being as the flow of harmony for the healing of believers and the sealing of their circle of oneness.

The repetition of the name of God followed by the affirmation and confirmation of the Word in action in dynamic decrees is the teaching of the prophets of Israel and the rishis of the Himalayas. It is the mystery of the Word revealed by the seventh angel, Saint Germain, to his servants the Prophets. In every sign and cycle, it is the exercise of the lost Word. It is the reawakening of priests and priestesses of the sacred fire who tended Lemurian and pre-Lemurian altars with the science of invocation of the sacred tone through the syllables and sounds of ancient and angelic tongues.

The practice of this universal science of the Ancient of Days is never vain when the practitioner engages his energies with the energies of God lovingly, obediently, trustingly, with the full-orbed illumination of his Higher Self which discloses the Law of the Logos as the manifest power of change within him. My beloved, learn this art and change the past, change the present, change the future, and dwell in the Eternal Now!

Indeed, the science of invocation is no more vain than the endless repetition of the planets and stars and sun-fire centers of the galaxies in their endless rounds as they engage in the ritual of the sustainment of the Matter universe by the very movement of their coursings. From the obedient electron to the ritual of the cells within the body of man to the rhythmic heartbeat of life everywhere–life is a grand ritual of the spoken and the unspoken Word within and without, marking the cycles of perfection becoming more and more perfect within the framework of the soul’s self-conscious awareness.

Wherever the saints gather in twos and threes to witness unto the symphony of the Word, they engage their chakras with the chakras of Elohim. And by the very simple exercise itself, the dimensions of individual wholeness increase their capacity to know and to be God. Thus the affirmation of the Word becomes the reaffirmation of the Word spoken by Jesus Christ two thousand years ago that continues to reverberate in hallowed space as the saints mark the time and the season of the advent of his Second Coming into their hearts.

 

            Have faith in God.

          For verily I say unto you, That whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.

          Therefore I say unto you, What things soever ye desire, when ye pray, believe that ye receive them, and ye shall have them.

          And when ye stand praying, forgive, if ye have ought against any:  that your Father also which is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses.

          But if ye do not forgive, neither will your Father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses.

   And thou shalt call upon the angels by name even as the Lord God Almighty, seated midst the council of his hosts, calls them by name and commands them to perform his perfect work, as above so below. The angels of the Lord appearing to God’s chosen ones throughout the millennia are now identified by the two witnesses–by name, by flame, by vibration, and by the order of their hierarchical service. The Ritual of Exorcism is incomplete without this calling upon the name of the Lord as that Lord, that I AM THAT I AM, that Supreme Being, personifies himself through his manifold celestial creation.

The classification of the servants of God in Spirit and in Matter takes place under the offices of the Trinity and the Mother:

The Elohim transmit the power of the El through the Person of the Father. They are the seven Spirits who precipitate the creation by the Word of the Creator.

The sons and daughters of God who are one with the Word are sometimes referred to in the Scriptures under the general term ‘angels’. Then again they are more accurately described as having “the appearance of a man” or as “one like the similitude of the sons of men” or as “a man in bright clothing” or as the “two men in white apparel.”  When they have “descended” to earth (i.e., decelerated into the Matter spheres), fulfilled their fiery destiny, and “ascended” to heaven (i.e., accelerated to the realm of Spirit), they are known more accurately as the “ascended masters.”

Embodied representatives of the Lord on the path of Christhood East and West are known as disciples, or chelas. As unascended members of the Great White Brotherhood, these devotees may attain to considerable mastery and even adeptship while serving on earth and in the physical and etheric retreats of the Brotherhood. Together these “ascended” and “unascended” brethren of Jesus Christ serve with the Preserver of the creation by the wisdom of the mind of God.

All of the orders of archangels and their legions of angels, the seraphim, the cherubim filling the Void with the ritual of God, the dance of the hours, and the repetition of the Word are the instruments of the Holy Spirit who keep the flame of all that is Real and hold the office of the fiery Destroyer who consumes in due season all that is unreal.

Although the term ‘angel’ is used loosely to describe any spiritual being or celestial visitant, they comprise a hierarchical order which includes many orders and classifications, all functioning under the office of the Holy Spirit; whereas the ascended masters comprising the Great White Brotherhood, serving under the office of the Son of God, are distinct in their appearance of a man of God and are commonly referred to as the saints robed in white, frequently cited by John in his account of the Revelation of Jesus Christ and joyously acknowledged by Paul as “so great a cloud of witnesses.”

The term ‘saint’, interchangeable with ‘ascended master’, implies the soul who, by free will, came forth from God and returned to him victoriously in life and in death; whereas angels under ordinary circumstances do not take embodiment, though in connection with the Fall many have done so in an attempt to rescue the children of God from the toils of Satan. The saint polarizes with the mind of God in Christ Jesus and he learns to take dominion over the Matter spheres and be fruitful in the Holy Spirit and multiply God’s consciousness; whereas the angelic hosts, ever in the service of the sons of God, polarize with the feelings of love, joy, compassion, healing, and hope, etc., which they radiate to the whole creation through the desire body–the feelings and emotions.

The elemental beings of fire, air, water, and earth are in the tender care of the World Mother whose servants they are with the blessed Buddhas and Bodhisattvas until the hour of their Resurrection when they, too, should be raised with Christ in the rapture; for all of her children of the light shall have been caught up in his garment white within the bridal chamber.

Let, therefore, the true believers who are followers of Christ and Christians in the fullest sense of the Word fear not the ascended masters nor their names revealed by the Spirit of prophecy confirmed in the two witnesses, Mark and Elizabeth Prophet.

You have heard the gospel of God and received it. You have heard the gospel of the grace of Jesus Christ, and you have heard the gospel of the words and the works of the apostles by the Holy Spirit. Now receive the Everlasting Gospel which the Lord sends to thee, delivered by the angel flying in the midst of heaven, in the very midst of thy spirit endued with God’s Spirit. For that angel comes to preach unto you who dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people. And how shall he preach save through his evangels and messengers and through the preachers and teachers of the Word?

This is the gospel that is the squaring of the circle. It is the gospel of the Woman unto her seed. And it is the gospel taken by her seed and given as the seed of Christ to all who can accept its challenge to “fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come:  and worship him that made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and the fountains of waters.”

Ye who are of the great multitude who have believed in the Spirit of prophecy, in the message of the Saviour that is salvation unto the righteous by grace, ye who have believed in the vision of apocalypse, now believe in the angel of the Everlasting Gospel and those whom he anoints to preach it unto you in my name.

I AM the Ancient of Days. I bid you, beloved saints of the inner Church, to pursue the first sign of the casting out of devils. It is the work of the initiates of the third ray, serving with the Lamb who is worthy, the beloved Paul the Venetian. See how he takes from my hand the seven-sealed book and opens your very own vortices of light for the transfer of the third ray, the pink flame that with accelerated use becomes the Ruby Ray of the initiates of the Holy Spirit.

Now pursue diligently the study of the hierarchies of the third ray–the Elohim, the archangels, and the Lords thereof who minister with Jesus Christ as the servant-sons in heaven and in earth. Study their dictations, give their decrees. For by love, only love for the lost sheep of the Lord will you cast out the devils in self and society. This gift of the Holy Spirit, this sign of his Presence within you, will come through the purging fires of love as you study the writings of the Maha Chohan recorded by the messengers and listen intently to their teaching, which is the teaching of the Great Lord, on the getting of the Holy Spirit.

All that I have given unto my messengers of the Ruby Ray concerning the science of invocation of the Word is for you, my beloved children. Our handbook for Keepers of the Flame, Prayers, Meditations, and Dynamic Decrees for the Coming Revolution in Higher Consciousness, includes many acceptable offerings that you will treasure and learn. Our lectures and dictations recorded in books and on tape will complete the teaching that I am not permitted to extend further in this format. The gift is already given. Believe and be baptized by the sacred fire of the Word you invoke.

When you gather in my name, neglect not the invocation to the Elohim of Exorcism, Astrea, to the Archangel of Deliverance, Michael the Great Prince, and to the Virgin Mary in whose presence the demons also believe and tremble. And neglect not the call to mighty Ray-O-Light and his legions of fearlessness flame who fearlessly bind the hordes of impostors of the Holy Spirit sent to snare the children of God by the wolves in sheep’s clothing who lead their congregations in prayers of malintent and thereby become the practitioners of the black arts, vibrating with the black mass and the Black Pope and even the Satanists active in the lust of their intellectual sensualism in these latter days.

I say to you that prayers of ill will and malintent are the equivalent of witchcraft and voodoo. Yet in my name they are offered by the self-righteous, whether in the metaphysical, fundamentalist, or orthodox movements.

Take heed, you who are the challengers of Truth. Truth, in the mighty presence of Pallas Athena with shield and sword and helmet, will turn you upside down and inside out and shake up and shake out the erroneous entities who have invaded your temples, hindering your path and causing you to disobey the Truth. For the law is written:  He who would challenge the Truth will be challenged by the Truth. He who is the challenger of Truth must show forth and be shown Truth and Error dwelling side by side within his consciousness.

Thus when you challenge Truth, you hasten the day of your own judgment when you will hear the word of Joshua in the person of Jesus Christ, “Choose you this day whom ye will serve, the person of Truth or the person of Error within thyself.”
